Guest Reviews
- Juan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Baltazar (1/5): I do not recommend it at all; is a terrible place. Run away from there - The house has a nice facade and the price; but the neighborhood is very dirty and dangerous. The neighborhood is very dirty and dangerous. The property owner did not answer my calls. Run away from there.
- Gutierrez (10/5): Exceptional - How welcoming they are That there was t much privacy due to it being a shared home
- Mika (9/5): My stay was great! - Check- in was great! Location was very close to everything. Neighborhood was okay! I felt safe.
The host was excellent! She was very kind. Water pressure in the shower wasn’t good. Shower faucet is very hard to turn on. The shower curtains were constantly blowing onto my body. You need a separate shower rod for the liner in order to fix the problem. The liner is way too thin. Front porch had coffee cup spilled out and trash on the front lawn.
- Isabella (7/5): Our stay was good - You get what you pay for. This is a room located in a family house, only 13 minutes away by Uber from the Riverwalk. The host was very kind and the instructions were clear, which made it very easy for us to arrive and to enter to the place. Normally, the bathroom is shared, but the other room was empty during our 2 nights stay. Overall, we had a positive experience. It would be nice to have towels without stains, cleaner shower liner in the bottom part and a new soap (the one that was provided was already used). Also, we struggled a little opening the shower faucet because it was hard.
- Jennifer (9/5): Superb - Location was convenient for the venue of the concert we were attending. Close to a few restaurants and stores. Neighborhood was quiet and parking was good. Neighbor was a little loud/possibly intoxicated when we came back on the second night, and kept setting off the alarm on his vehicle, but that was nothing that the homeowner could do anything about.
- Alexander (1/5): Bad -
- B.e.t (1/5): DONT RENT HERE !!! NOT THE CORRECT DISCRIPTION!!! - DID NOT LIKE DO NOT STAY !!! I don't like the fact that the owner doesn't state that she lives on the property and doesn't mention this for renters also I don't like how the discription of the rooms where it makes it seem as if there separate rooms this is probably done so that when you get there you can't get a refund so your screwd
- Zeger (9/5): Excellent value for money - Quiet and personal.
- Brigita (9/5): All good - Easy access to city center, bus stops not too far away. Room was clean and cozy, same with bathroom. You get a PIN code for the door, coming in and out whenever. It was a bit confusing with the check in as I was buzzing and no one was answering, luckily had internet to texted and only then they let me in. Also wanted to go for a walk in the evening but there were some loose aggressive dogs in the neighborhood so I couldn't get past the front gate.
- Adam (1/5): 535 Kayton Ave. San Antonio TX, -SCAM - Organized and clean The property was also rented to another family at the same time I rented it. The lady from the property informed me of a family going to be in the bedroom nest to ours and both families was to share the restroom, kitchen, living room. I don't recall seeing any information about a separate family could be staying on the property simultaneously to my stay. The property lady only mentioned it after she showed me the property. I made 3 phone calls to her prior to showing up for a walk through. This makes a lot of sense why she specifically says no refunds on the cancellation of the booking. I told her before I left the property that I was not staying there that night because of this issue she then informed me I would have to contact Booking.com to cancel my reservation.. now I'm having a terrible time getting a refund. I wonder how many other people besides me she has pulled this scam on.
- Ryan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Clark (5/5): Passable - I did not realize it was just a room we were renting in a house with other people and shared bathroom.
- Leo (10/5): Exceptional - Large comfortable bedroom. Pleasant and engaging hosts.
- Edina (8/5): Very good - Jasmine is a kind and helpful woman. The house is beautiful and clean, the room is comfortable. The location is close to the bus stations. It was great to be there 😊. The neighborhood could be a little bit freaky if you are a solo traveller.
- Brown (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jason (4/5): Disappointing -
- Linda (10/5): Exceptional - They replaced bathtub hardware, linens available as well.Very responsive party, very nice.
- Carmen (1/5): Didn't stay and will never stay there. it was the worst disappointment ever!!! - My husband and I were very disappointed. We went and rented another hotel. We weren't award someone else was staying at the home away from home place. I lost 68.00 dollars. if I would have known I would have never booked that place.
- Linda (10/5): Exceptional - The Old World atmosphere.Clean,organized.Excellent hostess gave me an orientation."Make yourself at home appeal." Sharing bath, but it's OK.We were provided bedroom door keys for security..Did not see that clarification in description prior to booking.
- Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional - Host was very nice and helpful. Bathroom is shared with other room. Bathroom is shared with other room.
- Travis (9/5): Superb -
- Mata (7/5): Good - It's a nice lovely home. Just didn't know there were other people staying there as well. That there were other people living or staying g there. Thought we would be able to have access to the kitchen or living room. Which didn't ask. But seeing as there were other people living there. I just assumed we weren't able to use the kitchen.
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional - We liked how nice the house was outside and very nice an clean smelled really nice in side the room & restroom was very nice and cleaned There's nothing at all that we didn't like
