• paulo (10/5): Hotel excelente em Lecce - Absolutamente tudo perfeito , localização , café da manhã , conforto do quarto , mas principalmente o atendimento do funcionário Emílio , ele simplesmente fez de tudo antes mesmo de chegarmos , para tornar a nossa estadia inesquecível , gerando encantamento , que é o segredo de um hotel de alto padrão , o qual desejamos voltar -única coisa que falhou nessa estadia , foi o mau humor de uma garçonete que nos atendia no café da manhã , não fez nenhum esforço mínimo para ser simpática, estava realmente achando que estava fazendo um favor por estar nos servindo

• Amanda (10/5): - Emilio was a wonderful manager for this gem of a boutique hotel in Lecce. The location was phenomenal and in walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The room itself is clean and beautiful, with thoughtful design details throughout. We loved the spacious bathroom and gorgeous shower, and all amenities--chilled and free water bottles, lovely toiletries, included breakfast--were extremely appreciated. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The room was crisp and spotless, with a comfortable and aesthetic modern design that still fits well in the historic building. Vaulted ceilings make the room feel even larger than it is. • Paulette (10/5): Devine quaint piece of Lecce and equally delightful helpful and accommodating staff. Highly recommend - Loved the unique cosy boutique style of the hotel. Deceptively small on the front entrance but very spacious, modern, clean and bright inside. Quiet and relaxing. First time using a key code to enter front of a hotel and room, I liked that no worry about finding or loosing keys. Wish the rooms had a teas maid, but to be fair there were assorted tea/coffee downstairs at reception for guest to help self. One minor problem with tv couldn’t seem to control volume but wasn’t a spoiler. Must let them know before I leave.

• Antonia (10/5): Over the stay was fabulous and having breakfast next door was very convenient. I would highly recommend if you’re after - Fabulous property, with everything you’d need. The room we had was beautiful and the balcony was wonderful. Emilio was so welcoming and very knowledgeable recommending restaurants. Only negative would have been to know that it was necessary to pre book the nearby private car park. It was fully booked when we turned up and struggled to find parking

The staff were amazing. This is a lovely place to stay The bath was very unsafe and difficult to get out of. The shower was over the bath and this made it hard. Maybe if not very fit ask for one of the other rooms

The apartment was excellent, very clean and a easy check in process. Emilio was very friendly and helpful with booking transfers and providing reccomendations for restaurants. Overall a fantastic stay!

• Johan (10/5): Great for a city vacation. Luxurious and convenient. - The location is the perfect! It is located in the perfect place to explore Lecce’s old town. It is very nicely designed, everything is clean and the service impeccable. It’s the little things like the free refills to water in the mini fridge and the breakfast at the coffee shop in the house next door that make this hotel truly delightful. Great service, fantastic hotel room and perfect location. A great option for anyone that looking for an upscale city hotel. Nothing.
• Shamil (9/5): Fantastic location, great staff, luxury stay! - The aesthetic of the rooms, the location and the staff. The rooms felt very luxury and had been designed very well, it is in such a convenient location to all the main sites in Lecce and the staff were fantastic. Emilio was always on hand to help and really friendly. Parking at the property was a challenge at first and also more expensive than we expect (10 Euro a day), it wasn’t a dealbreaker, but just would be nice if it was free. Even with the parking challenges, Emilio at the property helped reserve a space in the closest car park and provided instructions on how to get there. Only other negative was we did find hair in our towels and the ground floor room we had, did have a strange smell (we stayed in two different rooms at the property and upstairs was fine)

The breakfast provided was brilliant and included everything you’d want. Finally, Emilio was brilliant - he communicated everything so clearly and was always available if we need any assistance or recommendations.

I arrived after check-in hours and the arrival was facilitated over messaging. The location is pretty amazing, being inside the historical center.

Emilio proved to be extremely helpful even before our arrival, assisting us with finding parking (affiliated with the property) and providing us with all the necessary information. Both he and Mary were always kind and professional. The property is lucky to have them. The room is modern, clean, comfortable, tastefully furnished, and reflects the Lecce style. The property is located in the city center and offers an excellent breakfast in collaboration with the bar of the same name within the same courtyard. Highly recommended. All good.

