Alicia (8/5): Outside of parking issues this place would have received a 10/10. Considering issues we incurred with parking it wou - Clean, spacious, well stocked with daily essentials Parking - pay daily for parking and have to call the property almost every night because someone else is on your assigned spot. The property was quick to rectify the situation, they were always pleasant talk to but it is still inconvenient having to call in while being out all day before you can park. And often the solution was to occupy a different spot since the one we paid for was taken - if it is that easy for others to take a spot they don’t pay for then why should we be charged when we follow the rules???

Everything was clean, everyone had their own space, and the location was close to everything. The app that unlocks the doors was hard to learn at first

Let me first shout out Charlie for exhibiting exquisite customer service and guided me along the way. 10/10 rating here, from the check ins on my trip to the constant updates and answering ALL of my questions. I was very impressed. Now about the apartment: 10/10. I definitely will turn with the girlies but I was on a mini-getaway for two nights with a family of five. Everyone had a room and their own space, the views were unbelievable, and the location in Lincoln Park were magnificent. There is lots to do and see in the area and we felt safe and secured. Don’t delay in booking … it is worth every single penny! I have no complaints at all. The only surprise was the parking by fee. I thought parking was free but it’s available on site and in a secured garage and hey, it’s Chicago so be prepared to pay $50/night

Glad it included parking. - The location was great and close to the city transportation/grocery store/movie theatre and food. The view from the apartment was great view of the skyline of the city. We were able to see the fireworks from Navy Pier from our location. Overall great location. Not much I did not like. Just a few things that were already noticeably damaged prior to our entrance and wish that was communicated prior so I would know the company already knew but I took pictures for myself. Tried to do the survey for the snacks in the refrigerator but it got complicated half way through so opted to not do the survey and not eat the snacks.
