• Poppy (3/5): Disappointed - Clean and lots of coffee and tea etc bedrooms were lovely We had booked the property with the impression it was that pictured which it wasn’t it was the little door off to the side of the main house. The living area was cramped and not suitable for more than 2 people. There wasn’t kitchen just a small bench small fridge and some plug in cooking appliances. The owners arrived home late and the garage door which adjoined our bedsit area woke us up. We had a very small area outside the front door which was I overlooked by the owners kitchen and living area so effectively was unusable. Totally misrepresented by the photos in the listing.
• Dennis (10/5): - The apartment is beautifully, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean! Bedrooms are large and richly furnished. Bathroom towels are plentiful and lush. We enjoyed our complimentary breakfast. The owners have obviously thought about the comfort of their guests! There is nothing to add here!

Angela was very kind; she even went out of her way to run an errand for us during the day while we were working. Nothing!

• Brigitte (10/5): - Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt, alles makellos und komfortabel eingerichtet. Für ein Continental Frühstück ist alles vorhanden. Kann man absolut empfehlen, hier fühlt man sich einfach wohl. Vielen Dank an die super netten Vermieter. Und an alle Hobbit Fans: ist nur 25 km vom Hobbiton Movie Set entfernt!
• Norbert (9/5): Schöne Wohnung - Das Bad war groß und die ganze Wohnung sehr sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Küche hat keinen Herd sondern nur eine elektrische Kochplatte. Und das Frühstück muss man sich selbst machen. Die grundlegenden Lebensmittel hierfür werden von den Vermietern gestellt.

• WendyW (10/5): Absolutely superb place to stay....fabulous! - An absolutely superb apartment with beautifully decorated rooms, outstanding amenities and quality linen and towels. The bedrooms were generous sizes with plenty of room for luggage and storage....and very comfortable beds. The lounge/kitchen/dining area was small and cosy and was well equipped with ample crockery etc. The whole place was very peaceful, reflected quality and was extremely reasonably priced. A short drive to a great little shopping area. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to couples. Nothing....we loved it all

Great parking off street. Heaters only one speed and a little noisey but work well. Would replace with A/C when due for replacement.

Lovely selection of breakfast goodies. Hoists were lovely and more than accomodating. Very quiet location. Being mid winter we used the heaters (high wall mounted units in each room). Although the heaters did a fantastic job, we are more used to much quieter heat pumps. This is a very minor issue and more constructive feedback than anything.

• Jacqui (10/5): Exceptional suite, host and bed. - The continental breakfast included pottles of fruit, yoghurt, cereal, toast, butter, toppings, variety of teas, small Nescafé coffee machine. Chocolates and biscuits included. Well stocked kitchenette - everything was thought of in the Suite. Friendly host and the interior design was exceptional.
• Mellita (10/5): Loved our stay - Location was great. Within driving distance but was so quiet and peaceful. Owners were there to assist us when we arrived which was really helpful as we had not been able to check our internet and get the door code. The accommodation was spotless but homely. Great range of items for breakfast too. I would definitely recommend a stay here if you are wanting to stay in homely, quiet accommodation and not a motel. From a personal point of view, the only thing would have been a tv in the kitchenette area. I like to watch the news while having my morning coffee...
