• David (10/5): Excellent property for a long or short stay. - Very well appointed, clean and spacious property that was perfect for our visit to Brands Hatch. Great communications from Nikki our host and the house included everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommended!! 👍 Missing pillowcase and TV Netflix didn't work consistently. Oh, and some of the dart flights could probably need replacing? 😉

Also there were only 2 chairs and the bench provided for seating was rickety and upholstery was very tatty. Also would have appreciated a small welcome pack eg milk

• Wendy (9/5): Great weekend stay - Excellent location, well equipped property everything we needed for a weekend stay. Our two year old Grandson enjoyed having a garden to play in after a long car journey. Only negative our mattress was a little soft & very hot.
• Vivien (9/5): Lovely place for an overnight (or longer) stop for 3 couples - Excellent, quiet location with parking for 2 cars immediately in front of the house. Spacious house with very comfy beds, good bath/shower rooms and large, well equipped kitchen. With 6 adults it didn't feel crowded. We particularly liked being able to sit outdoors as it was a lovely evening and we ate out there. Really good quality bath towels were provided which is always a bonus and the whole place is very nicely decorated. The fridge/freezer isn't huge, but we were only there overnight and there's plenty of room for food for a few days.

• Thankachan (10/5): Its beautiful and cozy house. - Mulberry house is a beautiful and cozy house.. we loved it.. cozy sitting room on the first floor is so comforting and my 3 kids loved. They had so many toys and puzzles to play with .we always came back to the warm house which made us all happy.. Highly recommend 🥰🥰🥰 Everything was perfect.
• Tatsumasa (10/5): Great place to stay! - The house is a 3 bedroom house with garden. Very spacious, clean throughout and have great kitchen with everything you need. The house also has washing machine and tumble dryer. A perfect House really. It’s also in the very quiet neighbourhood but shops inc supermarket are only a couple minutes drive away. Stayed with my 8 yrs old son and really enjoyed it. Host is very helpful, attentive and welcoming (there is a welcome basket at arrival!). I use flat like this for weekends from time to time and definitely the best flat that I’ve used in the area by far. Absolutely nothing.
