• VICTORIA (10/5): Alojamiento cómodo y bien comunicado - El apartamento tal cual las fotos, todo muy limpio y bien equipado. La ubicación escepcional, muy cerca del metro. Nos dejamos las llaves dentro y rápidamente solucionaron el problema. Genial!!! Se pusieron en contacto conmigo vía WhatsApp haciéndose pasar por ellos y pidiéndome datos personales y bancarios. Hablé a través de la plataforma y me confirmaron que no eran ellos, que no sé comunican vía WhatsApp. Estad atentos y no caigáis en la trampa!!
• Micaela (6/5): - El departamento tiene tres dormitorios, con camas cómodas. El olor a cloacas permanente. El baño se desborda. La cocina sin equipamiento. No dejaron disponible ni un sobre de te. La única calefacción es por radiador de aceite eléctrico, la instalación eléctrica salta si se enchufan mas de dos artefactos.
• Jairo Leandro (5/5): Mal - El piso es bonito, pero lo que no me parece correcto es, que dice que antes de irnos tenemos que dejar todo limpio y organizado, cuando a nosotros nos tocó esperar que nos entregaran el piso porqué lo estaban aseando, el problema no es limpiar, el problema es que si tú dejas limpio y organizado quiere decir que el siguiente inquilino usa las mismas mantas y sábanas?o las mismas toallas?y si no lo haces te cobran extra, bueno eso pone en las instrucciones

• Jennifer (7/5): - Está nuevo y bonito y buen precio para estar en Madrid El baño tenía un problema que la ducha no tragaba el agua y había q esperar para que la otra persona se bañara sino se inundaba . El apto está cerca del metro de Usera y tienes que tomar 2 conexiones para llegar al centro . Si buscas algo céntrico esta no es una buena opción

• Rosemary (10/5): Excelente estadia! - De tudo! O apartamento estava muito limpo e organizado. Vais encontrar tudo o que se necessita para uma estadia confortável e tranquila. Fica numa zona central, próximo a lojas, restaurantes, Shopping e uma praça onde é possível fazer uma boa caminhada ou ainda levar as crianças para brincar. Amei a estadia e recomendo vivamente!

Aparcamiento abierto - El apartamento está impecable, limpio y nuevo, en el corazón de Madrid, con todos los equipos que necesitábamos. El aparcamiento está abierto las 24 horas, lo cual es muy práctico. La persona que nos recibió fue absolutamente formidable: a pesar de un error en la dirección, fue muy reactiva y estuvo disponible a las 3 de la madrugada. Muchas gracias por su ayuda y amabilidad. Volveré sin dudarlo. En general, todo fue perfecto. El único punto a mejorar sería el colchón, que podría ser un poco más cómodo.

Que dejen solo un rollo de papel higiénico para 7 personas con una duracion de 4 dias …. Los aires acondicionados que veis en las fotos no funcionan tienen aires portatiles que generan muchisimo ruido, resumiendo no me volvería a quedar ni lo aconsejo

• Blessing (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was clean and we were able to check in sooner than we thought. The apartment was spacious and the bathroom is modern. There was enough cutlery and pots. There was enough closet space in the bedrooms also. The apartment lacked some amenities, there wasn't any bedding for the sofa bed.
• Jérôme (6/5): Pleasant - 3 bedrooms and a clean apartment The air conditioning did not work and despite my prompt notification, nothing was repaired during our stay. We had to leave the windows open and the neighborhood being quite noisy, nights were not restful.
• Nikolaos (4/5): Disappointing - large apartments with new facilities negatives there is a big problem with the air-conditioners. in our apartment we found that they were not giving out cold air. We informed the owner who brought a technician finding out that they have a problem. The owner changed us apartments, but in the apartment next door there was the same problem. I informed the owner again, but he couldn't do anything. The air-conditioners worked without refrigerant, just like fans. I put 2 stars because it is a big problem to stay in a place without the air-conditioner working properly, especially in hot periods like we stayed. .
• Nina (3/5): Poor - The apartment is spacious, the pillows are comfortable, but the cons outweigh the pros. We arrived at 9, we couldn’t check in for an hour. The owner did not send the door code, did not answer messages and calls. Next, the apartment is terribly hot. We were looking for an apartment with air conditioning, there were 2 air conditioners, both without cooling gas, they work like fans. The temperature in the apartment is 30 degrees, it is impossible to sleep. Also very poor sound insulation - noise from the street and from the corridor. There were someone’s dirty socks in the bedside table(. The apartment is spacious, the pillows are comfortable, but the cons outweigh the pros.

• Robert (9/5): Very nice brand new apartment, perfect for young people - Very nice brand new apartment with spacious living room and bathroom. Comfortable beds and practical furniture. Perfect for young people. The apartment is located in a relatively quiet street, but close to the main street of the suburban central. Both metro stations can be reached within 10 minutes walk. There are many shops and pubs in the area. I don't recommend it for people how wants to cook several main meals (because of basic kitchen equipment), and for someone who is searching for a quiet relaxing holiday.
