• gohar (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The location was very convenient, with easy access to transport, restaurants, and the main attractions of the city. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and helpful, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. We appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the overall comfort of the place during our trip. Thank you for a lovely stay — we would definitely recommend this apartment to others!
• Fabrice (1/5): Appartement bruyant - L'emplacement, très bien situé par rapport aux lieux touristiques. Commerces et restaurants proches. Le bruit, appartement non insonorisé, on a l impression de vivre avec les voisins. Le calme et le repos y sont très compliqués. La literie est à revoir. La mousse des matelas est tassée et forme des creux. Attention aux personnes fragiles du dos. La propreté du sol à notre arrivée. Chaussettes et pieds noirs 5 minutes après notre arrivée. Nous avons dû nettoyer les sols. Porte fenêtre qui ne se verrouillent plus ( photo à l'appui ). La malhonnêteté des propriétaires qui louent leur bien tout en sachant qu'il y a de gros travaux sous l'appartement ( et qui en dédommagement de cela vous proposent 2 nuits et de quitter les lieux ).

• severine (7/5): Bon endroit mais bruyant - Très bon emplacement Facilité de check in out Possibilité de déposer les valises avant check in Le bruit! L appartement du rez-de-chaussée juste en dessous est en rénovation. Les ouvriers sont à l oeuvre dès 7h30 et utilisent marteaux piqueurs, masses, evacuent des dechets.... et comme il y a accès depuis la rue, on a pu constater que le chantier risque de durer puisque tout l intérieur a été démoli.

• dorota (9/5): Dobry baza wypadowa na zwiedzanie Sevilli - Pobyt w apartamencie był bardzo udany i spełniłmoje oczekiwania. Mieszkanie było czyste,.Lokalizacja przy moście Triana okazała się idealna do zwiedzania miasta. Przy moscie znajduje sie parking. 20 euro za dobę. Dziękuję Simonowi za miłą komunikację i bezproblemow Przydaloby sie wymienic poduszki. Może mozna byloby usunąć szklaną ławę, ktora zajmuje trochę miejsca. Rozkladany stół jest wystarczający.

• jeremy (10/5): Un appartement où il fait bon vivre! - Rapport qualité prix imbattable! bel apartement situé dans le quartier Triana à 15mn à pied du centre. Pour s'y rendre, il suffit de sortir à droite et encore à droite pour passer le pont. L'appartement possède tout l'équipement pour séjourner à plusieurs (grand frigo, cuisinière, machine à laver, sèche linge, telé, grand canapé). Chauffage et clim. Une petite cour avec une table. La douche est grande (attention à l'eau qui est vite chaude mais qui va s'en plaindre?). La rue comme l'immeuble est calme et propre (une petite odeur de canalisation dans le couloir). L'immeuble est sécurisé par une porte et une grille dans le hall. J'ai quitté un hôtel miteu et je ne regrette pas d'avoir opter pour cet appartement.

• natalia (6/5): - La ubicación en pleno barrio de Triana La hora de entrada a las 16:00 de la tarde y salida a las 11:00 me parece un abuso, nos permitieron dejar las maletas pero les pedimos a los chicos de la limpieza si nos dejaban solo asearnos un poco que veníamos de un viaje y nos dijeron que no que hasta las 16:00 nada, te cobran y no estás ni 24 horas

• javier (9/5): Todo perfecto - Absolutamente todo, la finca está reformada y tiene ascensor. El apartamento está reformado también y es acogedor, tiene de todo (menos sillas), el espacio es pequeño pero suficiente para una familia de 4 personas. La ubicación es perfecta a 5 minutos andando del puente de Triana y además es súper tranquilo. El anfitrión muy atento da gusto! Lo único que mejoraría sería poner algún tipo de silla aunque fuera plegable para comer en la mesita y quizá cambiar las almohadas.

