- Md (5/5): The room was nice and comfortable. but i have not been informed that the room was share with a famil - The room was nice and comfortable. but i have not been informed that the room was share with a family. Though the family was fine. I have to share the kitchen and bathroom with the family. I went there for my work training thats why i have not stayed long time in the room. If the location and value for money for a single person or single family without kids then the room is ok. Moreover, it was good to stay there. thanks i liked it but not 100% due to share the kitchen and bathroom with the family.

- Erol (9/5): Bed was so comfortable to sleep at night because it was warm and peaceful, my sleep was enjoyable - The owner of Crystal Cozy Room was very helpful, I was allowed to come to the Room within 40 minutes of my booking, he was kind and helpful over the phone, upon reaching the property he welcome me fully and offered a lot, the room was spotless clean, bright and bed was superb well tidy, clean and room smell fresh, the property had everything what it takes to rest for 3 days, nice coffee machine in room, plates and more, wifi was good and reliable. On my last day he offered to drop me at the local bus station, it was a bonus as I reached fast to Heathrow Terminal 5, thank you for the warm hospitality and my stay at your property, looking forward to book more days soon. No comment !! On any bad point or dislike !!

- Matiubay (9/5): Nice and smooth stay - Even though the check in policy was until 23:00 the host waited for me until 23:30 as my ferry was a little delayed. If you travel by car there is limited space to park a car and all neighbours have cameras, however the host was very helpful with that and let me park my car in his parking lot and moved his car away.

- Clare (7/5): Good room for the price - The room is very spacious & clean. Coffee making facilities are in the room & it has good WiFi. The bed was very comfortable. I slept very well but you need to take ear plugs as there is a very large fish tank in the lounge & the pump is quite loud. But a pair of good ear plugs easily solved that for me. The host let me park my rental car in the parking space as I was not comfortable parking it on the street in case it got damaged. A good room for the price if you need to stay in the area for a few days. Hosts could do with leaving an info sheet in the room with WiFi code, check out info etc. The room is on the ground floor & the bathroom is upstairs if you wake up in the night & need to use the toilet. Communication could be better for check in & check out. But all in all it's a good room for the price.
