Sean (1/5): Broken...wouldn't stay again!! - Leaving the next day. Broken toilet seat. No hot water on arrival. Marks on walls. Iced up and broken freezer. Missing door handles. Broken window locks. Disinterested property manager.
Elena (3/5): Disappointed - will never stay again - Was very clean and kitchen had everything you needed for a self catering stay. Very stressful arrival. I had received no contact prior to getting there to explain where and how to collect keys from. I had arranged for check in at 10am but was told when we got there that it was impossible for check in before 3pm as other people where in the room until 11am and then cleaners needed to go in. No information in room booklet as to how to find the WiFi code or air conditioning control panel. I would never stay here again. Not worth the price they are charging.

David (6/5): Great flat, great location, a few tweaks required to make it more comfortable - Great flat in a convenient location No bulb in bedside light Too hot and no instructions to turn heating off eg towel rail No key for the widows so couldn't open them Freezer was frozen shut
