• Amber (1/5): Bad - The air conditioning in the room was leaking, and the room had a bad smell. The whole place was filthy, with a lot of cockroaches. I even got bitten by them while sleeping, and woke up with an allergic reaction all over my body ，super disgusting. The customer service was terrible, they were impatient and didn't care. We called them to fix the air conditioning, but they just gave us a half-hearted response. Also, the parking wasn’t included as they claimed ，we had to park outside in an uncovered area. Overall, this hotel is awful, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The property was poorly maintained, making it impossible to relax. Towels and bedsheets were not clean or in proper condition, far from what was expected. Definitely not worth staying here!

• Subra (1/5): Bad - The stay was disappointing due to multiple issues: the kitchen was unclean and infested with baby cockroaches; the entrance main locking system was unreliable; the toilet had a strong unpleasant odor; bed sheets and blankets were not changed; the TV had no programming available; dining chairs lacked proper cushioning; the bathroom was narrow and cramped; there were no parking facilities; management provided poor guidance; the mattress was in bad condition, and the balcony door couldn’t be locked. Overall it has been, bad condition also it seems like cockroach hotel. Extra, the deposit also not been given immediately.

• Saiyidah (4/5): I dont recommend this homestay to anyone, wont repeat - Homestay not like what in the picture, the homestay looks very old yet most of the furniture look didnt clean at all. Bed didnt look good, like gonna collapsed. Bed sheet are dirty, looks like the old one didnt change. Tv not function at all, if open dont have signal! Floor are dirty, especially kitchen floor. Iron board are really really dying!
• Nur (5/5): smelly unit - very near to the main attractions in melaka once you step in the unit theres an unpleasant smell like it wasnt cleaned properly, the toilet door already crusty, sofa got big stains and smelly. overall was meh for the price. cleanliness needs to be improved. some of the floorings also tore up already. have rm100 deposit

Kids pool can't use as it's under maintenance for 2 month but didn't stated at booking.com 4. Tv no channel at All even maintenance come and repair also remote TV cant use. 5. I don't know what are they doing provide like this hospitality services 6. We are paying money not say need perfect service. At least basic thing need to get done 7. Photo Advertisement at Booking.com is not the same with the real reality. 8. Pillow And Tower like long time didnt change.. scary ..

I accidently booked this without checking the review as i thought all property here was good.but turns out different management take care of their property differently. Everything. Faulty and burned kettle was given first(ask for a new one and received it) Dirty towels and bedsheets etc, sticky toilet, cracked glass wardrobe

Host - very responsive when trying to check-in, gave all the needed details from collecting keys to answering questions :) Not sure if the apartment we stayed was unoccupied for quite sometime, as we entered and it had quite a smell. We had to check out earlier then we were suppose to and to collect the deposit, it took 3 days. The pillow and bed was having foul smell. we took the 2 room bed with extra bed and the extra bed does not come with pillow and blanket. Checked with the host and they mentioned there's no additional blanket and pillow. Air-cond in the living room, was not cold at all despite it was in 16 with all windows and door shut. Bathroom was actually bit smelly. but then again, as it was cheap compared to other places and we took it, so we made peace with our selves :D.

I didn't like everything, especially the service. Very slow respond. And not helping at all. Very disappointed choose the place cause of the agent service/customer service.
