Marcos (9/5): Muy buena - La amplia variedad de material de cocina y vajilla y el buen estado de todo el apartamento. Creo que podría sacarse más provecho de la terraza, no invita a utilizarse
Niclaeys (7/5): Séjour proche des Cinque Terre - L'emplacement en plein centre ville, proche de la gare et du port permettant de tout faire à pied, la facilité d'accès à l'appartement, la terrasse , la climatisation L'odeur désagréable d'humidité dans le logement, odeur importante dans les placards nous obligeant à laver la vaisselle avant de s'en servir Le prix exorbitant du stationnement de notre véhicule (17 euros/jour),pourtant la taxe de séjour a été réglée mais n'autorise pas à stationner sur les emplacements réservés aux habitants

Eamonn (8/5): La Spezia is a lovely place with a great harbour from where you can access great ferry rides - Location was great The room was very.nice with good security The courtyard was appalling when we arrived, covered in weeds & the table was filthy To the owners credit it was cleaned up but took 4 days The expectation to get rid of our rubbish but no access card to open the large bins on the street
Lukáš (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was in the city center and therefore a short distance from the train station to Cinque Terre. The facilities were sufficient and everything was tidy. Unfortunately, the apartment is located on the ground floor and there is a lot of humidity and the smell of mold. There are a lot of mosquitoes on the terrace, so it is almost unusable.
