• Marie Therese (10/5): Comfortable and wonderful stay in a spacious condo in Makati - Spacious, clean and comfortable one-bedroom condo/apartment with balcony good for 4 persons situated in a safe location and walking distance to malls and business establishments. Property owner and manager are very accomodating to our requests and made sure we had everything we need during our stay. Very commendable!
• Sav. R. C. (8/5): Loved the Free Drinks & Space, Just Wishing for Stronger Wi-Fi - The place was spacious, and complimentary drinking water, tea, and coffee were provided throughout our stay. The place was comfortable and had a pleasant atmosphere. However, the internet connection was quite unreliable, and the toiletries provided were limited. I hope the owner will consider addressing these issues to further improve the overall guest experience, especially by enhancing the Wi-Fi.

• Luca (7/5): Good - The location is for sure good in makati and in a good condo. The problem was to find the exact entrance, as the address on booking is not correct. Although I receive the address at the end of one email that I did not even check, the most reliable one should always be on booking. Additionally, we made the reservation for 5 and thanks god we were 4, because there were only 4 beds. It was not that clean as I found a cockroach on the wifi router. The wifi was not working
• Andreea (4/5): Disappointing - The view from the balcony. It is near the airport The beds and the sofa are incomfortable, even if we have a balcony, it is not aloud to smoke…i saw bugs in the fridge.
• Hyacinth (4/5): Great location (once you find it) and super super modest - Located very close to a shopping mall,any convenience stores and a laundry service (self, drop off and express available). Also not that far from the airport. We arrived late as our flight from El Nido was delayed 4hrs and they provided us the code to access the lockbox over Whatsapp in advance. Water dispenser in the room to fill your bottle and a full size fridge which is appreciated. Location is fantastic but the listing, nor do the many (many) communications from the property mgt specify which of the three Beacon towers the listing is in (it is the Amorsolo Tower). I am aware that the beds are bunk beds, but I will caution that they are very wobbly and I would not trust anyone who is heavy to use them lol, my safety railing came off when I tried to use it to get to the top bunk. It shook everytime anyone moved. Toiletries are only provided if requested, listing has no detail of this, just "Free Toiletries", which was super disappointing since we arrived at 4AM and weren't prepared. I pointed this out to the property mgt and they did admit that it should be removed from the Booking.com listing. There is hot water but for some reason it was turned off when we arrived and I had to contact them and they said to switch the wall unit on. The indicator/dial on the unit does not seem to correlate to the numbers at all, level 10 turned it off while level 2 gave a water temp of 38 deg. Mostly clean, but there was a small cockroach in the kitchen - we only used it for the kettle to make tea, I probably would not have been comfortable using it to actually cook. Since it is a very tall building, there are many other apartments but only three of the four elevators were in operation. They were very slow and often would skip floors as they had an 'express' feature - no idea when and how it decides to send lifts to/from floors to ground floor. It was actually pretty frustrating waiting for the elevators. The listing is very cheap and convenient location, but bare minimum is provided and if I was staying for more than two nights I wouldn't have been that comfortable to be honest. I booked this place as it was actually very difficult to book a place for three people that wasn't one bed and a sofa. It was fine, but I'd probably just opt for a hotel in the future.

• Drell (10/5): Book here! It was an amazing experience. - Room is so comfy. Dual Inverter aircondition. Amenities is all free. No pool charge. Easy to access and there's a nearby mall and restaurants. Balcony View is amazing. Double bed is good. Can accomodate 5 pax. Free water and ice. Responsive on my messages and it has VIDEOKE. We love it obviously cos we extend our stay. Thank you! None

• Kent (9/5): Superb Condo - Its a Big spacious apartment, in a great location with lots of restaurants. The price to value you get is phenomenal and the staff is ever so helpful. We can’t recommend this room or any other room offered by Francia and her team enough. The only thing I can say, and we knew that beforehand that there will only be bunk beds since it’s normal for a family vacation Setup. But that was only a slight problem for me and my partner. And the mattresses and beds could be more comfortable
• Jun (9/5): Superb - it is cozy and big room with big balcony. it is suitable for family. we really enjoy the view from this big balcony. we will come to choose it next time. host and janitor are nice. it is better to install some thick curtains for windows. there is no sofa in the room now. but nothing is perfect.
• Jackie (10/5): Great location, great units, great owners! - I really liked that the property is situated in a very convenient location! The units we stayed in were very modern, clean, and comfortable; perfect for my parents and I. The units also came with everything we needed as well as a beautiful skyline view at the roof deck and a pool/gym/garden area. Lastly, the owners were very kind, responsive, and accommodating! We appreciate their professionalism very much. The units did not come with a microwave (we used the stove, but it was more effort to warm up our leftovers) and the studio unit did not have a refrigerator, so many of our leftover food went bad quickly over night. But it’s okay, we just had to be more aware about what kind of food we bring back after our outing!
