Close to shops and both Los Gigantes and Puerto Santiago. Nice Pool Responsive staff willing to help Nice large smart TV where kids could have streamed their videos Fast internet Well equipped kitchen with Coffee Machine, Toaster and good selection of utensils nothing!
• Shaun (8/5): If you like walking and stunning views , then this is your place , if you struggle with mobility, then the facilities He - We returned as a family with my daughter and friend to this stunning location and lovely apartments, we had fantastic communication with Marcin ( Proprietor) who helped amend my original booking , due to flight being rescheduled. I have booked again for next year. The apartment is well located with fantastic views of the cliffs, and has everything you need for a good stay. Love the New Smart TV I would recommend this place either for a couple or family

• Nick (9/5): Superb - The property was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need including a Ball for the pool, There was an issue with the TV when we arrived But Marcin arranged for us to have a new one, The air conditioning in the main bedroom stopped working during our Stay but this was fixed very Promptly

Great Resort and as for Spain good cleanliness. Overall very good value for money Absolutely nothing!!
• Camilla (10/5): Been here a week with my family, and we have enjoyed every moment we spend here. - Fabulous place, with a stunning view. Full equipped villa. Heated pool and a LIDL nearby the villa. Don’t hesitate to book a vacation here. You will not regret it. I liked everything.
• Sandor (9/5): Good apartment. - Location is great, facilities are okay. We didn't use the AC. The kitchen was well equipped incl a DolceGusto coffee machine. Everything was in fine working order. The bed was good, bedlinen was clean and fresh-smelling. There are shops and restaurants nearby. This is villla #81 of the "Las Rosas" complex, although privately owned. The view of Los Gigantes from the balcony is beautiful. We couldn't try the pool because of the weather but it looks nice. The on-site bar is not as good as the ones outside the complex. Actually is quite bad. Our neighbors were senior people from Germany and generally the place doesn't look very good for children. I would die of boredom here as a kid, but that's not the apartment's fault. Wifi was good although we came here to unhook from the internet so only checked some emails, didn't try streaming. Parking around the complex is a nightmare. After 5-6 pm only a precious few places remain free. You may be forced to walk a lot. The apartment was clean but not super clean. Few hairs in the bathrooms, a couple of not so clean kitchen utensils. Nothing you can't sort out within 60 minutes after your arrival but still, that could be better. Otherways it's a fine apartment.
• Shaun (10/5): We stayed as a couple , so it was a very equipped property, and in a lovely location, great communication with the host - The property is very well maintained and has everything you could need for a Self Catering stay , plenty of space , so you are not on top of each other. Everything was spot on
• Raimonda (10/5): Great apartment with gorgeous view and great pool! - Very nice complex with great pool suitable for kids and good swim aswell. Gorgeous view from the terrace. House ir very spacious. Lidl is short walk and Mercadona short drive distance. Steps to each floor/ space,have in mind if you have disability.
• Matthew (10/5): Top Quality two bed holiday apartment - Everything here is top quality. Two bedrooms with air-con, two bathrooms, fast internet connection, a well stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need for a holiday, a comfortable seating area in the lounge and a terrace to the front and rear. The rear terrace giving you wonderful views of the Gigantes. All cleaned to a very high standard. Las Rosas apartment complex is very safe, the pool area is clean as is the pool and the restaurant on site is very good. All you could wish for if you're on holiday or visiting the area. Great communication with the host regarding all aspects of your stay. There is nothing not to like here.
