• Laurence (5/5): Noisy neighbours all night only spanish tv but good location - Noisy neighbours loud tv from midnight onwards. Lift noise in bedroom. Slamming entrance door. No english tv needs a smart tv. Needs extra pillows.

• Tamim (10/5): Excellent - Appartement très agréable, propre et idéalement situé à proximité de la plage et des commerces. On peut garer sa voiture et tout faire à pied. La propriétaire, très à l’écoute, a pris régulièrement des nouvelles pendant le séjour pour s’assurer que tout se passait bien. Gros plus : la climatisation dans la chambre et le salon, très appréciable avec ces fortes chaleurs. Appartement et résidence impeccables. Je reviendrai passer mes vacances ici sans hésiter !
• Mary (6/5): Pity about all the noise as otherwise it’s a fantastic apartment in a great location. - Stayed here for 6 weeks from the end of June to August. Great first floor apartment very close to the beach, restaurants, bars, shops and bus station. It has everything you would need for a pleasant stay in Torrevieja. The apartment was clean and the air conditioning worked great. The owner and the lady who manages the apartment were very accessible and always in contact and are trying hard to resolve the noise issues. As with lots of apartments in Spain you can’t have too many appliances running simultaneously. Both patio doors do not lock securely, though the inner patio has a locked gate. The fridge needs replacing. General noise was a particular issue at night. There’s a bar downstairs and the dragging of chairs and tables and the games machines which are located directly beneath the bedroom can continue until 2am. There is no sound barrier in the building and so noise travels easily. The apartment block is mostly made up of tourists who can be very noisy returning late in the night. Unlucky for me the upstairs tourist had two dogs who barked loudly and made a lot of noise, what seemed like they were playing with toys on the floor. Every night is different. There’s a meeting on the 7th August which will hopefully bring a resolution in the near future.
• Teresa (10/5): Exceptional - teresa n.ireland My husband and myself stayed at pink catia for 5 weeks from 26 feb til 3 april 2025.The apartment was very clean and tidy and had everything you could need for your stay. It is in a great location of the main habenaras street and a short walk to the beaches. There is the restaurant o9 just across the road which the food and service is amazing, the owners personally is just great. We had a bit of an issue with a new game bar that had just opened up underneath with the noise from chairs being dragged across the floors but once I informed Katia (the owner as she was unaware the bar was even there) She dealt with it straight away and all was great afterwards. I really enjoyed this apartment and would definitely be staying there again for another long stay.
• Karen (8/5): Great location to visit Torrevieja and live like a local ! - The flat was well located to walk into Torrevieja. Facilities in the apartment were sufficient. The bed was comfortable. The communication with the owner was very prompt and helpful . Its a shame that we didn't have a common language to talk more on the key exchange and check -out, although it worked well. The Chinese restaurant opposite was great ! It would have been nicer if the balcony was open and not enclosed so you could sit on it at night. The parking was on street so it was pot luck although several local streets possible to park. The bolster pillow in the bedroom was double and individual pillows would have been nicer.
• Butor (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great. Kitchen well equipped, apartment clean. Location good.
• James (8/5): Quiet - Booked at last minute ( on the morning ) as I had booked 3 nights somewhere else that I had to get out of . This place was much nicer and quieter. Nicely decorated and comfortable and slept well. Nothing compared to the last place
• Mitroi (9/5): Superb - Everything! It was nice, coquette and quiet! I slept very well. The location is close to the Playa del Cura. Nothing, it is excellent!
