• Darren (9/5): Lovely wee short stay. - Centrally located and yet still off the main roads, so quiet and uneventful area. Memory foam pillows and loads of fleece blankets available, though none were needed as the entire place was cosy yet cool enough not to be uncomfortable in the surprise spring warmth. The apartment is clearly very well appointed with lovely flooring, carpets and excellent tiling throughout. With a lovely converted extension for an extra room. Wifi that's fast enough to keep four kids on electronics happy. Overall, well worth the price. It needs a little TLC perhaps with some broken blinds and the tiled box beside the boiler. A couple of dish towels in the kitchen would be grand too.

• Eden (9/5): Comfortable and convenient. - Host was lovely and let me check in earlier than planned. Place was comfy and convenient and was a short walk from train stations (woolwhich/woolwhich arsenal). I hope the host enjoyed us coming out of the house in cosplay...Stayed for comic con. There are cameras outside the property. Washing machine draw wasnt clean and will need to be checked out and a cupboard upstairs had random rubbish. Didn't effect us but will need to be looked at. Otherwise the stay was enjoyable.

• John (5/5): Great people, great location — wish I could 5 star it - The owners were fantastic, really lovely people and the place was in an excellent location for the O2. Was very clean throughout (more on that) and it pains me not to be able to rate it higher. Property was clean but only because the owners were still in the property when we arrived. Now this was apparently down to a late checkout but since we been on the road for 5 hours all we wanted to do was take a moment to relax. Unfortunately this wasn’t really possible with strangers buzzing about so we effectively didn’t get the full time we had paid for. There was a persistent smokey smell that we couldn’t work out.

Road was quiet. Kitchen had everything I needed. Hot water was a dream. Lovely and warm in evenings. Cant fault it at all. Tremendous value. Literally nothing. Was a great place.
• Harvey (7/5): Plenty of space and well located - It was a good location for us because we were attending an event at Woolwich Works. It wasn't clear about the lock key instructions, and the heating is only turned on at request. But the host was extremely easy to get hold of on both occasions.

• tracy (10/5): The perfect location for O2, Lindon sightseeing etc. - Lovely rooms, clean, lots of space. 10 mintes to the Elizabethline ir DLR. Couple of stations to London city airport and 10 minutes on the Uber Boat (also only a 10 minute walk) to O2 Arena! An extra mirror would have been good 🤩. Check for dop poop on the parking space . Couple of wine glasses would have been nice 👍.

There were some issues with heating and a lack of towels, but thanks to the helpful host, everything was sorted out. • Kiah-marie (8/5): Thank you for hosting me. I had a fantastic stay! It was comfortably and I felt very safe!!!! - Fantastic space - great bedroom conversion downstairs. Really nice home. Smoke slarm beeped, but it wasn't the end if the world. I'm sure the alarm battery can be replaced.
• Emi (9/5): Superb - This property had everything we needed. It was hot during our stay but the fans in each room make a big difference. The property is in a quiet neighborhood within a short walk to bus, metro and water taxi to get to downtown London. The host was extremely responsive and kind. Our car broke down the day we were supposed to leave and he went above and beyond to get us the help we needed. Highly recommend.

(there were 7 of us). bus stop 200 m, access to the metro 5 minutes, and by metro to all London attractions another 20 minutes, so the location is perfect for a citybreak trip. The apartment is in a quiet area. Great contact with the landlord. I recommend.

• Chloe (9/5): Great visit - Great location, about 10-15 minute walk to the Woolwich underground station for the Elizabeth line and close to shops for any supplies you might need whilst away. Fast WiFi and good amenities including iron with ironing board and a hairdryer. The street parking could be tight at times but still possible.

• Victoria (6/5): It was ok for one a one night stay - The location was great and overall it was clean There was a small leak from fridge/ freezer TV didn’t work also there were Teabags but no coffee and milk also no mattress or pillow protectors and the light in the bedroom upstairs next to bathroom kept Flickering and then the bulbs apart from one went
• Chris (7/5): Great base for doing stuff in London - Plenty of space and a great location for the event we were attending. Also liked the small seated area out the back. Wifi was good and appreciated the nice soft towels and plenty of toilet rolls. No real problems but there was a small issue with the lights not working in the rear extension although the sockets worked so my daughter was able to bring a lamp through to use that. Also had a bit of an issue getting the TV up and running as it kept cycling through the same process and I couldn't get to a place where I could play anything either from terrestrial tv or apps. But this was minor anyway as we were out until late. Really good place for the price. Thank you.

• Connie (6/5): On money wise, it is worth to stay. - The host response very fast. Wifi connection is very good. Much enough for 6 people. I like to environment of Royal Arsenal Riverside which is close to the house. Still have room for improvement on hygienic. The bath carpet was not yet dry when we arrived the house at 18:00. Window curtain hanger was broken and need to repair it.
• Emma (5/5): Unfortunately we won’t be returning - The property was light and airy and close to many amenities We were concerned of using the kitchen due to seeing an exposed gas pipe leading to the boiler unit (under the cupboard) However, only being there for one night, we ate out. The TV & Internet also didn’t work so we were unable to continue with our work at the property and had to stay out until gone midnight to use a public Wi-Fi service to complete this.

• Martina (9/5): Very good stay for family, exceptional communication with host, nice house - - excellent communication from host, quick answers on all our questions - nice English house and with nice surroundings, we didn't use the terrace, but it is there also - very good location if you have car, free parking on the street - keylock next to door, easily reachable - enough place for 6 people (3 doublebeds) - 2 bathrooms, one with bathtube, one with shower, hot water available at any time - nice big rooms upstairs, soft carpets on the staircase and also upstairs - we didn't use during our 4 night stay, but also iron, washmashine, oven available - we appreciated also small sweet gift at our arrival - not very good location when you use public transport, mainly subway - it is 13-15 minutes walking from nearest station - Woolwich (Elizabeth line) or Woolwich Arsenal (trains, DLR). 50 minutes travelling to got to centre of the town (e.g. Piccadilly circus, Leicester, etc.) - cold on the ground floor, dark living-room
