• Jonnie5 (9/5): Lovely apartment in a fantastic location! - The location of the property was excellent. Quiet street, but still close to the town centre. Tram stop was less than 5m walk away. Few small cafes / shops on the street were an added bonus. The apartment itself was of a very high spec, and spacious. Large rooms, three bathrooms. Everything we needed was provided which made it much easier. Even tea and coffee, and some cold drinks waiting in the fridge. The host was helpful and informative. Couple of small things could have been improved in the property, though this didn't affect our stay. Just some areas starting to look a little tired. Overall a very good spec and spacious apartment.

I would like to commend on Antonio great support in trying to help us to find means to travel to Inverness when we were not able to get our car to do so. Really great help The bath tub in the room was not working. It was not able to stop the water from filling up and they were not able to resolve it on time. The nest night, the water flew backwards up the toilet bowl and washing basin, flooding the toilet. It was disgusting

• Yuri (7/5): - Location, ease to communicate with the management. Great for groups since there were three bedrooms and each has its own bathroom. We asked for a smoke free room but when we arrived there was cigarette smell in the living room as well as a cigarette bud on the floor. They did their best to clean it up after we told them (and it’s not their fault that a previous tenant broke the no smoking rule) but it would’ve been nice had they checked beforehand.

Our cab driver got us to the address but it surely didn’t look like an accommodation so it took us quite sometime to figure it out. Our phones weren’t working yet so we couldn’t call anyone.

• Rishabh (8/5): Great apartment in a great location. Needs some fixing. - The property is modern and well equipped. The location is great as well. Very close to the old town. One of the bathroom only had a bathtub with no shower. Another bathroom's drain was not working. All the shower water had overflown and come into the apartment. The host needs to fix the plumbing of the apartment. Do note that the apartment is in the basement level so there is a short staircase through which you have to take your luggage down.

• Veselina (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is absolutely lovely and modern. The attention to detail is absolutely amazing and there is nothing that bothered us at all. The bedrooms are great, lovely beds, clean sheets. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms which is also lovely. All bathrooms look and feel amazing, all provided products (shower gel, shampoo, body lotion etc.) are of great quality. The provided bath towels are better than any 5* hotel! Modern kitchen with all you need prepare and enjoy a meal or a drink. Easy check in with clear instructions. The managing company is available if needed. Very central and 10 -15 min walk to Edinburgh castle and Old Town. Lovely! My group can recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a beautiful accommodation in Edinburgh. We had an unusual request by the property management which was not handeled very well in my opinion. However it does not affect the overall quality of the property itself!

Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was also great. We absolutely loved our stay! The only thing we couldn’t work out was how to use the dryer.

Very comfy beds and lots of storage space. Very nice bathrooms also. As a group of young female travellers it would have been nice to have a blind on the window next to the front door and locks or latches on the bedrooms/bathrooms.

• Officer (9/5): Superb - Location was perfect and many comfort amenities. plenty of room and quiet. 1/2 block right down the quiet street is a fabulous wine bar and a very popular pub with some of the best food we had the whole 10 days. Needing to eat/feed a family of 6 in the room it was missing some items. Have let mgmt company know for future guests. Also just know if you need to do a load of laundry, this is EU style and takes 10 hours to wash/dry a very small load in the combo washer. Plan accordantly :) Also plan to use the rear of building for access and your ubers can pick up at 18 williams street south lane :)
• Clyde (9/5): Luxury accommodation in an excellent location with every amenity provided / on the doorstep. - The location was excellent, close to the tram from the airport and walking distance to the city centre. The property was spotless and kitted out with every amenity required. Towels were super soft and the Espa toiletries were divine. Great to have GHD straighteners provided. Communication pre arrival was excellent and the drop bag facility was greatly appreciated. The apartment was very warm and adjusting the Nest controls had little impact. Two of the safe deposit boxes were locked and couldn’t be used.

