We'll use this place every time we go to Sydney - The apartment was clean, location super convenient, value for money superior, Location and environment very quiet and safe. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and very comfortable. For working professionals or visitors the combination of value, convenience, cleanliness and great communication from the manager were outstanding. It's not the first time I stayed at this place and sure will use this place every time I go to Sydney short or long stay. We got only one key for two people; that's an inconvenience. The position of the control board for the AC is way too low. One needs to crouch to be able to read it. Also it is not clear how to use the telecom facility; no user instruction and not intuitive, so we never used it. However, being able to connect via mobile phone, this wasn't a problem

• Kyle (5/5): - Location was great, right outside the train station. They were kind enough to allow early check-in, and offered late check out if needed. It had everything you needed... BUT was overpriced for the space you get. The room was a lot smaller than in the pictures, was very cramped especially for 3 people, and had stained curtains/bedding (very suspicious stains). There were dirty socks in the drawer, and no extra blankets (only thin duvet cover). The main double bed rolled into the centre so felt like we were sleeping on a small angle. If it was cheaper I would say decent value but I guess location location location.

Le matelas était trop dur ce qui m’a causé des douleurs au dos et m’a empêchée de bien dormir pendant mon séjour. Je pense qu’une amélioration de la literie serait vraiment nécessaire pour garantir un minimum de confort aux clients.

Internet wifi provided. Host was prompt with replies and instructions. Couch was a nice touch however in the deluxe room makes the hallway very narrow and cramped. Could provide another toilet roll and maybe a small lamp in the room. Room had pretty much everything, just the deluxe room is a bit smaller than what was pictured but okay for a short stay and was what we needed.

I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the room. I liked the self service part too. Walls are a tad thin perhaps but didn’t affect my sleep in the slightest. I think long life capsules would be a nice touch to the rooms for coffee in the morning

• Barton (6/5): Pleasant - Great location, good communication and good bathroom The bed was semi broken on one side so was uncomfortable to sleep. Loud street noise. Place was relatively clean but the windows were dirty

• Alberto (6/5): Pleasant - location Ad was written as the room had 3 beds for 3 people, in reality it had 1bed only. When I made the host aware they added 1 bed for the 2nd person. They wanted $40 to check-in before 3pm. The room was tiny and could barely walk through. Clean 6 out of 10. Cheap furnishings. Not worth the money I paid for it.

• Dwyer (5/5): Very basic accommodation, bearing no resemblance to a hotel except in price. - Location was good. Car park was close by and reasonably priced. Very basic budget accommodation. Overpriced at $250. No milk or sugar available for tea making. Not enough room for single bed, too close to kitchenette.
• Alex (8/5): Brief - Last minute convienience and just a bargain parking is impossible so only suited to those travelling light Again no parking and there was a loud whistling noise that has kept us up all night

• Valentina (5/5): I chose this room based on the good rating and positive reviews on the site, which turned out to be untrue - Convenient location, shopping center and shops nearby. Dirt and dust everywhere, lumps of dust on the floor, on the surface of the nightstand. The soft chair is covered in dust. It feels like this room has never been cleaned! The table is wobbly. Noise from the ventilation. Black spots on the walls. Stains and dirt on the soft cushions of the sofa.