• MORIZET (10/5): Le vrai luxe abordable ! - Le self check-in était extrêmement simple et rapide, les informations prodiguées tres claires. Rarement eu une arrivée aussi simple ! Nous avions un léger soucis de clim a l’arrivée et Emilio a été d’une réactivité et d’une gentillesse suffisamment rare pour etre soulignée. Les principaux lieux d’interêt de la ville sont a moins de 5mn a pied tout en etant dans une rue calme pour bien dormir la nuit. Parfait en tous points !
• HERZEL (10/5): It was a fantastic stay in a lovely hotel, in a wonderfull place with avery good hosting. - We liked everything. Emilio, the manager of the reception, was in touch with us by whatsapp a day before we came, welcoming us and guided us about the parking. It helped us a lot because the hotel is in ztl zone. We found it very thinkfull. When we arrived a nice young smily woman , Mary, welcome us explaining everything about the hotel with patiance. Than we meat Emilio who was very frindly and made our stay very pleasant. More than that, after we left Lecce in our way home , Emilio sent us a whatsapp to make sure that everything is okay with us.. Not obvious... The hotel is in an old building, but the inside is marvoulsly modern.. Just look at the picture! This is your bath! And everything is so beautifull... and it is close to the old city of Lecce within walking distance from all what there is to see in the old city. Breakfast was good, not the usual one. • NERAIDA (9/5): Ubicación en el hermoso casco histórico de Lecce - La ubicación del hotel es genial. El Palazzo es muy bonito. La habitación es amplia, la decoración muy acertada, una combinación de clásico con moderno. La cama y las almohadas muy cómodas. Las toallas de buena calidad. La atención del personal muy amable. El desayuno es sencillo pero bueno. En la habitación, al entrar, se sentía un olor a cañería, a cloaca. Una vez estabas dentro, te acostumbrabas al olor y no molestaba pero al entrar si chocaba el olor. Sabíamos que el hotel no tiene parking porque está en el casco histórico. Tuvimos la suerte de negociar por 50€ en un estacionamiento muy cerca de la Porta Napoli por las 4 noches que pasamos y creo esto pudiera negociarlo el hotel y ofrecer este servicio sería muy agradecido por los clientes.
• Amy (9/5): Luxury property with helpful staff and an amazing stay! - The property markets itself as a luxury property and it lived up to expectations! The design was beautiful, it was modern while keeping the historical architecture & very tasteful. Breakfast was great at the little cafe outside. They basically gave us anything we wanted from cooked options to pastries, coffees and juice. It was a great start to the day. The front desk was often not manned and only during limited hours. We were able to get in touch with management via whatsapp when we had issues with our room and they were able to move us to another room. When they were available the service was amazing and the staff, shout out to Emilio, went out of their way to help us out!

Des tâches parfois sur un drap de lit … le petit déjeuner n’est pas très varié je trouve , beaucoup de salé mais pas beaucoup de sucré (mis à part les pâtisseries). Du pain , de la confiture et des fruits ne seraient pas de trop .

• Paul (10/5): The hotel is very new and extremely comfortable and well located in the old town - The location was excellent, we had a car and found parking outside the old town very close to the hotel and inexpensive. Emilio provided great service and was always very happy to make suggestions for pools, beach clubs, restaurants and museums. The breakfast selection was comprehensive however it would have been nice to have a selection of fresh fruit.
• Karp (10/5): We were completely satisfied with every aspect of our stay. - It was literally a breath of fresh air, a respite from very high temperatures. The cool, modern atmosphere along with a warm welcome and kind staff made our stay outstanding. There was nothing that we didn’t like.

• Beary (10/5): - Our room was beautiful with a fabulous vaulted ceiling. Very comfy bed and excellent power shower. Emilio and the other staff were great, friendly and so helpful. The location was good and we enjoyed having breakfast at the cafe outside. We were happy with everything.

Nice breakfast at caf - Modern clean design and furnishings, good shower and ac, friendly and helpful gentleman at reception and location. Would have liked a tea or coffee maker in the room but there is one in the reception and this is a small establishment so it is close.

• Kowalczyk (10/5): Perfect - Great location, perfectly finished both inside & out, and amazing breakfast every morning. Emilio, the manager on site, was an exceptional host. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive anytime we had questions. I would definitely recommend this spot.

• Elie (9/5): Une belle adresse bien située dans le centre de Lecce - Nous avons séjourné deux nuits au Palazzo Paisiello - Luxury Rooms à Lecce, dans la chambre "I Francesi Brillanti" (Queen Superior Room), et l’expérience a été globalement très positive. La chambre était propre, confortable et joliment décorée, avec beaucoup de charme. Le personnel s’est montré très gentil et serviable, toujours disponible et attentif. L’hôtel est idéalement situé dans le centre historique, ce qui permet de visiter Lecce à pied très facilement. Malgré cette localisation centrale, il est possible de se garer gratuitement dans les rues à proximité, à moins de 5 minutes à pied — un vrai plus ! Le petit-déjeuner se prend au Caffè Paisiello, juste à côté. L’endroit est agréable et le petit-déjeuner est bon, même s’il reste assez simple et sans grande originalité. Petit point à noter : quelques signes d’usure commencent à apparaître dans la chambre, ce qui contraste un peu avec l’image "luxe" de l’établissement. Cela n'entache en rien l'élégance de l'établissement. Le petit-déjeuner se prend au Caffè Paisiello, juste à côté. L’endroit est agréable et le petit-déjeuner est bon, même s’il reste assez simple et sans grande originalité.
