• Justine (9/5): Parfait pour la visite de Copenhague entre amis - Le logement est idéalement placé pour la visite de Copenhague. Il est très grand avec plusieurs toilettes. Les cloisons de 3 chambres sont transparentes et très fines, il faut en être conscient.

Unsafe property w/ poor lighting and unmarked glass partitions lead to injury - *WARNING* this listing was a hazard to us, resulting in severe injury and the potential for injury or worse to anyone that may stay here. We are requesting urgent review and intervention from Booking.com regarding a serious safety incident and unresolved refund dispute. This property presents a material safety hazard. Upon arrival at approximately 9 PM, multiple lights were not functioning, leaving key areas of the apartment inadequately lit. The bedrooms are divided by unmarked glass walls/doors that are not visible in low-light conditions. Within minutes of arrival, our child walked directly into one of these glass partitions and sustained a severe head injury, requiring immediate medical attention and later diagnosed as a concussion. This was a foreseeable and preventable hazard caused by the combination of poor lighting and an unmarked glass barrier. The risk is compounded by the fact that the light switch for the bedroom is located behind the glass partition, requiring guests to enter a dark, unsafe space in order to turn on the lights. We immediately contacted the property at the time of the incident and again the following morning. No meaningful assistance or remediation was provided. Due to the late hour, we were forced to remain overnight, but we vacated the property as soon as possible due to safety concerns. Despite these circumstances, the property has refused to provide any refund. This incident has been formally reported to Danish housing and health authorities, as well as ECC Denmark, due to the seriousness of the safety concerns and resulting injury. Given the above, we are requesting that Booking.com: Conduct an immediate safety review of this listing Assist in securing an appropriate refund due to unsafe conditions and injury Advise whether this listing should remain active in its current state We have video evidence and documentation supporting these claims and are prepared to provide it upon request. This is not a matter of preference or inconvenience—it is a documented safety incident involving injury to a minor. We request prompt escalation and resolution.

• Kaya (9/5): Amazing location - The location was perfect. You couldn’t beat it. The flat was spacious, warm and cosy with lovely charming features. We enjoyed a wonderful stay. An oven would have been useful and a cafetière.

• kodika (8/5): Kiváló elhelyezkedés, tágas és tiszta lakás. - Az elhelyezkedés kiváló, a lakás tágas, az ágy és a párnák rendkívül kényelmesek voltak. A szállásadó bármilyen felmerülő kérdésünkre szinte azonnal válaszolt és nagyon kedves volt. A lakás tiszta volt és jól felszerelt. Az első emeleten érkezésünkkor egy random hölgy ült/feküdt, valószínűleg egy hostel van azon a szinten és oda tartozhatott, ez kicsit furcsa volt, illetve onnan többször felszűrődött esténként hangos beszéd/zaj, de ezt leszámítva minden szuper volt.

• Louise (9/5): Superflott leilighet ved flotte Nyhavn - Flott stor leilighet, kjempegode senger! Det var rent og pent da vi ankom. Nydelig leilighet i et superflott strøk. Romslige rom, godt innhold på kjøkken. Vil absolutt vurdere å gjenta besøket :) Tips til utleier: Se over lyspærer, og rullegardiner før gjester ankommer. Ellers ingenting å klage over

• Marco (8/5): Molto bello - La casa molto bella e spaziosissima pulita e ben tenuta. L’unico appunto è la completa assenza di armadi per riporre i vestiti. Vi erano solamente alcune stampelle per appendere camicie e nessun armadio e cassetto.

• Luci (10/5): - Fantastic apartment for our whole family. 4 clean bedrooms and living room and dining room made our stay very comfortable. Fantastic location for touring the city. In the heart of the action with restaurants and cafes nearby.
• Per (10/5): Great stay with the family - Location, location, location. Unbeatable location. Large rooms. The glass walls did not worry us. The curtains did the job of privacy. The kitchen was well equipped. Too little attention was made to the maintenance. The shower drain was very slow resulting in overflow on the last day even though we only had two very short showers. Lights not working and no light on the top floor landing. The black out blinds in the Velux windows did not all work, and some of the other blinds were really day see through making it very light in the middle of the night.

• Nichakarn (7/5): Nice and spacious place although might not be suitable for some - The location is close to all the attractions spot. The property is very spacious and clean. The property is located on the third floor which in European term means you have to go up 3 floors not two since the ground floor is considered 0th floor not one. The building doesn’t have elevator and the stairs are very steep. It is very inconvenient with all the luggages. The area is also building with stone paving making moving the luggage extremely tiring. Half of the messages sent to the property is unanswered (which they said it might be because of Booking system)
• Andrea (10/5): Amazing apartment and amazing location! - The apartment is super well located in the center of Copenhagen, in Nyhavn. It’s very big and perfect for large groups (we were 2 families with 4 kids in total). The agency is also very kind and available during the whole stay (we were able to check in earlier, they provided us a corkscrew which was missing and always reactive to our questions). Definitely recommend to stay here! Be conscious that the apartment is in a very old building so sonorisation is not great

• Erik (10/5): Phenomenal location and perfect apartment for a large group wanting to stay together. - Outstanding location in Nyhavn. Set back very slightly off the main strip of cafes in a very cozy courtyard, which allows some privacy and noise protection. Awesome Thai restaurant in that courtyard. Honestly feels like a private patio, which was a great spot to have drinks with friends. Huge apartment. Easily fit our group of 4 adults and 7 children, with plenty of room to spare. Super clean. Easy check in process. Only thing I would change is having more privacy for the bedrooms. Right now there is either opaque glass, or clear glass and see-through curtains. With three of the 4 bedrooms off the main kitchen/dining/living area. Also, the main room lighting is odd where to have those lights on, it also lights up one of the bedrooms. Would consider having that changed as well.
