Küche ist mit Geschirr etc gut eingerichtet, es hat auch etwas Kaffee und Tee, aber keine Gewürze (falls jemand im Sinn hätte zu kochen) Unschlagbare Aussicht auf den lebhaften Marktplatz. Check-in erfolgt nach Absprache (keine Reception vor Ort, es kommt jemand vorbei), das klappt aber sehr gut. Durch die zentrale Lage bedingt, gibt es im Sommer abends noch Lärm aus den Restaurants und morgens Handwerker/Kehricht etc. Oropax mitnehmen!

- Jennifer (9/5): Perfect location! - Location was incredible. The apartment was in a 15th century building (rebuilt after the war) overlooking old town square. It was modern? spacious, clean, and had what we needed. Alex, our host, was fantastic. It had a faint smell of cigarette smoke (this was unit 4), as if someone had smoked at some point in the unit. My partner couldn’t smell it, but I’m allergic to smoke and noticed it. It wasn’t an issue for us, but this is not a place to stay if you have mobility issues. You need to walk about 900 feet on cobblestones to get to and from the taxi/uber drop off area as vehicles are not allowed in old town square. Also, this building does not have an elevator (because the historic section building code won’t allow it).

Needed more dish towels and more toilet paper. We had 1 small dish towel and one roll of toilet paper for a four night stay.

Super easy to get in contact with the host, who met us even though our flight was delayed. Kitchen was well stocked, lots of small added things we appreciated like a netflix account, charger to take out during the day for your phone, and a roaming option. A microwave would have been nice, but it was a very small thing in an overall fantastic stay

The apartment was very roomy and comfortable, it was the perfect location and we wish we could have stayed longer. Communication also exceeded our expectation, the assistance we received from our host from greeting to exiting - superb customer service. We could not find anything that we did not like or could fault about the apartment.

- Tanyab (10/5): Amazing location and welcome comfort in Warsaw - This apartment could not be in a better location right on a main square. While this might make some nervous the windows kept out all but the loudest sounds and overall it was quite peaceful. The apartment was well equipped and contained everything one could need and anything else could be purchased around the corner at the grocery store. The in suite laundry was well appreciated and the option to relax in the salon was welcome after spending many days in a hotel room. Our hostess was very friendly and checked in daily to see if we needed anything. There was even a back courtyard where my husband could enjoy his cigar in peace. Being located in old Town taxis could not drop us off right at the door. Also, being right on the square we will have appeared in many tourist photos when we were looking out our window.

From the moment we booked, our host Alex went above and beyond to ensure our stay would be seamless. Even before our arrival, he reached out with all the details we needed for a smooth check-in. Upon our arrival, he greeted us at the corner where our Uber dropped us off, assisting with our luggage and making us feel at home from the very start. Once inside the apartment, Alex took the time to familiarize us with every feature—from the lights to the TV, kitchen, and even the washer/dryer. He also shared some fantastic local recommendations before leaving us to settle in. The apartment itself is stunning, easily one of the best we’ve stayed in during our travels. Beautifully decorated with impeccable attention to detail, it was spotless and perfectly located. The view was breathtaking, and despite being in the heart of everything, it was quiet enough at night to sleep with the windows open—an absolute treat. Our experience was so enjoyable that we’re already planning our return visit. On the day of our departure, Alex arrived a few minutes early to help with our luggage and ensure our Uber was sorted. We truly appreciated his warm hospitality and wish we had more time to get to know him better. He is not only a wonderful host but also a great ambassador for his city and the apartment.

- Richard (10/5): Penthouse Suite overlooking Old Town! - The suite has a phenomenal view of Old Town and looks out over the square. It was extremely quiet for being in such a location. Spacious clean rooms and excellent hosts! They showed up upon arrival, helped carry luggage up to the third floor, explained the lights, security, and the amenities! It was a pleasure to return to the suite at the end of a long day and relax! I liked everything about the apartment suite! The 3rd floor location afforded great views of the old town square and kept the suite quiet, but this came at a price of having to negotiate several flights of stairs to get to the suite. The old town buildings do not have lifts or elevators and they can not be installed to maintain the classic historical status of the buildings. So every trip to the ground floor involved many steps! I got my step count in eveyday, but that may not be ok for everyone!

