• My (10/5): Exceptional - I booked the flat during New Year’s and it was a fantastic experience. The flat was cozy, clean, and modern, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the living room had a great space which was perfect to relax after a day of sightseeing. The bed was incredibly comfortable and clean. Fresh towels and toiletries were also well prepared for daily needs. The location of the flat was surrounded with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. It was also well-connected to public transport, making it easy to explore other parts of London. What really made this stay stand out, however, was the host. They were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful. They provided detailed instructions for check-in and even offered some great local recommendations for things to do around Spitalfields. Whenever I had a question, they responded promptly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth stay. I highly recommend this flat if you're looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in the heart of London!

• Marie (10/5): Just fabulous and highly recommend! - Bright, beautifully simple, so close to an area we love! The key hunt was tricky (v low battery on phone and couldn’t open image) and slamming the door does not actually lock it like many other London addresses.

Shower water pressure low and water was only ever tepid which was disappointing when you look forward to a hot shower at the end of a long day. Otherwise everything was excellent.

• Jayne (8/5): Excellent property if you do not need a lift - The photos are accurate, the flat is spacious, comfortable and spotless. Very well maintained. The location is close to several small food markets for any grocery needs and is situated in an interesting neighborhood with more shops, restaurants and pubs than you'd ever be able to visit. It is within feet of Spitalfields above ground rail, that connects to the Underground easily. There are also many bus lines within easy walking distance. The train runs regularly and you will hear it, especially with the patio door open. One was very screechy, just one, so we knew when that particular one was in service. With the door closed, the sound easily fades to background noise so you don't notice it at all. Overall, we would definitely highly recommend this property subject to the caveat about the lift. We booked this property specifically because of the location and the lift, which was necessary due to one of us having mobility limitations. The lift was out of order throughout our stay. It is a small building so it is the only lift and the flat is on an upper floor. The property manager was super responsive and offered us a property on the other side of town. Since the location was also important to us, we remained and hoped the lift would be repaired. Sadly, it was not even though a technician was out multiple days. Tl/dr: Assume this property has no lift and you will have to climb stairs to an upper level when booking this property.
• Kathryn (8/5): Overall we had a great stay and the flat was very comfortable in a great location. - We loved the flat and the balcony. The location was great for getting around London and there were plenty of great bars and restaurants close by. The flat was spotlessly clean and secure. Amy was quick to respond to any queries we had and the lock box was eventually found. A bad Internet connection meant that the actual location hadn't come through at our check in time but Amy rang and explained where it was. It was very lively at night in the street below, lots of music, especially under the tunnel but it felt safe. Unfortunately the lift in the property was out of order and had been for some time according to one of the residents so we had to negotiate 3 flights of stairs each time we left the building. Although there appeared to be plenty of toiletries in the ensuite bathroom a couple of them were empty which was rather disappointing. The water pressure was very poor in the other bathroom, according to my friends, so the shower wasn't working properly. Although we appreciate that the owner has to be very careful when letting out their property, and it is a lovely property, the amount of rules and caveats on the form I had to sign a couple of days beforehand did not reassure us that we were in for an enjoyable stay. I would have liked to have been informed of this at the start of the booking and given notice about the security deposit as I was only informed of this a short while before we were due to arrive, which was rather off putting.

• Tanita (5/5): Passable - The place is cute. Great Location. Decorated pleasant and it's clean. Communication is OK, good at replying.. Tricky as this won't be a problem for everyone. This place is not accessible although when booked it said it was. This is booking.coms fault apparently, however I do think it could have been dealt with better and I did even send a message before going to double check where communication could have been much better as we would have known this was not the place for us. Without accessibility issues this place would have ticked all the boxes. I do however find the extensive list of rules a little much they send before but maybe they have issues.

Location is perfect, not only the tube stations close but the neighborhood itself is full of nice restaurants and pubs. Good for business travellers who need a place to stay or even families in holiday. Safe area. The building is a bit old, but once inside the apartment it's very modern.

So the room was very noisy and cold and landlord didnt mentioned that. Also didnt get any explonations why i didnt get my deposite back. I had to write and ask about that. Also we asked to make one bed on the coach and it wasnt made, so we had to search for the bed linen to make it by ourselves.

• Natali (10/5): Great centrally located apartment, definitely recommended! - We had a great stay in this cozy apartment. Communication with the landlady was very friendly and uncomplicated. Nothing was missing, the open kitchen was well equipped, we slept very well in the beds, the 2 bathrooms were comfortable. The balcony is nicely furnished and offers a wide view. It was quiet at night despite being just a few steps from the district's great cafes and shops. Bus and train can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes, so you can arrive perfectly and also explore the city. 100% recommendation!

Just a stones throw from the Shoreditch High Street station and right around the corner from Brick Lane, Spitalfields, and many restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. The size of the apartment was perfect for a group of 3 and could easily accommodate a group of 4. Bathrooms were clean, beds were very comfortable as well. We had a great stay and the host was always accessible for any questions.
