• jose antonio (6/5): - La ubicacion está muy cerca de la playa Le hace falta al apartamento una pequeña reforma.Colocaron la nevera pegada a la habitación y el ruido era constante, tuvimos problemas con la puerta de la habitación,está se quedaba bloqueada con la cerradura cuando se cerraba,una de las lámparas de mesilla hacia un corto cuando le dabas al interruptor,nos pasó lo mismo con la luz central de la habitación los interruptores son viejitos y necesitan un cambio etc . Deberían invertir un poco más en el mantenimiento.

• Valérie (8/5): - L emplacement et le parking sécurisé. 1 rond de la plaque cuisine ne fonctionne pas et pied de lampe cassé dans le salon. Un rafraîchissement de la cuisine serait bien.

• Ivana (10/5): - Odlicna lokacija, uredno opremljen stan, s dodatnim rucnicima, posteljinom, ima ves masina, klima, vlasnici jako susretljivi. Krevet je malo neudoban, izolacija slaba pa mozda budete imali situaciju kao mi da su vam susjedi dosta glasni i da se sve cuje.

• Sheila (7/5): We enjoyed this apartment stay. Somehow possibly due to miscommunication check in was fraught we didn’t have any clear - The location was good. Everything we needed for self catering the apartments were set in an nicely kept garden and the communal areas were cleaned each day The drain smell in bathroom. The drains sink and shower drains need a good clean with product. When you had a shower it seemed to be worse. Also noise from apartments next door. Our bedroom wall was next to next doors living room and could hear tv late at night.

• Ann (9/5): We had a lovely time. We would certainly look at this appartment again if coming back to Torremolinos - Great location. Nice compact appartment. Clean and tidy. The only thing I didn’t like was the shower. The half glass door doesn’t stop the floor from getting wet.
• Ulrich (10/5): - Die Ausstattung des Apartments lässt keine Wünschen offen: Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer, Deckenventilator im Schlafzimmer, Balkon, neues Bad, in der Küche alles was man braucht. Nähe zum Strand und zum Einkaufen der LIDL in der Nähe. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool ist sehr sauber und fast immer waren wir allein im Wasser. Neue Fenster, so dass man bei geschlossenen Fenstern selbst die Müllabfuhr in der Nacht kaum hörte. Auch der Checkin und -out waren entspannt. Ein Ansprechpartner in einem Immobilienbüro direkt um die Ecke. Fazit: Für zwei Personen ein tolles, ruhiges Apartment in einer sehr gepflegten Gesamtanlage. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen!
• Elhossaini (9/5): Goed gelegen , schoon , rustig en vlakbij strand - Vlakbij het strand en de marina , en ook de centrum Torremolinos . De bus halte was ook vlakbij echt heel fijne accommodatie. Heel rust omgeving geen lawaai of herrie van anderen . Het apparemment was netjes alles wat je nodig hebt kun je vinden bijvoorbeeld Lakens , handdoeken, de keuken spullen bijna alles is te vinden . Het was een geweldige ervaring voor ons die eigenlijk altijd naar hotel gaan . Dat je alleen een sleutel bos krijgt was best minder voor ons als de ander wil langer buiten blijven moet de ander wel wakker blijven tot die terug is
• Dámaris (9/5): Cerca de la playa - Ubicación perfecta, muy cerca de la playa. La cocina es pequeña pero bien equipada. Cama grande y cómoda. Para los que vayan con niños pequeños la piscina es perfecta porque en gran parte de la piscina no cubre mucho. Las sillas de la terraza no son muy cómodas. Sólo hay aire acondicionado en el comedor. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

• Kimlm (10/5): Exceptional - I loved this apartment! It was very clean & had everything I needed. Very close by were shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and, of course, the beach. I noticed some previous reviews mentioned the bed was uncomfortable, but for me, it was perfect. I don't like to sleep with AC so to have the ceiling fan in the bedroom was ideal, especially as it was a quiet one. I hope this place is available next time I visit the area.
• Mary (8/5): Location, comfort, convenient to public transport, bars, beach, etc. - Rosada and her team provide spotlessly clean accommodation with everything you need for a short holiday. Please note there are many permanent residents in the building so this apt is for quieter stays.
• Gary (8/5): Perfect winter break …and we did get some sunshine - The location was perfect, quiet and nice balcony with nice furniture. Very comfortable bed, we were glad of the heater as it was cold when we were there. Would definitely return to this apartment. Kitchen is small but it didn’t bother us as we don’t cook when on holiday so it didn’t hinder us

• Akie (10/5): Good beach resort apartment if you don’t cook. - Quiet nice clean apartment close to the beach ( although not sea view). The management is very responsive to questions. Easy to park ( designated closed parking space) Kitchen was a bit inconvenient ( very beaten pot and pans, extremely dull knives , no ventilation.)

• James (6/5): Enjoyed the stay. Good apartment. - Location was great . Just a short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. Kitchen was well equipped. Coffee makers, electric kettle, microwave, electric hob etc. I'm not a fan of the walk-in shower. Had to mop out the bathroom and hall on one occasion. Either the Bedroom A/C or remote control for Bedroom A/C stopped working on our final night.
