- Christine (10/5): - The cottage is in a great location for exploring Bannau Brycheiniog National Park. The cottage is spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Our host and her son kindly brought us milk and biscuits. It was nice to have access to Netflix and have a movie night on a rainy evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nothing

- Jessie (8/5): Great Stay ! - The property was well equipped, and in a great location if you are planning to visit Bike Park Wales. The host was quick to respond to any queries and it was super easy to find and get into the property.
- Helen (8/5): Good size for family of four, easy access to roads and local amenities, very clean bedlinen - Good location near main roads, easy to walk to local shops and park, ease of collecting the key, welcome chocolates, spotless clean bed linen we needed to clean a lot of the kitchen items before use as well as the floor around the dining table due to food dropped by previous guests . There is some road noise throughout the night so might not suit light sleepers
- Ian (10/5): Everything you need in a fantastic location. - A clean and well finished cottage.
Plenty of communal and kitchen space.
Fantastic location only 25 minutes to some of the best mountain walks in South Wales

- Olga (8/5): - Location OK Water pressure in shower
- Rahul (8/5): - The location of the property was great. The property is great for a family with kids The second bedroom was very small and it is not suitable for couples as it only has a two separate single beds. Also, the toilet in the second bedroom was very small.

- Kim (10/5): - Clean and comfortable cottage, with extremely comfortable beds in a nice quiet location Nothing to dislike :)
- Mayur (9/5): -
- Evans (10/5): Cosy Rose Cottage - Very clean cottage with very comfortable beds and chairs that met all our needs for a lovely weekend stay. Maria was very responsive to questions too.
- Gary (10/5): - Friendly greeting on arrival. Excellent, clean property, with secure parking at rear. .Misplaced the key and the hosts sorted quickly, with no issues. Excellent stay.
- Margaret (9/5): Great overnight stay for 2 couples. Great location and pub down the road was great for dinner - Lots of room
Parking
Comfortable beds
Great location Couldn’t work out the washer - dryer combo and no instructions.
Nationaal Park Brecon Beacons, Cardiff, Swansea)
- Sam (8/5): Great little cottage for S Wales activities. Thanks Maria - Rose cottage was perfect as a jumping off point for activities in the Brecons, Valleys and South Wales. It is near the main road, Tesco and the amazing town park. Maria had put in the basics and an excellent guide which made the holiday very easy. She also helped out with any problems or queries. Whilst small, the cottage has all you need for a family of 4 or less. There was quite a lot of road noise, but otherwise nothing to complain about.
- Janes (10/5): Until the next time :@)) - We chose this cottage for its location of the 4 waterfalls and then the cottage itself..
We felt at home here and safe.
Both bedrooms had their private washrooms and were very clean and cosy.
We were left to settle in with privacy, but knew there was someone to contact if we needed them.
We really did want to stay longer. Definitely will be staying here again to do just that.
There is a lovely pub with nice food if we chose to eat out just on the corner and shops nearby too. The fact we didn't book longer.
- Simon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hills (10/5): Exceptional -
- Robert (10/5): Cute Cottage in Quiet Village - Really well renovated. Lovely extra touches. Comfortable main bed
- Ewelina (8/5): Very good - perfect location! very nice common area, perfect for travelling as a group of friends (or a couple)
- James (10/5): Excellent 10/10 -
- Oded (8/5): Very good - Very nice and courteous hosts.
Nice apartment with reasonable amenities. The bathrooms are crowded.
- Michelle (8/5): Very good - spacious living room, close to supermarket damp smell in bedrooms, rather small shower rooms
- Catherine (7/5): A friendly and homely welcome - The host was friendly and welcoming. The property was perfectly located for our visit to the Penderyn whisky distillery. The stairs are quite narrow and steep. Not a problem at all for us but important to be aware.
- Lee (5/5): Disappointing after reading great reviews. - Location was close to amenities and close enough for short drives to the places we wanted to visit. Was easy to find. We pretty much had what we needed for a comfortable stay, washing machine with a dryer, WiFi was good, netflix was provided. Place was clean and tidy. Enough hot water for all 4 if us to shower. Few gripes unfortunately...One of the bed bases was broken, we had to use a cot base we found under another bed to straighten it to make it possible to sleep on, owner seemed oblivious to it, but doubtful they wouldn't have known about it. You could see it was bent like a U before you got on to it. The outside bin was full when we arrived, there were no tea towels, scissors or a mirror in bedrooms and could've done with more pillows.. all would've been useful but only minor nuances. There was damp in lounge corner and mold around shower. Showers were tiny, stairs were steep and narrow and the ceiling comes down low, so.you have to be careful on the stairs as easy to slip or bang your head.on ceiling coming down.
- Rajal (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alex (8/5): Lovely comfortable apartment - Clean comfortable
- Fiona (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrew (10/5): Lovely comfortable 2 room house in easy reach of the Brecons - Ideal for our Brecons walking trip. Nothing
- Morgan (9/5): Superb -
- Katey (8/5): Very good - Location to Zipworld and Brecon Beacons. Little extras in the cottage really appreciated. Owner met us was lovely. One of twin beds needs replacing as dips in middle.
- Nicola (9/5): Lovely clean home, perfect for our family of 4 - Lovely spacious home, I loved the homely touches! Not much, the showers weren’t the best, but not terrible.
- Joe (10/5): Exceptional -
- Connor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gareth (10/5): Exceptional -
- Raymond (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kirsty (10/5): perfect stay and beds were so comfortable. en suites in both rooms were amazing. - the stay was wonderful. super cosy and very clean. the Christmas decorations were lovely and added the final touch. lovely and warm. beds were so comfy. didn't want to leave. lovely places to eat near by and walking distance. the host couldn't be more helpful and was easy to contact. thank you so much xxx nothing it was all wonderful xx
- Elizabeth (10/5): Lovely cottage in a central location - Cosy and comfortable, very well thought out with good use of space
- Woodward (10/5): A great place to stay - Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Lovely cottage, beautifully renovated. Great host, very friendly and hospitable. Nothing.
- Anthea (10/5): Exceptional - Nice house.

