• Rocky (6/5): The place is decent, but nothing great, for the price for a single night I expected a bit more comfortablity. My 2 bigg - It was very clean and located in a good location for downtown. Beds were downright awful, and it was very hot and humid when we were in the city, those AC units just couldn’t keep up. Had to put multiple fan on us to stay cool while we slept.
• Talisha (6/5): - Checking out The location isn't terrible but pictures are misleading and building not kept up including the condos, halls are dirty and don't smell great at all and THERE IS NO AIR IN THE BUILDING. The place itself wasn't entirely terrible but it could be better.

• Tiffani (4/5): Smelled like marijuana - They did the best they could, considering the building they were located in The entire building smelled like marijuana. Seriously , it was loud. We couldn't get away from the smell, even in our rooms. This was a girls trip, and we definitely did not feel safe. We moved furniture in front of the door before going to sleep. The parking garage was super sketch. It was extremely hot in the building, and you can't control the temperature for each individual condo. They placed little cooling units all over the condo trying to keep it cool. The chairs and the couch in the living room were okay, but we couldn't really sit in the living room because it was so hot. The beds were extremely hard and the pillows were flat. Even though I made the reservation through Booking, the management company wanted me to submit my id and front and back of my credit card through some online form that they sent me via text. I couldn't attach the pictures while using my phone, so they asked me to send all my information to a yahoo email address. Ummm, no. I had to forward the link to my email, so I could open it on my laptop to get the online form to work. Honestly, it was pretty miserable, and we couldn't wait to leave.

• Christoph (5/5): Overall the flat sadly didn’t convince us. - This was the most disappointing flat we rented during our two week trip through the US. Not everything was bad. The view is great, the location as well. It started with me being not ready to share a picture of my credit card via a unknown form on the internet. The host was very understanding and, after a couple of messages, we found another way to complete the online check-in. We then had to wait another half hour to check in at the building's reception for a second time (this is required). The apartment itself was quite spacious, if a little run down, and unfortunately the noise from the nearby highways was very noticeable all night long. And of the three elevators, only one was running during our stay, and it also broke down in the evening, so we had to walk up to the 14th floor (great for the fitness tracker, but not ideal with luggage...).

• John (7/5): needs to some work done on bathrooms...toilet needs to be fixed, bathtub needs to be resurfaced - nicely appointed rooms, modern decor, free parking in underground parking area, 24 hour security one of the 2 bathrooms was out of commission, tub in room needs to be resurfaced looked dirty. Slats in bed were falling down thought mattress might collapse.
• Ralf (9/5): Convenient Stay in Downtown Atlanta - The location of the apartment is excellent. We could walk easily to all main attractions within downtown Atlanta (Aquarium, Olympia Park, etc). The apartment has sufficient space for 4 people. It has a nice dining table area with 180 degree viewing of Atlanta's surrounding areas and highways. The kitchen needs more dishes, pots, cooking utensils and especially a coffee machine. There is a capsule style coffee maker with some capsules but not everybody likes these and one would need to find the proper replacement capsules when needed.
• Elizabeth (9/5): Perfect downtown location for our family - Perfect space for my family. Unit was great, with plenty of space for us to be together and have our own space. Love the layout and location that allowed us to walk to the attractions we wanted to see. Great view of the city. Loved the sunroom area in the mornings and evenings. Luxury feel in the unit. Bathrooms were relaxing and perfect to unwind after busy day with great water pressure/temperature. Owners were quick to respond to minor issues and facilitated corrections as soon as possibly allowed. Parking was great addition and easy access. Building was easy to get to and out of when driving. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was nothing overall that dissatisfied us, but kitchen was a little sparse on kitchenware - limited glasses, mugs, etc. But nothing we could not work around.

• Anonymous (8/5): We had a great time in Atlanta and the apartment was in walking distance to most major attractions. - It was spacious with a well equiped kitchen. Not enough coffee pods for three people for three nights. For the most the part the apartment was clean except for some smudges on the bedroom door.
• Diamond (1/5): The host is holding my deposit hostage after being accused of stealing from a locked closet! He still has not been able - The apartment had nice furniture and TVs First I will start by saying the building of this location needs a lot of upgrades. There were three elevators and only one worked. It took 45 minutes to a hour to get down to ground level. I ended up having to walk 14 flights of steps with my children. There were dead roaches in the cabinets. The worst experience was the host. I gave him a 150 deposit. Upon leaving we left everything how we found it. No damages to property or anything. I was accused of stealing from a “locked closet”. He said the cleaners allegedly told him this. When I ask what was stolen it has now been two days since he is waiting on the cleaners to do a inventory count. I am being accused of stealing but they have not even came to and conclusion what was taken. I was being ripped off of the $150 deposit. I came with my family who travels often and has never been accused of such accusations in our life. We hard hurt and feel discriminated against. Still as of today the host has not told me why I am not getting my deposit and still claims he’s waiting on a inventory count after already accusing us of stealing!

The staff is amazing. It's a great apartment in a central area. The maintenance and owners are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others. Checking process was easy and feel safety when we leave for our concert in Atlanta. N/A

Hosana, our host, was very responsive to ou - Location, views from apartment windows, nicely decorated, plush comforters in beds, sleeper sofa, assigned covered free parking, complimentary items in kitchen. *Curtain rod in room with double bed, fell down, when closing the curtain. *Bathtub in master bath had cleaning items left in it. *Apartment was very cold for my 89 yo mom. *Poor shower head in master bath walk in shower. Water came out running down the wall. *Water was turned off for a couple of hours to the entire unit, which we were not made aware of, ahead of time…causing us to be late.
