- Valentina (2/5): Dirty and poorly organised - It was available, the deposit was back on time. The place was a mess when we arrived: the keybox broken and the key just lying on the floor in front of the door. We unlocked the door risking to find a dead body there, but only found that someone had been leaving the place in a hurry, leaving behind personal stuff life dirty socks, toothbrush and candy wrapping. It was about 5 p.m., 2 hours later then check-in start. We immediately contacted the property representatives saying that the place probably had not been cleaned after previous stay, and the support team tried to gaslight us by saying that the place had been cleaned and the cleaners must have left their own stuff accidentally. We proved our point only after sending a video. So they send cleaning team, who arrived in 2 hours, they were kind and tried to fix what was obviously not their fault. The cleaners arrived only with a small bag which could not contain more than bed linen and towels. They did not bring a vacuum and one was not on the property, so the cleaning protocol does not include vacuuming or d the carry cleaning the carpet, as well as washing the dishes in the cupboard - the cups had tea and coffee stains, and glasses - red lipstick on them. We come from a place where you remove shoes when inside a house, but it was a mistake to do so here as socks immediately got sticky and dirty after stepping on the carpet (which explains why previous guest chose to leave his socks on the property). We would not have stayed there and moved away but Manchester was hosting several big events and there were absolutely no alternatives to move out to. A nice touch - when we originally planned to arrive before check-in time we were offered an early cleaning fee of £40. Also, the complex also has a rubbish collection issue with the bins overflowing and infested with rats. An absolutely terrible experience.

- Princess (8/5): Its a quite place ,peacefu and lovely i think the cleaners can do better. I would give it 8/10 . - I loved the deco 11/10 I cant say much as i never slept a night there stayed a friends house Spider webs up the lights.
