The hospitality I received from the owner needs improvement, particularly in communication through WhatsApp. As a customer, I asked questions to confirm certain details, but the responses I received were curt and unengaging. Proper communication etiquette should be observed when interacting with customers. Regarding the deposit, the owner mentioned I would receive it within one day of checking out, but it's been over six hours, and the responses have been unsatisfactory.
