Danielle (10/5): Beautiful Stay In Brighton - The property was clean and fresh. The decor was stunning. The facilities were fantastic from cleaning products to milk in the fridge. The bed was extremely comfortable. No TV in the living room.

Mullin (10/5): Go on, treat yourselves a little. You will not be disappointed! - The pictures do not do this place justice. Don't be fooled by the look from outside. This place, especially the living room is massive and really well furnished. Petter, you have a beautiful property and we appreciated your hospitality. The little things like the bread & milk, beers & bubbly in the fridge all made us feel very special. Thank you. I found nothing to complain about. Just the right amount of everything. That's when you know you made the right choice. I've got to keep typing aparant... oh wait, the little bar turned green! No seriously, we had a great time, just a pity it was only for 2 days.

The owner even had bread with butter and jam as well as beer made available. The apartment is well equipped and had great views. There is parking available on site. The is a lack of hooks in toilet but this is minor.

Kerry (10/5): Phenomenal apartment! - The apartment was exceptional, so nicely decorated and very comfortable. Great location, a short trip out of the city, the parking was a bonus, and the views made it even better. Could not fault the apartment in any way! The hosts we so helpful and communicative, nice sundries left for us as well! Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Helena (10/5): Exceptionally comfortable apartment in handy location - Beautiful, comfortable apartment and very warm and helpful hosts that have gone the extra mile. Great shower and well equipped modern kitchen with milk, bread butter and drinks thoughtfully provided. Stylish decor and thoughtful touches. Lovely views from lounge. Front views of the residential street slightly out of kilter with level of accommodation. Not a problem though!

There was attention to detail in every aspect of the apartment including the decor, everything was done with passion and care. All the kitchen equipment were top notch. Who leaves 'taste the difference ' sourdough bread for the guests! There were beverages in the fridge and other breakfast items. We really enjoyed our stay here. The best apartment we have stayed in so far. Thank you. Nothing to dislike

Alison (9/5): A superb, comfortable and well equipped apartment with wonderful views. - Beautiful apartment with wonderful views towards Brighton and the sea. It was extremely well equipped, clean, and very comfortable beds. Ali was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you! We liked everything, although weren’t fully aware of the stone steps down to the front door with no rail, which posed a slight problem for someone with mobility problems. This did not take anything away from the lovely property though.

Daniel (10/5): Wonderful - Pretty view. The owners live downstairs but the rental is a separate unit. The owners are great! Available when needed yet never in the way. Truly wonderful people and the rental was well stocked on arrival. The place is comfortable and clean. The property is in a great spot for a quiet setting and a good view. This also puts it just out of reach for a comfortable walk to Brighton. However, there are two very close bus stops, across the street & around the corner, that can take you where you need. The rental also has off-street parking if you have a car. We had a car on our final day and the owners ensured we had a reserved spot.
Allison (10/5): Excellent overnight stay facilities - perfect for work or holiday - We called the hosts to find out how to get keys etc - all the details were on the booking.com website, not via email, had not realised that, but all sorted very quickly and not an issue. Essentials were provided, tea, coffee, milk, bread and butter - which was perfect for us. Would definitely look to stay again and for longer.

Hazel (10/5): Wonderful apartment with fabulous views. - This delightful apartment has views out over the South Downs towards the sea. The living /kitchen area is spacious and well equipped with comfy furniture. 2 good sized bedrooms and a large bathroom with walk in shower. Free parking immediately outside the property and wonderful hosts. We had one or two comments for our hosts who immediately rectified the minor problems. There is nothing to not like.

Robert (10/5): Perfect for our needs - Very handy location for our visit. Would also be good if you were going racing or exploring the general area. Well built apartment on the top floor of a house, with good views across the downs and out to sea. Nicely decorated, well furnished and equipped and very clean. Friendly, welcoming host. Would happily stay again if I was in the area. Second bedroom could feel a little cramped for longer stays and I'd probably want some kitchen knives if I was trying to cook proper meals, but we were only there overnight and had no problems. Just a pity we were only in the area for one night ahead of a funeral and didn't really get to make good use of the place.

The products they give to use are top end as well. It was so sweet that Ali and Petter left some chocolates for us and also bread, Jam, butter water and milk in the fridge. We will definitely go back to stay. Nothing! Everything was amazing and we wanted to stay longer
Claire (10/5): Exceptional - It was a stunning apartment, and the owner was welcoming and lovely and met us and said hello and asked if we needed anything. Complimentary beer and water and Ferero Rocher, which was greatly appreciated. If i had to say something .... It was slightly out of the way for evening night life. The apartment was above the owners residence, so we worried about making noise or disturbing them when coming home late ish.

We really appreciated your h - The apartment is beautifully furnished, comfortable and clean with great views to the sea. Our hosts were so helpful and responsive to all our communication. They even gave us a lift into the City! The attention to detail is incredible… milk, croissants, jam, coffee, tea, bottled water, beer were all waiting. Ali and Petter have worked in hospitality and it shows in the thought they have put into the design and facilities- there is everything you need! We wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the lounge…next time! There is parking in the quiet neighbourhood, on their drive and there is a bus into the city which runs regularly and costs £2.00 per person. There is nothing we didn’t like!

Two great bedrooms, fabulous bathroom, spacious living area, views to the coast. The kitchen had every appliance anyone could need and the fridge had some goodies for us too! Petter and Ali freely gave useful information about where to eat and nearby Rottingdean 'smugglers' cove.

Surprised at it being in a residential area but that did not detract at all, incredible views day and night. Spotlessly clean, loved the decor, we were all very comfortable and relaxed. Sarah (10/5): Exceeded everyone's expectations - This flat is truly exceptional. This is a case of, The photos really don't do it justice. The hosts styled it like a characterful hotel and really put a lot of thought into every detail. We appreciated the complimentary amenities and thought the warm lighting made the place inviting and romantic. Everything is or looks brand new and there was so much to ooh and aah over. The hosts thought of everything you might need should you wish to stay in and cook. We only wish we could have stayed for longer. They were flexible with checkout as well. The shower is slow to drain so you're standing in water.

Helen (10/5): Perfect stay in what was a beautiful property, the hosts were also friendly and live downstairs which is helpful if you - It was very cosy, clean and stylish I couldn’t get the coffee machine to work. Also there was only one tv which was in the main bedroom, this didn’t effect us as we were only her for one night but if I was there any longer I would want one in the lounge.
Laura (9/5): Lovely place to stay - Really lovely apartment, very nicely decorated, and the finishing touches were great. Parking was good and access to the property was very easy with key pad code. The views out of the back windows in the kitchen/dining area were amazing. It was so nice staring out across the south coast, even on a rainy and windy day! We stayed over Chriatmas, and the hosts left some lovely extras like crossiants and bottle of fizz. They were so friendly and accommodating which really made the stay nice.
