• Lesley (9/5): - The property had everything. Nice beds, really good kitchen, washing machine and dryer. All clean. Saw peacocks in the backyard. Perfect for our family. It was a small house by once we unpacked we were fine.

• Julien (9/5): Great place to relax and discover Miami. - The feeling to be in an unique place. At a walking and safe distance from coconut grove. Clean and quiet. Easy to park Table for 3 persons ( we were 4)

Waschmittel, Pfaue in der Siedlung, ruhige, sichere und familienfreundliche Umgebung, Spielplatz in der Nähe sowie Shops, Restaurants usw., Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus, gute Klimaanlage, Strandequipment, einfacher Check-In und Check-Out Nur Kleinigkeiten: Küchenausstattung war nicht ganz sauber, sowie auch der Terrassenboden, Badewanne war etwas undicht und in die Innenstadt oder zum Miami Beach ist es trotz Auto schon recht weit - aber Preis-Leistung ist super!
• Mariana (10/5): Un lugar acogedor y tranquilo que recomendaría mucho para familias - Es muy acogedora, silenciosa en la noche, con lo que se necesita, con patio pequeño donde pudieron jugar los niños, incluso nos prestaron un balón y juguetes de playa. Cerca tiene lugares de comida, donde caminar y en general salir y entrar para ir a la playa o a las diferentes actividades es sencillo. A nosotros como familia nos encantó La secadora de ropa no seca muy bien

• Carolina (7/5): - Maison jaune typique de Coconot Grove avec du charme à l'extérieur mais moins charmant à l'intérieur. Hôte sympa. Maison très équipée. Quelques pans dans la rue, très sympa à regarder. Je n'etais pas vraiment rassuré par le quartier voisin (sud de Coconot Grove). Trop cher pour ce que c'est.

• Robert (10/5): Our stay was wonderful and complemented our trip. Would come back here! - I really liked the homes location to Coconut Grove and nearby grocery stores / shopping centers. The home was well stocked with everything that was needed for a great stay. I also enjoyed the responsiveness of our host when we had questions. The house exceeded our expectations and was well equipped with everything we could of needed. We liked everything about it!

• Alexis (10/5): When we arrived we were happy to find such a charming house with the perfect amenities! - I loved how charming the house was and how central it is to everything we wanted to get to. We also liked the amenities such as a stocked kitchen and washer/dryer! Our host was very attentive and communicative. I wish the property had more outlets to charge more than one phone at a time in the bedrooms and we wish we had more spare blankets.

• Christian (10/5): A refreshing change from your typical hotel - Cute and quaint little property in a quiet residential area. Bigger on the inside than what it looks like from the outside. A very comfortable stay and a very hospitable and helpful host. Nothing, but if I was to be picky, some shower products would be useful.

• John (10/5): Quaint house on the edge of Coconut Grove Village! - Quaint, cozy house. Easy walking distance to Coconut Grove Village and Regatta Park. Easy to drive or getting an Uber from MIA. Wild Peacocks blew us away 🦚🦚🦚 Great host that is easy to communicate with. You need to be careful which route you take when walking to Coconut Grove Village. Heading straight down Franklin is good but going via Grand could be dodgy at night.
• Ken (9/5): Good bang for the buck. I would stay here again. - Good deal for the money. Neighborhood felt relatively safe. Host was smart enough to realize that the house might be short on TP. He left us a little gift bag on front porch sometime while we were away on the first day. Pretty slim amount of kitchen items, Like pots pans, plates glasses, silverware, etc. The one cooking pan we found had clearly passed its prime.

• Jill (10/5): Sitting on the porch of an historical house watching the peacocks. - Staying in an historical house was the perfect start to our trip. It had all of the facilities we needed for a 3 night stay. It had extra like coffee and teabags provided and much more. It was clean and comfortable and within walking distance to restaurants and bars. We didn’t have a car but got an Uber to other places we wanted to visit. The peacocks in the garden were lovely to see.
