Guest Reviews
- Chinedu (9/5): - The host was very accommodating. Despite my late check in, everything I needed for my stay was ready. Excellent service
- Phil (7/5): It’s a one room conversion. Very compact. Small double bed ( which was surprisingly comfortable) small wardrobe small l - Location. ( Not too far from Silverstone race track. Very basic but for the price can’t argue.
- adrian (8/5): Did want I needed for the night - Bath room was clean and shower was good Couldn’t get any channels on the freeview tv, even though there was an arial cable plugged into to it.
- Pilla (9/5): -
- Richard (9/5): -
- Paul (8/5): - Exceptionally clean. Room is a converted garage, so separate from the main house. Helpful host, not at all intrusive. I only discovered there was a remote control to dim the very bright LED light in the morning. It would have been helpful to have been told about this. Milton Keynes is what it is - I would never visit it, but it was a useful stopover for me. For my taste, the mattress was too soft - not ridiculously so, and plenty might like it. Yh
- Sarah (10/5): - The room was a good size, having a fridge and Microwave is always bonus.
The bathroom was really well finished.
The host was lovely, can't recommend this place highly enough.
I would 100% book again.
- Dr (10/5): Excellent service. - I love the host. She is friendly, kind and accommodating. The space is neat and organised. Nothing, I love everything.
- Anonymous (6/5): Pleasant - Basic but clean.
- Mubashir (10/5): Exceptional - Nice room with attached washroom I like it Nothing
- Karen (8/5): Ok for a place to crash - Residential location, en suite, easy parking, quiet. It suited me for a single night to avoid a long late-night drive Lumpy pillows, wobbly table, couldn’t get TV to work. No bedside table or side lamp so felt like I was in an operating theatre due to extremely powerful overhead lights or complete darkness.
- Graham (4/5): Poor - Cold, not cleaned.
- David (4/5): Choose a hotel! - The only positive is the location for central MK. Poor communication (mobile signal) resulted in a late check-in and changing our plans.
WiFi initially didn't work, then told the details were correct and to try again, but I saw the Access Point had been restarted, so why not just be honest?
Wasn't any towel's and then give one! There were complimentary cereals but no milk. The fridge/freezer was noisy most of the night which disturbed our sleep.
The mattress you could feel every spring, this was due to the mattress being upside down! It wasn't much comfy after mind, I'd say it was like that due to the top being very stained! I slept in my clothes!
The bathroom door didn't close to, gets stuck around 30cm, you can drag it with force but you are still around 5cm from it being fully closed.
Didn't feel overly clean.
We got up in the morning, got dressed and left.
The only positive is the location for central MK.
- Louis (8/5): Good - It was okay
- Bolu (10/5): It was awesome - Comfy has all the necessary amenities in place and great host
- Christa (9/5): A quaint room very convenient to town. Wonderful value and a lovely host family. - The location was very convenient, a cute street with a quaint room. The proprietor was lovely and quick to provide the towels we needed. There was some rubbish in the little closet where we were to store our bags and hang our clothes.
- Grace (9/5): Good value for money. - Loved that there was a fridge and microwave so we could eat over the weekend. Complementary water, tea and coffee were provided.
- Paivi (6/5): Ok for short stay. - I arrived late, but the receptionist was very lovely and funny 👍🏻Room is clean, warmtn adjustable. Shower had close to instant warm water, shampoo/soap provided. Very comfy bed To my shock there was no kettle to make my morning coffee. I wasnt expecting this, and the next morning was super hard to get going
- Laura (9/5): Nice stay! - The room was cosy and ideally located for us, and our host very thoughtful! The room was quite hot when we went to bed, so we turned off the heating system. But my friend slept close to the window and she was cold in the middle of the night, so we turned on the heating again.

- Shane (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - Thank you so much, easy check in, great communication, we will be back
- Daryl (6/5): Pleasant - Kitchenette had a fridge and microwave. Bathroom door wasn't able to be shut. Only had 1 towel between the 2 of us. The 'free' wifi didn't work.
- Tonderai (7/5): Good -
- Gill (7/5): Good - Private ensuite room, microwave. Room was comfortable & host very helpful & friendly. 10-15 min walk to the centre shopping centre. There was a pump that kept me awake until 4am on my 2nd night. Hosr very apologetic about it. It's a room in a family house so you won't be able to sleeping if that's what you want. No tea or coffee available.
- Fabio (9/5): Superb -
- Pulagam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chris (9/5): Superb -
- Daniele (10/5): Exceptional -
- Irshad (9/5): Superb - Peace and quiet location and free car parking.
Very helpful host As above
- Neil (7/5): Good - Location was ideal following a night out in MK Centre. Value for money for sure
- C (9/5): Superb - Good residential location within walking distance of my client's business, late night Coop only 5 minutes walk away, and all the restaruants and shops you might want only 10 minutes walk. I was 4 hours late due to train delays, but this wasn't a problem as I had texted the owner. Accommodation was as advertised and more than adequate for my needs - it was clean and sufficiently equipped. It was a bit chilly when I arrived and the radiator hadn't been on, there was a small electric fire which helped a bit.
- Chidavaenzi (6/5): It was okay - It’s near town and the room was nice and big. The facilities good Finding the place took more than an hour
- Pamela (7/5): I was there for a family funeral and It was a base to be close by the day before and was what I needed. Had it not taken - Was in a good location for where I needed to be. The room was a nice size and the lady was lovely The room was missing any type of towels but once I spoke to the lady she gave me one… Another would have been nice but as I was only staying one night can’t really complain. A towel for the kitchen would have been helpful also as I always leave a place the way I find it and would have been easier to have something to dry the cup and plate that I had used. It was also very cold when I arrived and the room only had a very small heater and took a very long time to warm up.
- Kristijan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ayeni (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chris (8/5): Very enjoyable, with a few tweaks would be superb. - Very clean room, owner was very welcoming and allowed us to arrive later than planned. Didn't have quite all the little touches that would have made this a 10/10.
- Elizabeth (8/5): The room was clean and confortable and I had a quiet, undisturbed night there. - No breakfast was included and it was situated in a residential área far from any shops or café/restaurants. I did not have a car so I could not go out for breakfast.
I had to ask for a couple of teabags and sugar just to make a cup of tea as these had not been replenished from the previous client. Luckily I had made some provision having a leftover picnic.
- Callistus (10/5): Exceptional - Loved my stay
- Andy (8/5): Nice place, no towels - Convenient for where we needed to be There were no towels provided
- Joel (8/5): Very good -
