• Katharine (5/5): Good location but disappointed by the room. - The location was good in respect to access to the area (the port, metro, restaurants). We were told on the day we arrived that we shouldn’t tell neighbours we were staying in a rented apartment should they ask or knock on the door. This made us feel uncomfortable. The main light in the apartment didn’t work so it was very dark. It’s also above a busy restaurant so take ear plugs.

• Guest (9/5): Wonderful experience in Istanbul! - The Place of the Apartment is in a rather crowded place, but it wasn’t bad in the room!! I thought it will be way noisier, but it was very good! Also the communication was very fast, so all in all very nice! To get in the apartment you need to walk between tables at a restaurant, which for us as hand luggage traveler didn’t bother us, but I guess when you have big luggage you need to have that in mind

• Jakub (10/5): Great location - Epic location in the heart of Kadikoy. Vibrant night life and shopping opportunities outside of main tourist areas. Place is above of restaurant. When you open the window you can hear voices. There is a AC unit which you can use instead. We used ear plugs which we have for traveling exact for these situations so we had no problem 🙂.

• Yusuf (7/5): Good - We liked the size of the apartment. It was very central located. The host was nice and answered our questions quickly Since it’s very humid and close to the sea the apartment had a high humidity as well. Windows showed some signs of mold so we tried to keep the windows open for longer periods. There was also a smell in both bed and bathroom that was probably caused by the humidity. Another thing we personally didn’t like was the AC that also worked as a heater and didn’t really warm up the apartment. It was a bit loud during night but that is probably because of the central location.

The apartment is cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The host was easy to reach and provided clear directions, so finding the place was hassle-free.
