lillian (1/5): - I have no idea as I'm still trying to solve with Booking.com the NON-EXISTENT APARTMENT scam Everything as it was a complete Scam ...IT DOESN'T EXIST
Cheryl (1/5): DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION - IT IS A SCAM - Nothing - the worst experience I have ever had with booking accommodation. I arrived only to find that the property that I had paid about $1600AUD for did not exist. I never received an email with instructions on how to gain entry. I was let into the building and liaised with 2 lovely and helpful men who advised that short term lets were illegal at this property. Hence I was stranded in London with no accommodation. I had to find and pay for more accommodation for 4 nights in London which was VERY EXPENSIVE as the London marathon was on and accommodation was limited. After contacting booking.com I was offered about $100AUD re-imbursement which I obviously declined. I eventually received a refund from booking.com for the full amount. This property is STILL being advertised. DO NOT BOOK AND PAY FOR IT. IT IS A SCAM.

Joerg (1/5): Bad - I booked Luxurious Westminster Flat Perfect for Families & Business Travelers for 4 nights but had to leave early due to unacceptable conditions and poor service. 1) The WiFi was not working, which I urgently needed for work. I spent nearly an hour on the phone with the internet provider, as instructed by the hotel representative. The next day, I waited 3 hours for the same representative, who promised to resolve the issue but never showed up. 2) There was a used toilet seat stored in a closet, which was disgusting and unhygienic. 3)The bathtub was sealed with tape covered in mould. 4) Under the kitchen sink, there were old and used sponges—clearly unsanitary and unacceptable. The experience was stressful, unprofessional, and far below any reasonable standard, especially for a property marketed as “luxurious.” I left cutting my stay short by 3 nights. I cannot recommend this property and urge others to stay elsewhere.
