• nad (9/5): Amazing - The view...wow, wow wow Each bedroom has access to a terrace. The lower terrace actually had the better view and was more accessible with food and drinks. Loads of space in the living & dining room for 2 couples. Very compact kitchen. 2nd bedroom was up a steep spiral staircase and open to dining room below, had use of massive bathroom back downstairs. Crazy steep, narrow but wonderful steps lead to a terrace. 1st bedroom has a door and access to 2nd very tiny bathroom (not ensuite). Also has the access to the larger terrace with the best view, table and chairs. Proper hair dryers in each bathroom. Location was fantastic, we parked nearby and had a 5-10min walk with no steps to the property. Only steps were when you reached the court yard up to the front door. There was no iron or iron board (using the travel iron provided on a towel on the floor was a waste of time) We had really wet weather one day so a clothes drying rack would have been useful as all 4 of us were soaked through.

• Marianne (8/5): Eine wirklich sehr toll gelegene Wohnung die alles bietet um Monopoli zu geniessen. - Sehr tolle Wohnung auf vier Stockwerken in der Altstadt. Grill und Wasseranschluss auf der Dachterrasse. Gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf in der Nähe. Die schmale, steile Treppe, 53 Stufen, von unten bis aufs Dach machen die Wohnung für Menschen mit Handicap leider nicht empfehlenswert. Der grosszügige Gebrauch von Raumbedufter war sehr störend. Die Schlüsselübernahme war etwas kompliziert. Den Einstellplatz für das Auto hatten wir so nicht erwartet.

• Brenda (9/5): - Everything as described and the roof terrace didn't disappoint! Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron & ironing board, coffee machine, comfy beds. Great location in the centre of everything - bars & restaurants on the doorstep. I had read previous comments about air conditioning not being installed in every room however it is now 😊 The shower cubicle in the lower bathroom could do with a revamp and a shower curtain is needed in the upstairs bathroom.
• Antonio (8/5): - Tutto. Struttura centrale nel centro storico , vicino alle piazze principali . Se proprio devo trovare una nota negativa , sono le scale per entrare in ogni stanza .

• MURIELLE (8/5): - L'emplacement proche du centre, même si c'est assez bruyant, beaucoup de passage. La terrasse avec barbecue et vue sur les toits. Je souhaitais juste préciser qu'il y a beaucoup de marches (logement sur 3 / 4 niveaux (environ 56 marches), donc pas adapté pour tous !
• Lesley (6/5): The interior of this apartment is relatively nice and the 2-bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms was great, but the nev - The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old town with great access to restaurants, shops and the local beaches. Antonella, the staff member who checked us in, was very helpful and responsive to the numerous messages we sent. The terrace was lovely. The apartment is promoted as ‘air conditioned’ but it’s not really. One room is air conditioned on the 4th floor and it then gets hotter each floor down. The lower bedroom on the 2nd floor was uncomfortably hot, even with the fan going. The layout with one room on each of the 5 floors meant you are constantly having to climb the 66 stairs up and down. This was tiresome and we are fit people! Any guest staying here needs to understand the physical abilities needed to be able to get around in this apartment and be prepared to climb several hundred stairs daily. The washing machine was broken. We were told that this was a discovery the day prior to our arrival but a review in August indicated the same info. We appreciated Antonella’s help getting our laundry done whenever needed. The wifi did not work well, the line kept going down and the stone walls make the signal weak in areas beyond the router and the wifi set up is not secure. The electrical wiring in the kitchen is screwed up - the overhead light flickered significantly and dimmed every few minutes. After using the microwave and stove hood light, the coffee maker and stove then stopped working. To get everything to work again required a strange sequence of turning switches on and off between the hood light and the coffee maker. There’s a cappuccino maker but no container to froth milk. The kitchen needs a cheese grater, some medium sized spoons and more medium sized coffee cups. Some of the finishings aren’t great quality such as the door trim in the upper bedroom made of plastic that was glued poorly to the wall and fell off on day 1, and the missing cover plate in the shower of the lower bathroom shower.
• Rebecca (5/5): Felt over priced for what it was - - terrace area - good location for center of old town - Out of six stays across Puglia this was the only accommodation with no flexibility on check in time - despite the fact that the clean had been completed by 1pm they were unable /unwilling to allow us access until 3.30pm - No washing up liquid, sponge, tea towels or oven gloves - washing up and sponge given after requested on second night of our stay - Cannot use hob and oven at the same time without tripping the electric - washing machine was broken meaning we were unable to wash freely as we liked - key benefit of having an apartment . when run then leaked all downstairs. Washing collected and washed by company - however meant we were unable to have personal/ expensive items washed . - Cleaning was inadequate - dirty marks on sides and floors, cutlery and crockery unclean - Bathrooms tatty, one bed very uncomfortable and needs replacing - Misleading description - only one bedroom has air con, the other only a fan is provided and there is no aircon in communal areas - Damp issue - dehumidifier needs to be permanently on in downstairs living area - Tap on terrace non functional