- Katalins (10/5): Exceptional - Great location with shops and pubs nearby, clean and comfortable house with all you need. Will definitely stay again when back to the area.
- Kamil (10/5): Great place to rest after great day at zip world - everything
- Ruth (8/5): Very good -
- Suyog (9/5): Superb -
- Sarah (10/5): Highly recommended - Gorgeous little cottage, clean and every facility you would need, felt relaxed as soon as I stepped inside, good base to explore the surrounding areas
- Jevgenijs (9/5): Superb - Liked everything. Friendly hostess. Good communication.Thank you. Liked everything.
- Sze (6/5): Great house, poor beds - The house has everything that we needed - kettle, hair dryer, toiletries, towels, beddings... Everything is really clean. Having three toilets (of which two includes shower) in the house is definitely a plus. The rooms also have two layers of curtains and blinds which blocks out most of the sunlight. The beds are the only thing that I need to complain about. The two single beds' matresses have sunk so badly in the middle (the springs are no longer working at all) that it is impossible to fall asleep on. I slept on the sofa throughout my stay as the sofa provides more support than the beds. I would give the stay a 10/10 if the matresses are replaced, but the beds (and being able to sleep) is a key requirement for me, hence the lower rating.
- Mahitha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mohammed (8/5): Very good -
- Bethan (9/5): Comfortable well equipped cottage. - Comfortable, well equipped property which was ideal for our visit to the Eisteddfod in Pontypridd. We had a nice short break. Plenty of room, both bedrooms being ensuite was a bonus. The downstairs porch and toilet were also useful. The hosts were helpful and welcoming. Everything was good, nothing negative.
- Dulshand (10/5): Lovely place with great amenities! - This lovely cottage was very nicely arranged and spotlessly clean! Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils and cutlery you'd need. Has a fridge, microwave and TV (comes with Netflix). Host was very friendly and helpful, and had arranged complementary milk and biscuits too! Location is very convenient and close to main roads with free roadside parking. Nothing at all!
- Vrinda (9/5): Superb -
- Sharon (8/5): Very good -
- Emily (10/5): Great little cottage, would definitely stay again. - Lovely little cottage, perfect size for me and my friend to have a bedroom and en-suite each. Comfy beds, plug sockets in handy locations. Parking right next to the building. Brilliant having washing up liquid, sponge, teabags, coffee, sugar, biscuits and a little milk in the fridge on arrival. Would be handy having a mirror in the bedrooms, but no faults otherwise!
- Mary (10/5): Very Enjoyable and we were really impressed with the thought leaving tea coffee milk and biscuits for our arrival - Every thing you needed for a stay
Very clean
Lovely fluffy towels Stairs very steep would not be ideal if had mobility issues
Parking was an issue one night
Unable to get normal tv but that might have been us
- Olga (10/5): Exceptional - The house is located near the Central Road. There is a parking space up the street you can find a store where you can buy groceries, very comfortable beds. A clean house has everything you need, a mini garden where you can have a drink in the morning.
- Yong (10/5): Very Good - None
- Divya (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful little cottage!
- Catherine (10/5): Wonderful cottage, perfect for a base to explore the Brecon Beacons - totally recommend and would absolutely stay here a - Very clean, en suite for each room! Great room for unwinding in the evening and had everything we needed! Hosts were very responsive when we needed to check anything!
- Ceri (9/5): Perfect place to stay to visit family in the area. - Clean, good location, good facilities. Nothing
- Linda (8/5): Very good -
- Subin (10/5): Really Comfortable and cosy stay, felt like Home. - The house was very comfortable and the instructions and handbook with all the details helped us to get the most of the place.
The host even provided some milk and biscuits, showing the care and thought process. -
- Kam (9/5): Superb - The pictures do not do this lovely little cottage justice. It was homely with plenty of space for the four of us and it was quite the bonus that each bedroom had its own ensuite, something I was not expecting!
We will definitely return as the location is ideal and it has all the amenities one could ask for. Could be more options within the local town to eat but that is minor as it is a traditional Welsh town.
- Gavin (9/5): Superb -
