• Thais (8/5): Great location and good staff. - It’s close to metro and bus stop. And it’s a walking distance to Tiburtina trem station. There is a lot of place to eat. I recommend to try Trapizzino, Ristorante Belli e Brilli and Fornace Stella - Piazza Lecce. The staff is really nice and polite. The room isn’t sound proof. If you have difficulty to sleep with noise, it isn’t the best option.

• Posada (8/5): Great stay if you don’t want to rip cash in the centre. - Fresh, modern, clean and convenient. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the gym is great and the rooms are excellent. The location isn’t in the middle but you take a bus and you’re in the middle of everything in 15 mins. The area was really nice. The place is so nice having disposable cups brought the taste level down. 2 glass cups and a spoon would go a long way.

• Soulaf (10/5): Saved to fav hotels in Rome - The hotel is new and clean. The staff is very nice and friendly. The rooms are isolated so you don't hear noise from outside. Very wepl connected. 5 mins walk from Metro stations and bus stop just outside the hotel.

Anche la palestra con attrezzi di ultima generazione ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative nulla

Beautiful building, modern rooms, well equipped, confortable beds, incredible bathroom, extremely nice and professional staff, easy to access by car, far enough from the tourist-loaded districts but with public transport close by to go to the city centre. Thanks a lot ! I'll come back Almost nothing negative to say. Except maybe their partner's parking which has a very very steep entrance, so if your car is low, it will simply not clear and you'll have to park in the street or another parking nearby.

• Guest (2/5): esperienza pessima - Il letto e, in generale, la camera, anche se purtroppo le pareti non erano per nulla insonorizzate: si sentiva chiaramente tutto ciò che accadeva nelle stanze vicine, compreso lo sciacquone del bagno. Praticamente tutto è stato al di sotto delle aspettative. Il ristorante segnalato non era disponibile: inizialmente chiuso per manutenzione fino a metà del mio soggiorno e, una volta riaperto, non offriva alcuna delle “tipiche specialità” promesse. Non esiste un’area adeguata per la colazione, che viene servita direttamente in reception, dove peraltro si percepiva un forte odore di fogna. La colazione “continentale” consiste in sole quattro portate: escluso un toast (preparato con tacchino e non con prosciutto), tutte le altre sono a base di uova. Nessun buffet, nessuna alternativa, nessuna possibilità di cenare in struttura. Non comprendo con quali criteri sia stata assegnata la quarta stella, ma per il prezzo richiesto l’esperienza è decisamente troppo deludente e a stento raggiungerebbe un tre stelle.

From the moment we arrived, the receptionist Armin, made us feel welcomed. His warm smile and helpful attitude set a positive tone for our stay. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

While I was taking a shower, the hot water stopped after the first 3–4 minutes, and I had to finish showering with cold water. Our rooms number was 406 if that would help you

Many crocery stores, cafes and pubs in walking distance. Closest bus stop around the corner and metro stop at Bologna is three blocks away.

Pretty close to Piazza Bologna where metro B goes, also close to Tiburtina station. Room not very well soundproofed, lot of sounds both from the corridor and the street.

The room was alway clean even if I would leave in mid day. I didn’t eat the breakfast but it smelled amazing on the way out to the city. The location is great. An 7-10 euro taxi to pretty much anything. Everything was amazing! I’m not picking but I had a “Double Room” if you can’t handle a little chatter from another room I wouldn’t book a “Double Room”

You can just slink in and out and the staff are there when you need them but you can really just enjoy your own space. Free breakfast for the price would have been fair. Just some coffee fruit and pastries would have done nicely.

• Christos (7/5): Clean hotel in a nice area - The hotel was very clean and newly renovated with new furniture. The location was very good for my purpose. It was also pretty quiet area which might be hard to find in more central locations. Check out process was smooth and with a friendly attitude. There is no soundproof in the room I was in I could hear most things from neighbouring rooms. The introduction to the room from the front desk needs to be improved as there was not much information about the electronics system or the room, which did not seem to work for housekeeping as I did not feel it was necessary to clean the room everyday yet it was cleaned daily, which I thought I requested not too from the electronic system installed.

I traveled with a couple of friends and booked the family room which provided extra space to spread out. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Marchio (I am sorry if I misspelled) was the best because he provided recommendations and gave us safety tips. He had great insights because he has lived in the states, so he helped us understand the Italian culture. The property is within walking distance to the train station. It has great rooftop and lobby bars. I would definitely stay again.

• Ralph (9/5): Amazing hotel, would definitely stay again! - The hotel was lovely and we stayed for three nights. The staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for you. I would highly recommend the hotel as it is in a fairly nice area and can be accessed by Bologna metro station which is connected to both larger stations in Rome. The hotel was basically all brand new and the room was amazing. A really comfortable bed and a good sized bathroom. Modern styling and decor throughout, with loft access to the upper floors. There is a great rooftop bar where breakfast is served which is really relaxing. Just be careful with the room service. We asked for a small jug of milk for our room as there wasn't any in there for tea and coffee. Upon checking out a few of €10 was added. Luckily, the receptionist got rid of this and we didn't have to pay. Further to this, when booked through booking.com, payment is taken for the stay when you checkout. We also thought we had included breakfast when we booked, however we ended up paying for this when we checked out.

• Samanvith (8/5): Great location and the property is brand new and clean. - The property is new and has modern amenities. It’s very clean and the staff are very friendly and take care of all needs. There is an issue with hot water in the mornings. They tried to fix it when we informed the staff but I think the issue is with most of them using the shower at the same time.
• Yin (5/5): Not a good experience - I asked for the information about the shuttle bus once I arrived. Because the page said the hotel provides the shuttle. No feedback even I asked again every morning before I went out. At the end, their answer is wrong information. Shuttle bus is taxi, they could make the booking for me. Ok, thx! The second point that I didn't feel good was the temperature of the shower water. Told the reception on the next morning of arrival. But no improvement till the last night. I stayed there 3 nights only though.
