- Martin (8/5): Spacious well equiped apartment in calm area. - For a family of five persons this was a very spacious apartment (for Tokyo). You could easily fit in a couple of more guest if you are a larger group. Nice kitchen, bathrooms and other facilities. The location is a little bit outside, but a 10 min walk to a subway stations was fine for us. Very calm and relaxed residential area. There is a direct access from the apartment to a private roof terrace and it would have been nice if it was possible to lock the door to the terrace. Did not feel unsafe but it would be nice to lock it so that no children could go up to the terrace unsupervised as the terrace was a bit messy.

- Phia (3/5): Bad communication from host. Would not recommend this place at all. - It was spacious and in a quiet area. The 7/11 close by. The host had a terrible response time to all my communication. I sent 9 messages via the chat link on Booking.com and 5 emails to them. Response time were from generally 5 hours to 24 hours. The worst response time ever. And they asked for reservation details that were in the booking.com link which I shouldn’t have to provide. After sending my passport details so I could be sent the check-in information they sent an email requesting for the same information and then I got no response until a day later. I had to work really hard to get any information from them. When I called their contact number they did not answer but sent a text immediately. So I knew they were on the line. I left a message on their phone to call back but they never did. It was appalling behaviour of a host. This person has no idea how to run an accommodation service. They should stop being a host altogether. After 3 days and just as we were about to board our flight the information came thru. We were travelling with children and would be arriving late at night and would not be able to contact them as we would be in the air and wanted all our info before boarding our flight. We found it very stressful and frustrating not having the check in information before we boarded our flight. Please communicate better and promptly to your future customers. And when you say to call you any time for any questions please answer the phone when people call, it’s called good customer service. As for Booking.com I put in a complaint about this accommodation and I am still waiting for your response (highly likely that you will not respond either so I am done with your service too). I do not recommend this place at all. Travellers if you’re reading this review don’t book this place.
The facility was average. The towels provided were small and thread bare and barely soaked any water. We stayed for 7 nights and needed better towels. We asked for tea towels to dry dishes and got more sponges!!!

- Shannon (10/5): Would definitely stay there again! Don't underestimate the bus that is so close and often faster than the metro. - Very well laid out! Two beds in a room that the teens could come and go and two rooms one on either side of the center dining table. Worked perfectly for a family of 5, one teen cousin and 21 yo sons bestie! Nothing. It is in the third floor-30 steps I counted:)
- Arnold (1/5): Would not recommend stay until fixes are made - It was close to a nice Dennys and other restraunts. The train station and other conveniences were close by as well. When we had had an issue with the leaking toilet it was fixed rather promptly. The place was dirty and smelled of mold and stagnant water from the washer. The toilet leaked profusely upon the first use. We were unable to use it until the next afternoon following the night of our arrival. The location was difficult to find and not very suitable to reach if driving a large van. Parking was also small. The building seems to lack upkeep as its weathered from water damage on the walls of the guest rooms. The air conditioning doesn't work well. When we had difficulties or questions the property manager was not easy to get a hold, response time was long, and when we called they were somewhat unpleasant. We were with a large family but even so the price we paid for the stay was not fair for the condition of the stay.
- Zaure (8/5): good location! - the location is very good, unfortunately we learnt the transportation opportunities close to the end of our stay. the host was online and helpful, he sent the instructions in advance and if we had issues - he replied. some furniture needs repair. we were short of some cups and dishes. our room was on 3rd floor, and the stairs are narrow.

- Bernard (7/5): Okay overall, but could use some improvements. - The space is decent, but the water pressure in the shower could be improved. The roof deck is a nice spot to hang out, but it's cluttered with trash and broken laundry lines or stands, making it less enjoyable. If you bring large luggage, be prepared for narrow stairs since there's no elevator. There’s also no storage room on the ground floor, so you must carry your belongings upstairs. It’s best to avoid bringing bulky bags. The linen and comforter didn’t seem fresh; they looked reused from previous guests. Additionally, the owner is unresponsive to phone calls. Hopefully, these issues can be addressed. Thank you.

- Peterson (4/5): The house stressed my wife and my kids out. For over $1,400.00 I expected more. - The location was near the train station and easy access to local restaurants. However, there was no breakfast provided and the kitchen appliances were dirty. We had to clean everything before we started using the kitchen. Not worth the price. The house was not properly cleaned. In the closet, there was a bunch of dirty linens and pillows with a terrible odor. The first
bedroom has a wall AC but no outlet to connect it, so we had to use a fan. The was a broken washer machine with no dryer. We had to get creative to wash our clothes and hung them outside and on top of chairs to dry them. There was an old TV that did not work and there was no remote controller for it. The toilet was dirty as if someone used it before we checked in and did not clean it. The towels were old, gray looking to hide the fact that they were dirty.

- Anna (5/5): Hope the owner can check and fix the problem of the electric wirings of the apartment before renting it out. - it was clean and spacious for a Tokyo apartment. On our first day the microwave, refrigerator and the lights were not working on the other side of the apartment. Reported the issues through booking app and they were responsive enough. Unfortunately, it was addressed on our 3rd day of stay (booked 4 nights) and our food got spoiled already. We can no longer use the refrigerator and microwave. The internet was terrible considering you’re in Japan. We hardly use it as well because you can’t even connect. it’s expensive considering that the basic necessities were not provided properly,
