• Zety (3/5): Poor - The owner easy to contact The entire house smell really bad especially the toilet. The sink of the main room was clogged. The smell of toilet bowl really bad untill can sleep evn we go out and by febreeze and perfume but the smell was really bad

• Sushmita (1/5): IT’s was horrible experience - Nothing It was so bad smell , the beds are so old can’t even sleep on because it goes inside my kids didn’t had the good sleep there because of the horrible smell I think bajet hotel are much more better then this. It was worse experience for my holiday and wasted money
• Saidatul (1/5): DISSAPOINTED & UNSATISFIED - The bathroom is clogged and the smell very bad. The bed also not clean, we got itchy all over the body. The staff also give bad response, response late and cannot pickup the call at all. The TV cannot be plugged in, not even have channel to watch. I DON’T LIKE THE FACILITIES & ENVIRONMENT AT ALL. I forgot to take pics to show to all. DON’T EVER CHOOSE THIS APARTMENT.

• Nithiya (2/5): Very poor - Nothing to tell 1) The homestay access card cant be access, need to wait for security to access the lift. 2) The homestay toilet is very smelly, even though the owner of the property provide cleaner but still having very bad smell from the all house because of pipeline system and very dusty in kitchen area. 3) The bedsheet and comforter also very dusty and smelly.

• Ezza (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It's close to the city center, and restaurant are easily accessible nearby. Netflix and WiFi is great. The apartment has a slight unpleasant odor (urine smell). My husband and I have tried cleaning the bathroom, but the smell persists. We also couldn't find an iron, even though I was assured by the host that an iron was provided before.
