• Ewa (10/5): Pobyt był super . - Taras z pięknym widokiem , jednak krzesła jak i stolik wymagają odnowienia Roleta na tarsie też dobrym rozwiązaniem gdyż w tak upalne dni ciężko wysiedzieć oraz chroniła by przed nagrzewaniem mieszkania . Klimatyzacja z której ciekła woda i nie mogliśmy korzystać z niej tak jakbyśmy chcieli. Przy temperaturze powyżej 30 w obiekcie było bardzo gorąco .

• Objektivist (9/5): - Geniale Lage mit Balkon. Gute Raumaufteilung. Handtücher ausreichend vorhanden. Geschirr ebenfalls. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Klappliege im Wohnraum nur bedingt zum Schlafen geeignet. Hängt durch. Habe mir bei Jisk eine Luftmatratze gekauft und konnte dann auf dem Boden gut schlafen. Fußboden war sandig. Korkenzieher war kaputt, habe einen neuen gekauft und in der Ferienwohnung gelassen, ebenso eine Flüssigseifenspender fürs Bad gekauft. Backofen fehlt entgegen der Beschreibung. Wasser war noch in der Kaffeekapselmaschine vom Vorbenutzer.

• Lucie (1/5): Très mauvaise expérience, à éviter absolument. - Rien À fuir. Nous sommes arrivés à 16h30, heure normale d’arrivée, et avons découvert un logement dans un état lamentable : ménage non fait, lit défait, poubelles pleines, serviettes sales et à terre. Nous avons dû attendre 4 heures dehors, sans pouvoir nous laver ni nous reposer, après un bivouac, autant dire que notre fin de journée a été complètement gâchée. Le propriétaire m’a dit que c’était la première fois que cela arrivait… mais en lisant les commentaires sur Booking, nous avons trouvé un avis datant d’avant notre séjour décrivant exactement la même situation : arrivée dans un logement sale, sans ménage. Donc non seulement négligent, mais aussi malhonnête. Il a proposé de rembourser les frais de ménage, ce que j’ai accepté, mais il a mis près d’une semaine à effectuer le virement malgré mes nombreuses relances. Par contre, pour me réclamer les taxes de séjour, là il était bien plus rapide ! Et encore une fois, tentative de fraude : il m’a demandé 1,50 € par personne et par nuit, alors que Booking indique clairement 1 €. Heureusement que j’ai vérifié, sinon il me faisait payer plus. Je joins les photos prises à notre arrivée, pour que chacun puisse juger de la situation. De plus, appartement bruyant, clim qui fonctionne à moitié, canapé lit pas confortable du tout… Une expérience très désagréable, un propriétaire peu fiable et de mauvaise foi. Je déconseille fortement ce logement.
• Chiara (2/5): Sconsiglio vivamente il soggiorno nonostante la bella veduta - Solo la posizione 3º piano SENZA ASCENSORE non segnalato, no bidet, aria condizionata mal funzionante, muffa nella doccia, ingresso pedonale da retro ristorante, balconcino con arredi fatiscenti e legno marcio, balcone sporco e ringhiera con diversi punti di ruggine, luce camera bruciata, spinotto abat-jour rotto quindi 1 sola lampadina funzionante.
• Steven (1/5): Avoid at all costs. - The location was good. Everything other than the location was poor. Electrical safety problems. Mould. Hideous furniture and decor. Broken fridge door fell off in our hand. Old wooden pallets for table and chairs on balcony. Dirty. Run down. Smelly. Stained linen. The worst thing is that the host, Riccardo, would not reply to any messages when we asked for help when the fridge fell apart. There was no further communication from Riccardo for the duration of our stay. A very dodgy operator. By far our worst experience in a month long road trip around north Italy.

• Fabienne (5/5): Disappointing choice. - The location is great. This is the only positive point. It advertises a private beach, which is not the case. The apartment is on the 3rd floor without a lift. Difficult if you have luggage for a week. Decoration is for instagram pictures, not for comfort. It is overrated in my opinion.
