• FIONA (5/5): Not great optional extras a rip off - Clean inside and well furnished I thought an early check in charge at 2pm was outrageous. 10am checkout was early. The road outside was super noisy and we were kept awake and there is a cockerel that wakes you at 5.30am in close proximity. I thought the apartment was extremely highly priced for what it was. The area is not great parking is not close. I would not stay again
• Aliya (5/5): Comfy but smelly - All the appliances worked, shower was good with good pressure, bed was very comfy, the place was warm enough we could open the windows (in March). There was a horrible eggy smell, like stale water or old clogged drains, coming from the bathroom. At times you could smell it throughout the flat. My friend found thst the toilet brush holder had about 9cm of water left in it, so he poured that out, but that didn't stop the smell completely. We could still smell it despite leaving the extractor fan on and the windows open. We were only staying 2 nights. On the first night we thought we'd sort it by running the taps and emptying the toilet brush holder and flushing the toilet and keeping the extractor fan on. And on the second night we realised that didn't solve it, but we were leaving soon anyway, otherwise we would have contacted the hosts about it, because I wouldn't stay any longer in a flat that smelled like that.

• Roz (6/5): Nice flat but poor admin - Location good; very clean; good furnishings. Access using door code was nerve wracking - confusion over the code resulted in many phone calls before we got into the flat. Then we worried every time we went out. Also some confusion about our booking: we extended the original booking by a day, but the call centre seemed not to know about it and were expecting us to arrive the next day

• Virginie (9/5): Nice place - The apartment is really nice and quiet as well as well equipped. The staff is very responsive between 10:00 am & and 10:00 pm. It is located 10 mn on foot from the city centre. The neighborhood is not really nice and clean. The bed is a standard double-bed and is not really comfortable. ( Noisy and tonic springs).

• Phil (4/5): Stressful.. but nice new & clean apartment if the issues are fixed then it could be a nice stay. - 1. Extra deposit for "breakages" was a really annoying system as I had to verify my visa debit card about 3 times. And I was left not knowing if I was going to be able to stay there. It took a lot of time for me to sort this issue using a strange temperamental app, and even on the day of arrival it still wasn't sorted. Lucky, I had a laptop with me and Justine (the contact lady) helped me to reset the verification process... and finally it worked.... But was extremely stressful. 2. It was a business trip for me and I have a Custom Transit to park. I wouldn't recommend if you have van as parking was extremally limited. 3. Cooker fan was not working and the fire alarm was above the stove so any smoke from cooking set off alarm. I seared a steak and alarm went off and can only be switched off in communal hallway. Owner had to come down and turn the alarm off. Very loud Alarm... so more stress for me.
