• Jessie (10/5): Super! - Jacuzzi, ontvangen met een drankje, super schoon, Goed contact. Mega goede ligging en airco's deden het perfect. Super prive, geen last van geluid. Je kreeg 1 handdoek, voor 4 dagen vond ik dat net iets te weinig.

• Adamantina (3/5): Δεν αξίζει τα χρήματα - Τοποθεσία 1.Υπήρχε μια απίστευτη μυρωδιά από το σιφόνι του μπάνιου που δ μπορούσε άνθρωπος να ανασανει . 2.Ενώ υπάρχει τζακούζι στο μπαλκόνι και φαίνεται ωραίο υπάρχει ένα μέσο χώρισμα πρόχειρο το οποίο δίπλα μπαλκόνι έχει ύψωμα οπότε μπορεί να σε βλέπει άνετα 3. Καμία ηχομόνωση στο δίπλα μπαλκόνι υπήρχε μια παρέα μέχρι τις 7 το πρωί που έφυγα οι οποίοι μιλούσαν οι άνθρωποι και ακούγονταν μες τα αυτιά μου με κλειστά παντζουρια και τζάμια .. Οπότε φάτε δείτε τι ωραία περάσαμε με κλειστά παράθυρα λόγω φασαρίας και μυρωδιά από το μπάνιο

• Alexander (5/5): Skuffende. - Plasseringen. Langt fra ‘luxury’. Dårlig utstyrt kjøkken. Ingen håndkle, ingen oppvaskmaskin, bare en kapsel-kaffemaskin. Baderommet stinker. Sofaen er ukomfortabel og dekket med en teppe - status på renhet ukjent. Jacuzzi er i realiteten en badekar med lys. Hele leiligheten mangler sjarm.

• בר (8/5): Good experience, the smell was the problem- hope they will fix it fast - The owner responded quickly, great location and very clean There was a very unpleasant smell from the drain in the bathroom . The owner came by to fix it , and it improved but still you could smell it entering the apartment and very much inside the bathroom.

• Jacobine (8/5): Prima verblijf bij luxury appartments. - De voorzieningen in het appartement, de hygiene, de leuke ligging. De jacuzzi was een fijne toevoeging. In de nacht veel lawaai in het gebouw van bewoners van de appartementen. Wij moesten vroeg uitchecken en toen kwamen we er achter dat de douche koud was. Hiervoor moest je een knopje indrukken en dan zou het 25 minuten duren voor het water warm was.

Io ho dormito nel divano letto, mai trovato uno così comodo! Alex è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile per qualsiasi cosa avessimo bisogno. Purtroppo non abbiamo avuto tempo di usare la vasca. Posizione ottima a due passi dalle piazze principali quindi anche a ristoranti e locali, a qualcuno in più rispetto all'acropoli e al museo nazionale ma parliamo comunque di un 15/20 minuti a passo sereno.

• nadav (1/5): - כלום הדירה ממוקמת במיקום מרוחק ובאיזור המייצר תחושת אי נוחות. הצ'ק אין בוצע באיחור של שעה וחצי למרות תאום מוקדם (בשעה 16:30) לא היו מים חמים בדירה כך שלא היה ניתן להתקלח וודאי לא להשתמש בג'קוזי. איש הקשר לא היה זמין למענה בזמן הנדרש. לא מומלץ בשום דרך. בכל מקום נורמאלי היינו מקבלים החזר כספי על חוויה נוראית

• Georg (10/5): Psyri hippes Viertel mit wunderschönen Apartment - Der Checkin war über eine Schlüsselbox, also sehr unkompliziert. Weil einige geschrieben haben, dass das Viertel unsicher aussieht, da kann ich beruhigen ☺️ Psyri ist ein total hippes Viertel mit tollen Restaurants und Bars. Ja, der Eingang zur Unterkunft ist mit Graffiti besprüht, aber das ist glaube ich eher künstlerisch wertvoll, weil dort überall Graffiti sind 😉. Das Haus in dem sich das Apartment befindet hat einen Lift! Man betritt das Apartment und wir hatten einen WOW Effekt. Super schon und gepflegt, alles sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Geräumiger Wohn- und Küchenbereich. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Auch ein sehr schönes Badezimmer mit Pfleheproduktem und Fön. Glaube es war sogar ein Lockenstab vorhanden. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr geräumig, riesengroßer Kasten. Auf dem Bett lagen Hausschuhe, Bademäntel und frische Handtücher. Das Highlight ist der integrierte Whirlpool auf einem großen Balkon der nicht einsehbar ist. Man kann sogar die Akropolis erblicken 😉. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden die Unterkunft und das Viertel wieder buchen. TOP! -
• Giovanna (10/5): Lusso e comfort a due passi dal Partenone - Tutto perfetto. Posizione fantastica per visitare la città. Si trova in pieno centro, vicino ai locali e allo shopping, a 15 minuti a piedi dall'acropoli. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort e ristrutturato con cura. C'è di tutto, compreso la bellissima iacuzzi. La cucina è dotata di tutti gli utensili necessari, microoonde e macchinetta del caffè con cialde. Dal terrazzo si vede l'acropoli. Le operazioni di check in e check out automatiche sono state molto semplici. Ho amato stare qui. Nulla. Se proprio deve notare qualcosa, ma che non dipende dalla struttura, è il costo eccessivo del parcheggio difronte: 25 euro per una notte!!! Forse nel quartiere ci sono parcheggi più economici, ma bisogna camminare un pochino di più con le valige.

