• Joy (9/5): Cute, value for money, friendly hostel. - Room was very large and open. Location was walkable to Chinatown and the other mingles. Front desk guy was friendly. Bed was not the comfiest but for a night or 2 It’s doable.

The staff are nice people and I like that the place has a key card for each person. The only thing that I didn't give them the 10/10 was they don't have any slippers. But I totally recommend this place for young people who are interested in travelling
• Kai (8/5): Good location, rooms and facilities very basic, place could use a makeover - Breakfast was not available, seems like it was a promotion at some point that was not extended. Location was good, small pool chill out area next door, nothing special but nice for a small rest during the day No curtains at the bed, so basically no privacy in the dorm
• Abbie (6/5): - Good showers, nice pool area, can buy beers on site cheaper than in the supermarket. The budget double room was SO loud. We stayed for 4 nights and even with earplugs we slept badly every night. The room was directly above the outdoor seating area and people were outside speaking loudly until 3/4 am. When we arrived we thought the window was open as we could hear the road clearly, but it wasn’t.

• Erasmus Felix (1/5): Scheiße - im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes - Das Schauspiel des jungen Mannes an der Rezeption, der dann barfuß schnell weg rannte, nachdem er mir die Haustür öffnete. Der Raum mit Badezimmer roch permanent nach Kanalisation. Selbst ein längeres Durchlüften führte zu nichts. Es gab keine zu öffnenden Fenster. Lediglich Markisen, die sich aber nicht einwandfrei schließen ließen. Somit drang auch jedes Geräusch von draußen hinein. Dieses Zimmer wurde mir als "Upgrade" verkauft, nachdem man mir beim Check-In erzählte, das eigentliche Zimmer hätte ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage. Ab 8 Uhr morgens begannen dann Bauarbeiten, die bestimmt auch noch über Jahre andauern (siehe Bild). Die Reaktionszeit der Unterkunft bei booking.com war schnell, aber komischerweise dann nicht mehr als Gast. Am nächsten Tag hat man dann leider nicht professionell reagiert. Ich hatte erwähnt eine Teilerstattung wäre das mindeste. Darauf ging man nicht ein und murmelte was von Management. Ich habe durchaus Verständnis für das Personal, das sich für seine Arbeitsstätte schämt.

• singh.surajit2 (7/5): - I loved the behaviour of the male staff They were very friendly and helpful in comparison to other female staff. I stayed at this hotel from 31 December to 2 January. The room was acceptable, but I was disappointed with the service regarding basic amenities. The hotel provided very limited tea bags and sugar in the room. On the day of checkout, I politely asked the receptionist for just one additional tea bag. My request was denied, and I was told that the hotel administration does not allow providing extra tea bags. I understand that hotels have policies, but refusing a single tea bag or even offering it at a small charge felt unnecessarily rigid and unwelcoming. The cost of one tea bag or sugar packet is minimal, yet the gesture would have made a difference in guest satisfaction. Overall, this experience left a negative impression, as hospitality is often about small gestures. I hope the management reconsiders this policy to improve the guest experience

• Anna (5/5): - Недалеко от Чайна тауна, но нужно идти минут 10. Хороший персонал. Интересный дизайн номера. 3 туалета, совмещённых с душем на весь хостел. Находятся все внизу, что очень неудобно. Приходилось постоянно спускаться/подниматься. Очень громко было в моей комнате, слышно каждое слово из общего холла, окна в номере не было, что тоже не очень комфортно.

• YASAR (7/5): Clean and Comfortable, but Some Drawbacks - Cleanliness and comfortable beds. There are no curtains around the beds, towels are provided only for an extra fee, for the deposit they require credit card details including the security code, and cash payments are not accepted.

La proximité avec le quartier chinois et les services de transport. 2- L'accès à la piscine dans l'immeuble d'à côté 1- L'entretien de l'immeuble dans son ensemble. Il y a de la moisissure dans les toilettes et les murs des chambres sont très mal entretenus (voir photos). 2- Le personnel laisse la porte arrière de l'immeuble ouverte 24/24, ce qui laisse entrer les moustiques dans les espaces communs.

• antonia (10/5): Lovely place-much better then the other mingles - Super nice room with balcony on the pool Usually you can get a small but nice breakfast next door in a caffe which makes amazing oat milk latte. Sadly when we were there the breakfast place was closed and we could get our free breakfast and what’s worse- our coffee. It wasn’t their fault but it would have been nice if the owner would have come up with a compensation

• Tuan Izzuddin (10/5): - Best Hostel Experience Ever! This is my third time staying here and honestly, it never disappoints. The staff are super friendly, the rooms and property are clean, and the aircond + hot water always work perfectly. The price and location are also unbeatable. One thing I love most is the vibe, they have events almost every day like karaoke, BBQ nights, and pub crawls. As a solo traveler, this is exactly what I’m looking for. I’ve made so many amazing friends and connections from all around the world here! Sometimes I even extend my stay because I just don’t want to leave. I wish I could become a permanent resident here hahaha 😆 I will definitely be back again on another weekend! Highly recommend to anyone coming to KL ❤️

Maar de volgende dag werd ik door een andere medewerker toch verzocht om de kamer op tijd te verlaten. Ook toen ik haar iets vroeg over eten in de omgeving, gaf ze kort anteoord dat ze daar niks over wist. Het was 1 medewerker die niet vriendelijk was het overige personeel was wel behulpzaam.
