No one came for cleaning, housekeeping missing all the time, on the name of toiletries only hand wash is provided. I booked 3 rooms but towels given in only 1 room. Staff not interaction busy in their own work... as a guest my expectations are high but services are disappointed.

The host and staff members were very helpful, and we genuinely enjoyed our stay there. The surroundings are peaceful and very close to nature. If you are tired of busy city life, this is an amazing retreat to relax, refresh yourself, and reconnect your soul with nature. You can also enjoy many activities at the resort. Overall, my experience was fabulous.

• Barua (1/5): Bad Experience - Very bad experience, very rude employees. Too far from the main town. There is no Convenience. No shop or restaurant nearby. I have to walk around 1.5km to go to the local shop. In the hotel restaurant the food is not good. I will not suggest this place for holiday purposes. A very very bad place to stay. Each and every thing.

• Zafrul (10/5): Amazing wholesome experience - It was an amazing experience for all of us. It was spur of the moment last minute plan and we booked Himalaya Retreat Resort because nothing else was available. But we were in for a pleasant experience. This resort is part of Himalayan Adventure Institute (HAI) and has amazing range of fun filled adventure activities. We did hiking, rappling, river crossing, zip lining, rock climbing, shooting, archery. My kids loved every moment. Resort owners Shushila and Naveen are amazing and we really loved their hospitality. Staff is very curteous and well trained. Saurav and Ranjeet were very helpful, well qualified and accomodating. I have done some of the these activities before but at HAI it was at whole different level. We really look forward to another trip to HAI and would recommend it to anyone planning a wholesome fun filled trip to Mussoorie. Thank you!

If you are going to book this room for a view you have to bring a mosquito net with you otherwise you cannot sleep over there.. cheap mattresses are used it's hard life rock🪨. In simple words not maintained 1% hygiene.

They are very commercial, a person took the snacks from outside and asked for the plate but the staff replied that it is chargeable. The heater is on a chargeable basis, the bonfire is on a chargeable basis, everything is on a chargeable basis. We were in fear that in case they bill us for consuming oxygen at the time of checkout, we need to take a loan to pay at the property. They took 100% advance payment from us as they told us it is the policy of the property but nowhere written policy was there. On the 2nd day, we were not happy with their hospitality and asked for a refund for the rest of the days, they said go and discuss with booking.com, we tried but there is no contact number of customer care. I advise, avoid going there to avoid spoiling your mood.

Personal hiking till stream flowing down this resort, multiple adventurous activities, delicious food, affordable rate! The rooms are fantastic with different and unique interiors. Worth every penny! This was my second visit! Dis time with friends. Family, couple, friends- this place is for all. Rahul Bhai Sandeep Bhai is a helpful person. There's no sign board on how to reach the reception area from the main gate. It's not easy to reach inside this property from the main gate.

It is located at 30' walking distance from the Kempty Falls, one of the major attractions of Mussorie. We were honoured meeting the Chamoli family including the founder of Himalayan Adventure Institute (HAI) Mr. S. P. Chamoli (https://www.himadven.com/management.html). He is a record-holding Mountaineer, Skier and River runner. Our children had great fun in the activities Climbing, Rapelling, Zip line followed by Shooting, Archery, Darts etc. Guests enjoy 50% discount. The Adventure package costs Rs.1800 per person. We would recommend nature loving adventurous families to experience a stay at this property. Food and House keeping could be better.

Room was not as per the expectations. There was no TV. Not asking for AC however it was hot in mussoorie. Only one charging socket which was also loose. We were two people one had to wait while other was charging