• Lili (8/5): Very good - The apartment was comfortable and very clean, and the host was very responsive via messages. The terrace was lovely, and the outdoor hot tub was a great bonus. We had a temporary issue with the Wi-Fi and there was no remote control for the outdoor fan, but these were just minor details. The location is good during the day, but it felt a bit less reassuring at night.

We loved the regeneration of the area. Suggestions for eating options were really appreciated. No issues. First impression of the graffiti on surrounding buildings suggested that there may be safety issues at night but this was certainly not the case. We felt really safe at all times.
• Ania (9/5): Perfect place for couples who plan on sightseeing - The location is perfect for people who want to do a lot of sightseeing - it's about a 3-minute walk from the Monastiraki metro station, and most historical sights are within walking distance. We took the metro on a couple of occasions, but for most of our stay we just walked to museums and archeological sights. There's a lot of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby, so we had no trouble finding something to eat during our stay. Even though the Monastiraki neighbourhood is very lively and loud, the apartment itself is very quiet so we had no trouble sleeping, especially since the bed was super comfortable :) The apartment was clean and pretty, and the amenities were super nice - two pairs of towels per person, bathrobes, disposable slippers, shower gels, and a bottle of wine :) There was also a hairdryer and a hair curler in the bathroom. The jaccuzzi was an amazing addition and definitely helped us relax in the evenings! The host was very responsive, kind, and was available to answer any questions we might have had. The apartment entrance door could be a bit more soundproof, because if someone was talking in the hall, we could hear it pretty loudly. The entrance to the building is a bit scary, but it's not the host's fault in any way.

Highly recommended! - Fantastic location near the center of Monastiraki with lots of options within walking distance. The hosts were friendly and responsive, and the whole process of picking up the keys and checking in/out was simple and painless. The apartment itself was very clean and contained everything needed, and even had a nice jacuzzi on the balcony (which I didn't try as it was too cold in winter, but I'm looking forward to it next time I visit). Overall highly recommended place, fantastic value for money and you won't be disappointed!

• Talshira (9/5): We enjoyed our stay - It would be nice if there were more towel racks in the shower so that there would be somewhere to hang towels and a shelf inside the shower that you could put soap on, it's the little things that make a huge difference
• Jaki (7/5): Nice and central but could be better. - Nice apartment with good facilities and a nice balcony. Very clean and comfortable and close to the sights of central Athens. If you stand on tiptoe or are very tall, you can just see the acropolis from the balcony. Nice to have a washing machine, drying rack and iron. The outside and surronds were heavily graffitied and the communal staircase was dark, dingy and without a handrail. The jacuzzi does not work properly which was one of the main attractions of booking this property. Very sparse extras, a bottle of water and cheap wine. No batteries in the remote control for the ceiling fans. The balcony chairs are better suited to children than adults as they are very small and rather uncomfortable. However the price was reasonable but do think that the equipment stated should work.

The apartment was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again. It would have been nice to have a shower curtain of sorts in the bathroom to prevent the water from getting on the floor. The outdoor space was lovely and I could tell the owners made a lot of effort to make it as private as possible given its proximity to other apartments. I think specifically around the hot tub area specifically would be nice to have a privacy screen.

• Kmvm (10/5): Exceptional - The location of this apartment is perfect. Right by the main hub of Monastiraki, which is, in my opinion, the best part of Athens. Very cool and everything is walking distance. The apartment was clean and had great facilities. Lots of nice little touches to make it a perfect stay. The hosts were really communicative and we didn't have any problems.
• Jacques (4/5): cold water, stressful with no cot and luggage disaster- - Clean spacious apartment - hot tub is a bit misleading. There is not enough hot water to fill it so what’s the point? You can press a button on the electric box to get more hot water but it doesn’t work efficiently so didn’t help much to fill the tub. Then we had to have cold showers after it. - Host somehow FORGOT my babies cot and didn’t seem to care we had no where for her to sleep. Brought us one on day 2. - On our last day I had a cold shower before checkout because again not enough hot water for 2 people to shower even though we barely used it? - Host held our luggage after checkout and then disappeared when we went to collect it. Very stressful!! thought we were going to miss our plane because he was not answering his phone. Lucky we were able to contact the building manager to open up and get our luggage!

• Niccih (8/5): Absolute prime location! - The location is absolute PRIME. You can't ask for a better spot. It is just a stone throw from Monstaraki Metro Station and a couple of steps outside the fabulous and famous Little Kook. The apartment was super clean and very neat. The host takes great pride in the property, that is clear. We really had a great stay. Would definitely recommend. I'm only mentioning it, because it is something for another guest to be aware of. The bed is very soft. Now before you think I'm complaining, I am just saying. Personally, I like to sleep a bit firmer, as a soft bed just enhances my aches and pains. It is not unpleasant; it would just not be my personal choice. Also, the front entrance looks a bit scruffy since it was attacked with graffiti. It is very much in contrast with the inside of the apartment, so don't be discouraged to stay. It is a lovely apartment. We did not spend a great deal of time in the apartment. We preferred to be out and about most of the day. We did have a slight disagreement with the water heater. It's not the best. When we did get the water heater figured out it really doesn't allow for enough hot water for two persons to take a shower right after each other. Because of the hot water issues, we couldn't make the jacuzzi work either, which was disappointing. I do want to mention that the host was very quick to respond to any issues we had.