• Peter (9/5): - 3 minutes walk from the bars, restaurants and shops. Quiet location, really enjoyed the AC because it was soooo hot! Very quick and courteous response to any questions we had. Couldn't make the washing machine work, but there was a laundrette very near by, so all's well that ends well.
• Virginia (8/5): Bright and airy renovated apartment in vibrant Triana location - Location is fantastic. Very picturesque, moments to Triana's bars, shops, covered market and main eat street and just across the bridge to the City centre and main attractions. Easy to walk everywhere. Felt very safe walking around day and night. Apartment was nicely renovated with a good bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Nice and light with a little balcony but quite compact, but that's to be expected in an old building. Good-sized master bedroom with big built-ins but the second bedroom is small for twin beds and living area would be cramped if you had four people there. Good security entry and a lift. Great communication with the host about a couple of questions and easy to find the keys in the lock box nearby (photo sent by host). Would definitely stay there again. We were very comfortable in the apartment as two sisters, but the furniture was big for the space and slightly mixed assorted (eg big table but no chairs) - could have been better use of the space to create more liveability and would definitely be very tight if you had four adults sharing. The patio was actually the bottom of a light well so rather dark and damp - good for putting out the washing but not great to sit out on. A couple of minor housekeeping issues, but everything worked well and hosts were quick to respond to questions. Would have been useful to have instructions for washing machine, dryer etc. However, the great location and clean modern interior made up for any minor downsides.

• Katemh (9/5): Lovely apartment for a short stay. - The apartment had everything we needed for a week in Seville. There was a fully functional kitchen and even useful things like oil and salt. The location was great. Generally quiet (although too loud for my mother who had the front bedroom) and right in the heart of Triana. The aircon was nice and the washing machine was really handy. The apartment is smaller than it looks from the pictures. It was a little too small for a week with family. The balcony is only just big enough for one person to step on to - and we didn't use the patio other than to dry clothes.

Location is perfect for walking around this impressive city. Very close to Mercado de Triana and a supermarket and restaurants. Apt well equipped, bright and enough room for the 3 of us. Good value. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks Pablo & Simon! Nothing. But maybe have some dishwasher tabs or a dish towel!

• Jeannine (9/5): Great apartment I'm Triana - The apartment located in Triana was very comfortable, with Triana having loads of attractions and places to eat and an easy walk across the Isabella bridge into the main part of Seville. Nothing.

• Liisriso (6/5): Great location and helpful & informative host, but uncomfortable beds. - Great location, timely and great information from the hosts I am sorry to say but the pillows were horrible, I'd recommend changing those ASAP. Perhaps also check the bedsheets and exchange the very worn-out ones.

Lift appreciated for elderly guests. Simon was a perfect host responding in minutes to any communication. No wine proper glasses... and that is being picky.

The little private terrace was very cute. It was a bit chilly in the apartment but it's understandable as we visited in January.

Also plenty to see right next to the apartment. Good restaurants in Tirana. Great lively neighbourhood. This apartment is well stocked with everything you might need. Paid underground parking for a reasonable cost 150m away at the markets. Great clear instructions on how to access the keys.
• Jhoanne (10/5): Exceptional - This charming 2 bedroom Apartment in Triana is everything we ever wanted. The location is centrally located to all the attractions that we want to see. The Mercado de triana is an easy walk, everything that we ever needed. Easy communication with Simon. He was always available when we needed him. The apartment has everything from washer, kitchen supplies, detergent, toilet supplies, towels.. It is clean, safe environment. My daughter and I will definitely go back next year and we will.go back to this apartment. Thank you Simon and Seville you were beautiful! See you next year ! Nothing. Exceeded our expectations and more!
• Shoshanna (8/5): Nice clean apt in Triana - The apartment is very clean and comfortable, and we liked the Triana location. The price was reasonable, too. We weren’t able to leave our luggage anywhere before checkin or after checkout and the locker they recommended was abt 6 minutes walk away and pricey (€15 since it’s by the day not hour). We had trouble with the locker app too. We also never got a WiFi code for the apt. Also warning: the shower is burning hot!
• Uros (9/5): Superb - cosy apartment, well equipt, good location… For the family of four it was a bit difficult to have joined breakfast and lunch, all other realy great.
• Francis (9/5): Great apartment in Serville. - Simon was wonderful in accomodating us. We arrived by train much earlier than our check in time and Simon arrange so that we could leave our suitcases early. This allowed us to spend our limited time in Serville sightseeing. Everything in the apartment was quite new and we had everything we needed. It was very comfortable. Not far from the Main Street which had lots of restaurants. Supermarket within easy walking distance.
