• amagoia (6/5): - La ubicación Es una casa con escaleras muy incómodas y un poco peligrosas. Tampoco me gustó el sistema de acceso a la casa a través de una app del anfitrión que pide dinero extra para acceder a los datos antes y el código de acceso a la casa desaparece el día antes de hacer el cheking out. Es peligroso si se te olvida. Creo que debería gestionarse de otra manera.

• Perrine (8/5): Charmante maison historique au cœur de Bergen - Super emplacement, au cœur des ruelles pavées de Bergen, dans une petite maison historique très charmante, dans une ruelle très calme. Parfait pour notre famille : 3 adultes et 5 enfants/adolescents. Les adultes (cousins) au RDC et les enfants sous les toits. Pour les repas, adultes dans la cuisine dînatoire et enfants dans la salle à manger. Parfait pour tous. La douche unique un peu juste pour 8, mais heureusement toilettes (uniques) avec 2nd lavabo, séparées. il faut passer par la salle de bains pour accéder à la cour, ou par la fenêtre de la chambre du rdc. Attention à la tête sous les toits

• SUSANA (8/5): Casa antigua céntrica, pintoresca, pero no apta para personas con movilidad reducida - La ubicación La casa no es cómoda, y para niños pequeños y personas con movilidad reducida no es recomendable, subir a la planta de arriba, donde están la mayoría de las camas, es infernal..Para ir al baño tienes que bajar 2 plantas y casi con arnés.
• Abelardo (2/5): Decepción en Bergen - La ubicación es buena. Nos costó acercarnos al sitio con la caravana que habíamos alquilado. Se quedó sin respuesta por parte de la propiedad la pregunta sobre el parking para la caravana y eso nos costó una multa. El sitio se publica como tres habitaciones con dos baños. Esto es incorrecto. Sólo hay un WC y lavabo en un espacio ínfimo y en otro hay una ducha y lavabo. Para seis personas no es adecuado.
• Alon Daniel (3/5): - Location Most "bedrooms" are on 2nd floor, (The only toilet and bathroom are on the ground floor) and are suitable for kids or people shorter than 1.4m. I am 1.78m and struggled to go up and down the last flight of stairs. I went down backwards but still bumped my head a few times. The host was most unflexible. I had telephone connection problems, and was reliant on wifi. I explained this and repeatedly asked for check in details before I depart from the previous BnB, to no avail. By the host, details are sent at 2pm, 2 hours before check in. Nothing could change his mind. He did agree to send me wifi details so I could check in outside the house. So there I was, walking around in the rain around the place waze previously said the BnB was (my fault, should've written down the exact address) getting wetter and wetter, going around in circles, while the entire group waited in the car; until I found wifi at kiwi supermarket and started the check in process. And what a process that was. I have never! Its easier to check in for a flight!! Oh and the "bedrooms" on the top floor is 1 bedroom and a few beds on the landing. with a few curtains. Maybe for kids its ok

• letizia (8/5): - Ottima posizione, centralissima. Casa fornita di tutto ciò di cui si può aver necessità. Servizi di check in anticipato e check out posticipato a pagamento. Ti trattengono inoltre una caparra di 200 euro che non è segnalato da nessuna parte al momento della prenotazione
• Gaia (1/5): No recomendable: experiencia decepcionante y poco transparente - La ubicación es buena. El nivel de limpieza de la casa deja bastante que desear. Hay numerosas alfombras y moquetas que necesitan una limpieza profunda, ya que algunas desprenden malos olores, especialmente la del baño, situada a la salida de la ducha, y además no se pueden quitar. La casa da la impresión de haber sido una vivienda familiar hace décadas, y desde entonces no se ha renovado ni arreglado nada. En general, resulta incómoda y antigua. El anfitrión no es una persona física, sino una empresa que responde a los mensajes, probablemente utilizando inteligencia artificial. Además, exigen una fianza adicional de casi 200 euros, y el proceso es poco transparente: hay que introducir los datos de la tarjeta de crédito en una página web que les pertenece, sin la posibilidad de comprobar si cumple los estándares de seguridad. Nosotros realizamos el pago de la fianza correctamente unos días antes del viaje, pero al llegar, el anfitrin alegó un problema con la primera tarjeta utilizada y no nos permitió acceder al piso. Tuvimos que resolver el asunto en su página web desde el móvil, en un país extranjero, después de 10 horas de viaje, hasta que por fin pudieron ver el pago correctamente y nos facilitaron el código de acceso. Todo esto, a pesar de tener ya pagado el alojamiento a travs de Booking.com. No recomiendo este alojamiento, ni ninguno gestionado por la empresa Dinbnb. He presentado una queja formal ante Booking.com.

• Iris (8/5): - Gute Lage, kleines nettes Haus, verwinkelt mit grossem Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss und gemütlicher Stube im ersten Stock. In der Küche hat es sehr viel Geschirr, Pfannen, Küchengegenstände ec mir war es einfach etwas zu viel von allem.

• Amy (4/5): Lovely old house. Needs maintenance and appropriate furnishings to be a pleasant place to stay. - This accommodation has a number of quite easily fixable problems that all add up, and it reduced my enjoyment of Bergen greatly. The host communicated well and replied quickly but was slow or absent to act. The house is in a great location, and it is clearly an atmospheric, old Bergen house that has had minimal modernisation. The stairs are very difficult to manage, but this was expected. The bleak atmosphere and sense of the house being a repository of old items that are no longer desired by the owner was not expected. In the photos it looks bright and welcoming, but in reality it is dark - with the exception of the kitchen. Lamp shades need updating. With no overhead lighting, bulbs need to be changed to actually give some light and reduce eye strain and make the rooms - especially the living room - usable. The chairs at the table are very uncomfortable. If you are working virtually as you travel, please note there is no where suitable to sit for prolonged times. Knives need sharpening. Floor mats need updating. The exhaust in the toilet needs servicing. Plumbing repairs are required. The attic rooms are the loveliest of the rooms, but the stairs to them are perilous and the sloping walls have no marks to break them up, making it very easy to hit your head unexpectedly and often.

• Pascal (10/5): Exceptional - The location was great and ideally located to do everything by walking. The charming house. The staff that did answer questions and have clear advice for everything.i definitely highly recommend this house to stay in Bergen!!! Some kitchen towels would have been great
