• Krystie-lee (5/5): Eh it could have been better - It was modern It was dirty, we actually had to clean the appliances in the kitchen and clean the walls and bedside table in our stay room because they were filthy

• Mickaela (3/5): Poor - Didn't like the fact that the people upstairs played there guitar and amplifier loud, Didn't like the left over food in the fridge, and the rice opened in the cupboard, Didn't like the fact the heat pump remote in room 1 didn't work. And that the bed frame was broken and the bottom sheet had a rip in it.
• Willie (2/5): Good location, good space, over priced for a one night stay for the location and not being sound proof from upstairs. He - The space The noise upstairs late at night when trying to sleep and early hours in the morning well trying to sleep. Resulting in a bad sleep

• Greg (4/5): I could put up with minor things not working but not those insane lights on all night. - Modern decor, clean and tidy. Quiet area. Air conditioner control batteries went flat and second remote had a broken screen so it was'nt usable. Back door was clear glass so no privacy. Ceiling fan in bedroom 1 kept making noises all night so had to use the other bedroom. Beds could only be accessed from one side. Emergency exit signs inexplicably inside the unit, totally unable to turn off making it almost impossible to sleep. It was so bright we did'nt have to turn any lights on at night.
• Tan (5/5): Passable - The location was great and the unit has been renovated well as it sits below the main residence. The cleanliness was terrible, sheets didn't look like they'd been change from last guest, could smell that people smell, long black hair under the couch definitely not ours. Back of toilet filthy, behind washing machine was fifty. Only given 1 towel per guest and no bath mat for the tiled floor in the bathroom. And the internet was turned off during the day so couldn't access the TV or any music at all. The couch had a funky smell about it. The place needs a good deep clean and always have fresh linen for every guest.

• Adrian (6/5): It was fine for what I needed - Close to my work site, it has 2 bedrooms & a kitchen if you wanted to cook for yourself. Also has a washing machine. Breakfast was supposed to be included. It had a frozen loaf of bread in the freezer, no butter, no coffee. Milk bottle was open and half used, sugar jar had a half inch of sugar in it with coffee mixed through it. There was about 5 teabags left in the box which were out of date. If you wanted to sit on the lounge & watch tv you couldn’t because they are against the same wall.

• Ruth (8/5): Very good - It was a good location for us to visit family.Clean and tidy. Good size bedrooms Having a curfew was a little odd. Mattress sagged in the middle. Half eaten foods in fridge and freezer. Vacuum cleaner and dirty broom in bathroom. Back door was all glass and visible to anyone going past, so not very private, needs a curtain.

• Zachery (8/5): It was good - I liked that it was convenient to get in and out of. The pubs and clubs around had nice dinners, The beds were very comfy and the place was well presented You could hear every single time someone walked on the top level

• Paddy (7/5): Good - Not a lot Was hard to find. No signage up. Looked like private property. Beds were really uncomfortable. There's not much room for 3 people. There is not enough seating in the lounge. No breakfast stuff as advertised!!

• Nathan (3/5): overall terrible , poor sleep and had to chase owner to get code to get in as unmanned property. - inside was renovated to some degree. not told it’s under a house! no tv , beds terrible , lounge only 2.5 seater, coffee cup unwashed , no breakfast yet supposed to be included , muppets upstairs in house walking around at 3am then moving furniture at 5am . called owner 5 times to get code to get in as unmanned property, told to park in grass near bins yet dog crap on ground.
• Alicia (3/5): disappointed - the communication from the owners. the above level was making noise at midnight and could them talking and walking. then at 5.30am they dropped something and woke us up and could hear them talk etc. the shower screen needs a good clean. no toilet holder. no sorry tv. personally I wouldn’t have this as an air bnb I would rent it out privately
