• Ludovica Ada (8/5): - La posizione è centralissima, l'appartamento molto accogliente proprio come nelle foto, perfetto per due persone. Luca è stato molto disponibile e pronto nelle risposte, gestisce molto bene il rapporto col cliente. Purtroppo quando abbiamo scoperto il letto la prima notte abbiamo trovato il lenzuolo sporco che presentava persino dei peli/capelli sulla superficie. Per fortuna abbiamo trovato delle lenzuola di ricambio nell'armadio ma non è stato di certo l'inizio perfetto per il nostro soggiorno. Nel complesso la pulizia non è delle migliori, i paralumi non erano pulitissimi, non ci siamo focalizzati sul resto. Il voto complessivo è alto perché Luca è davvero una persona disponibile, abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la sua proposta di mandare qualcuno a rifarci il letto per lo spiacevole accaduto.
• Anna (10/5): Tre notti da sogno - Tutto impeccabile , un bellissimo panorama,in casa non manca niente o trovato la tavola pronta per la colazione latte in frigo biscotti per la colazione, capsule per caffè veramente non mancava nulle letto morbido un bagno con doccia spettacolare non volevo più andarmene lo consiglio vivamente ci ritornerò sicuramente Non ho nulla da dire ,non mi e piaciuto andare via hihi

• Dusan (10/5): Најбољи смештај у коме сам одсео - Апсолутно најбољи апартман у коме сам одсео. Апартман је чист, уредан и обилује огледалима. Поглед на море је са бочне стране али и даље леп. Све што вам падне на памет овај апартман поседује: машину за прање, машину за сушење, даску за пеглање, пеглу, мноштво пешкира и постељина, купатило има биде, туш кабина има ђакузи систем, и још много много ситница и детаља. Чак и кревет има могућност подизања и спуштања на дугме. Могао бих овако до сутра да хвалим овај апартман. Такође, домаћини су јако љубазни. Тако да, моје препоруке од срца за овај смештај. Што смо остали тако кратко :)
• Williams (10/5): 10 days of being in Trieste, wandering at will and living in comfort, what's not to like? - Luca was very helpful at all times and prompt in answering any queries, this was also the case during our stay, texts from another family member to check we had arrived safely and showing us flexibility when we needed extra help. The apartment was beautiful and became our home while in Trieste, a place we always looked forward to returning to at the end of the day. The apartment was close to everything so we could wander around the town and just come home when we felt like it. The apartment was superbly equipped and so made our stay very comfortable. Nothing.

The location is exceptional with a lovely view of the water. Host was prompt and attentive. Would have loved to have stayed a little longer. There is nothing we didn’t like.

• Stephen (9/5): Very comfortable stay in a great location, owned by a family that cares about your comfort and ensures a very happy stay - Great location in front of the harbour, with views to the sea, on a fourth floor with good lift service. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well appointed. If you like mirrors, this is the place for you, as they feature prominently giving a feeling of spaciousness and a delight to the eyes. Comfortable bed and a large bathroom with good shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is small but very well equipped and coffee maker is supplied with pods. We were greeted by Marissa, Luca’s mother, who was an absolute delight with her knowledge of the history of the building and attachment to the Savoie Hotel and Princess Sisi . Highly recommended.

The unit has a great layout, beautifully decorated with excellent facilities. There was everything you needed with ample storage and good lighting. The bed was adjustable which was a bonus and very comfortable. All in all, a very comfortable unit and great hosts who provided tourist information as well as a few staples, fruit and a packet of biscuits. Couldn't have been better. Nothing. It was all perfect.

If you are staying in Trieste and i highly recommend you do this is the perfect place Everything in walking distance. For anything further afield we went to the caves busses are fantastic we also took a water taxi to Maramar castle .. The Castle just a few mins walk above town has a wonder bar to watch the sunset Absolutely nothing we loved everything !

Furnished and equipped to a very high standard - a real home away from home. You can walk everywhere or take the very easy to use local buses. Restaurants and speciality food stores in all directions. Great communication, very friendly, easy access and we were met on arrival. Well set up for an amazing stay. Nothing.
• Metje (10/5): A wonderful well cared for apartment run by a very lovely welcoming owner who did everything to make our stay a fantasti - The apartment was situated at the side of the Savoie hotel with a view on the water, in the middle of the area with museums and monuments and that is bustling with life, cafes icecream bars etc.Even though it was february, the weather was soft and the city welcoming!

• Terra (10/5): More than I expected - This apartment really surprised me. It's really looks like the owners made it for themselves. Large bathroom, comfortable bed, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Lot of mirrors in the living room and bathroom. It's good size for 2-3, but could be tight for 4.
• Zangeres (10/5): very nice stay, in the center of Trieste in a wonderful apartment, with a lot of facilities. - Very good communication with the host. Everything was spotless clean, and the apartment is very nicely decorated and has all facilities that one needs like coffee machine (with coffee), towels, fridge, freezer, washing machine, and a lot more. The location is super central, and we slept like princes. The bed is very comfortable, and large. We each got 2 keys, so that we could come and go whenever we wanted. Not applicable
• Patricia (9/5): Superb - Beautiful apartment, excellent location, just about perfect. The only negative, and not something anyone could change, was we were woken on our last night at 3am by a very noisy party going on in the room next to us which we think was part of the Savoie hotel.

The top and best in class apartment with facilities which made the stay memorable and beyond comfortable. The location great. No request was too much for Luca. To commit plagiarism, "I'll be back" (recognition to Arnold Schwarzenegger) :-) Loved all....
• Judy (10/5): Comfortable, clean, and a great area. - Located a short walk from the cruise terminal, it was very conveniently, in an area with many cafes and restaurants. We arrived early and were allowed in our room hours before check in. Luca and his Dad did everything they could to make our stay a comfortable one. The only thing, a small one is that the air conditioner struggled to keep the rooms cool in the summer heat.

• Martin (9/5): Superb - The owner´s father welcomed us, waiting at the location and blocking a parking space for us (only for unlaoding the luggage), a parking garage is a few minutes walking distance away. The location is great and from the windows you have a good view to the sea. A Spar grocery is around the corner and restaurants galore in vicinity. On arrival the apartment was overwhelmed with this artificial room scent. Some people may like this, I hate it and get respiratory problems. We put a number of scent sources outside the window. The rooms aren´t that large as they appear on the images. I prefer photos not taken with wide-angle lens.

• David (10/5): Perfect stay in Trieste - Very close to the water and the main square. View of the water from the sitting room. Everything supplied in the apartment. Even the kitchen had every utensil (although we didn’t cook, we ate at all the wonderful Trieste restaurants). Our plane was delayed, but Luca waited for us at the external door, carried our bags from the taxi to the apartment, and explained everything about the apartment and Trieste. Separate bedroom, large sitting room, sofa bed for our daughter who stayed 2 nights, walk in shower, street recycle bins very close in next street, buses #8 and #30 connect straight to Central Station, everything was perfect. Score: 10.5 out of 10 Cruise ships dump 1000s of people into Trieste every so often, but away from the main square, they get assimilated for the day ok.