The owner was nice, helpfull and for extra gave as a gift sparkling wine for us in New Years eve. Market square behind the Windows could be noisy; even though it didnt bother us, and it was New Year celebration time, so there were lots of People partying. I guess at ordinary time it is just extra plus.

The location is great, surroundings very pretty. Plenty of nice restaurants around. The place is spacious, elegant and has all amenities you need. Mr. Alex , the manager, is extremely helpful and efficient. You can use taxi, Uber or public transportation. I will definitely stay there again. I pretty much liked everything. The cleaning service could do a more thorough job, but it’s a small detail because the place is generally very clean.

When leaving Taxi never arrived and we had to roll/carry our own luggage 3 blocks. Needs to be a manual with instructions for all the lights, washing machine, etc. hard to figure out how to work everything. No napkins or paper towels, had nothing to wipe our hands on!!

Didn’t get a chance to really enjoy hanging out because we were so busy though. Nice to have a washer and dryer. One bathroom was spacious, but only had a tub, no shower. All three of us used the small shower in the smaller bathroom. It was fine, but two showers would have been nice.

In the heart of beautiful town square, but away from tourist disturbance, then this is it! It's like watching a theater play from the backstage. Especially when this particular apartment, used to belong to one of the masters of theatre trade, Tadeusz Łomnicki. The key to the main gate was sometimes tricky to use.

Our children did not like the room.

This corner luxury apartment is easy to access and boasts stunning views of the town square! The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. If there’s anything you need, they would happily oblige. Alex is an amazing and super friendly host! He was very accommodating and helped arrange transfer. As a solo traveller, access to the apartment was secure and access controlled. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again! n/a

- Gavin (10/5): Spacious, Luxurious ... a fantastic place to stay - This is a luxurious and spacious apartment, located on the Old Town Square in Warsaw. It very comfortable with high ceilings and all the usual modern-conveniences with views over the Square. Two bathrooms, a large walk-in wardrobe in the main bedroom. There is no lift - now that is stated (it is a UNESCO World Heritage listed site and cannot have one) and it wasnt a problem for us, but for some people that may be an issue (travelling with elderly, mobility impaired, small children). It is a lovely stairway that winds its way around the inner courtyard so it is spacious but I thought some people may need it mentioned

Not on Rynec Starego Miasto as picture outlined and on booking address which was disappointing. We waited and then got told we was in the wrong place and Was just off, on Kryzwie Kolo.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Alex and Laura. VERY comfortable facilities. Very comfortable bed. Convenient "plusses" like a dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer (although made incredibly complex with IKEA-style unintuitive "images" instead of actual words (words you can look up in a dictionary; funny squiggly lines with more lines and dots are totally incomprehensible.). That was the only negative thing - but something that is a plus - eventually the staff showed us how to work it, so that was great.). Excellent Nespresso coffee maker made excellent coffee - what a way to wake up! The bed was comfortable, but I wouldn't call it a "queen" size - it was really smaller than a queen... could've been a little bigger. CLEAN. The apartment was very very clean. The location could not be better in Warsaw - right ON "Old Town Market Square"! Great restaurants all around. Great museums all around. The only consideration is for mobility-impaired people. It's FOUR long flights of stairs up to the apartment (although only two stories up, these are old-style apartments with about 16 foot high ceilings, so each floor is the equivalent to two modern stories.) There are no elevators. This is NOT a negative, just a "consideration" for mobility-challenged travelers. This is a great place for a couple or a family, since there are rooms where you can go and not disturb your other people, such as when you want to sleep and they want to play cards, whatever. This was very helpful. VIEW: we had a great view of the street (not the Old Market Square) where there was a lot of action going on Can't really say there was any "negative." The Instructions for the washing machine - they didn't match the actual machine and the bizarre symbols used on the machine couldn't be deciphered. However, the staff showed us how to use it, so this is merely a warning to the next guest: ask first! You'll can't make sense of the dials or the instruction manual. The fact that there was a washer/dryer is a huge plus, do dinging the facility for the manufacturer's weird machine is not fair or logical.
