Amy (7/5): Just the ticket - The venue was perfect for us as it was right next to the o2 arena for an event we were attending. The rooms have everything you need and a fully stocked kitchen. Coffee and tea were provided, and there were fridges and tv and kettle in every room. Lovely basket provided with towels and hairdryers. The beds were comfortable except the broken one. The self check in process was explained very well in very good detail, and communication was excellent with helpful videos and very clear instructions. It's a 10 minute walk from the train station and the bull ring shopping centre. There are only 2 showers so if you are in a big group of 12 you need to wait your turn 🤣 The windows are very old. One of the beds was broken and propped up with cushions. The building itself is a bit dated but they have made up for that with making the rooms a bit nicer. The rooms are all seperate so if you are in a group you need to conviene in one of the rooms but room 1 has ample space for this. Very good value for money tho and was just the job for what we needed. The curtains dont close fully and one room has just blinds so take an eye mask if you want sleep in.

Suzie (5/5): Comfy beds, reasonable price but iffy location - Comfy beds. 5 double beds and 2 single beds. Clean apartment. Code entry To the doors, info was sent the morning of check in. The building is in need of renovations. This building is 2 stories above a subway/burger place and sits between a club and a pub. Very noisy at night. Curtains didn't shut properly in the bedrooms. No microwave. Only one toilet and shower on the top floor.
