Kah Yee (4/5): - location wise is fair but you will need transportation to the area with restaurants and shops. good parking lot with just next to the lift entrance We booked two units, and one of them had a broken shower head. The toilet paper provided was dirty and yellow, there was also hair on the bedsheet, and we requested a change of bedsheets on the first day upon check-in. The shower was only fixed on the third day of our four-night stay. For the inconvenience, we received only a RM30 refund. Additionally, there was a miscalculation in the rental fee, with an extra RM200 added. I had to raise this myself – they admitted the mistake and promised a refund, but it makes me wonder how many guests don’t double-check their bills. They also requested my NRIC/driving license, claiming it was required by building management. While I understand this may be needed for security registration, i can complete the registration purpose with security upon my arrival myself, but they refused to provide the mailbox password just hours before check-in unless I shared the document – despite full payment and deposit already made.

Puteri (4/5): Unpleasant stay. Room had loose flooring and smelly, dirty bedding. Had to change rooms due to access card issue, new ro - I always stayed here with different a different host. It is convenient to move around here, traffic not too heavy and a lots of restaurant and shops. This was my first time staying under this host’s property, and unfortunately, the experience was far from convenient. The first unit assigned was similar to other units I’ve stayed in around this area, but the condition of this particular one was disappointing. The vinyl flooring was coming off, posing a safety hazard, and the bed and pillows appeared unchanged, with the pillows emitting a very unpleasant odor. On our last night, we encountered an issue with the access card being blocked, which forced us to quickly pack and move to another unit. While I didn’t mind the layout of the new unit being different, what truly upset me was the condition of the bedding. The pillows and bed were in even worse shape, stained, smelly, and clearly not properly cleaned. I honestly provide better linen and comfort in my own guest room at home. The bedding also seemed to have mites or dust issues, as it was extremely itchy throughout the night. I had initially planned to extend my stay due to an urgent meeting, but nearly checked out immediately to move to another property. The only reason I stayed was because it was already late at night. I do appreciate the host’s quick response,she was helpful in switching units and arranging a replacement for the flickering bathroom light. However, I strongly urge the management to seriously improve the condition of the rooms, particularly the bed, pillows, and linens. Proper maintenance doesn’t cost much, and as guests, we’re not paying RM50 per night at a budget hotel, we expect at least a basic level of cleanliness and comfort. A little more care would make a huge difference to your guests’ experience.

Siah (4/5): Doesn't meet our expectations - Gym and the playground Cleanliness of the unit. There's underwear of previous tenant in the unit hung in the toilet. The water boiler has not been cleaned. Still got used boiled water in it. The bedsheet and the pillow cover got smell. Didn't really seem to change before. The toilet basin still got water stain and toothpaste stain. And on the mirror too. The sofa cover is sticky. Like never change before.