It was very hot despite it only being 23c out, we could not get the flat cooled down…fans would have been nice. Only complaint. It was truly lovely!
• Phyllis (10/5): Beautiful home in Edinburgh - The flat is beautifully decorated and well equipped with quality furnishings. Very new and clean, you will have everything you need. You will find restaurants in the neighbourhood and you can walk to the Johnny Walker’s which is at the start (or one end) of the Princes Street. Nothing but will prefer the bathroom with a bath tub to have a door & a shower.
• Maríar. (10/5): Fabulous! - From the moment we arrived, we loved everything about this apartment. The location, the common area, the size and decoration of the bedrooms, how clean everything was.. The host was friendly and always in constant contact with us. Every bedroom has a private bathroom with great quality towels, bathrobes and slippers. The beds were comfortable and big enough for 2 people. It was just perfect for our family of 6. I can’t wait to go back to Edinburgh and book this apartment.. Nothing. Everything was perfect!

In the description and in the Q&A section it was confirmed that there were three bathrooms, each with a shower. This was not true. The main bedroom did not have a door separating the bed from the toilet, nor was there a way of locking the bedroom door to prevent people walking in while the toilet was being used.

• Michelle (10/5): Exceptional apartment in the heart of the city! - Fantastic location to all amenities. The apartment was superb! The rooms were beautifully decorated and it is obvious a lot of thought and consideration has gone into making sure you have a comfortable, luxurious stay. Each room was high spec- the robes, the slippers, a safe in each room, a hairdryer in each room too! Really comfy beds too. And the smell of the ESPA products permeated through the apartment, it was like being in a spa! The kitchen was well equipped and the coffee machine was an added treat- especially with the travel cups. The bathrooms were beautiful especially the big shower!! It was great being able to check into the apartment early and meant we could start enjoying our break straight away. Would highly recommend and look forward to booking again in the future. Everything was just perfect- absolutely nothing to dislike about the property!!
• Shauna (9/5): A gem of an apartment. - The apartment was absolutely fantastic, so central with the tram only a 2 minutes walk away. The team were so attentive and went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay. The rooms are so luxurious and the beds are extra comfy. It was my sisters 40th birthday and they thoughtfully had a bottle of bubbly ready for our arrival as well as having the fridge stocked with cold water and juice. If you have any accessibility issues this property wouldn't be for you. It is a basement apartment so the stairs down were quite steep. There is a 2nd entrance but again it has a set of stairs. Due to being slightly below road level it was a little bit noisy at times but to be honest it didn't really bother us and we were out enjoying ourselves most of the time.

The area had great dinner spots and pub. Easy walk from the train station. We would definitely come back. Getting into the apartment was a bit confusing.
• Bee (10/5): Good location, great property & friendly efficient team behind the scene 👏🏼 thank you! - The apartment is so clean and well furnished. Initially we had some issue with the water heating system, but the team is so prompt to response and quick to help 👍🏼. We totally enjoyed our stay here and in this tranquil neighbourhood, which is just a short walk to the main street of West End with tram line and bus services easily accessible. Stairs 😄.. but this is common here. Do note that the apartment is below ground level, so you have to walk a few stairs down from the street. The apartment is still well-litted.

As a group the bedrooms and bathrooms suited each of us individually. Plentiful fluffy towels, and the bath robes and slippers were a very nice touch, as were the ESPA toiletries. The lounge sofa was on the hard side, but otherwise all good.

Immaculate throughout, extremely comfortable and fabulous for each room to have its own high spec bathroom. So handy for all public transport and a short walk to airport metro. Beautiful part of the city and lovely being able to walk along Princes Street so easily and great bars/restaurants/shops handy. Thank you to all the staff who welcomed us so warmly and were there with advice when needed. Everything was perfect. We found it handy to open the kitchen/diner door to let in more light from the patio area when using.

• Shruti16 (10/5): Exceptional - The location is very nice, short taxi ride or a comfortable 15-20 mins walk to royal mile. The rooms are spacious, all amenities are luxury. We were a family of 5 and had a very comfortable 2 nights stay. Checkout is at 10 am - which we found a bit too early. Its usually 12 noon at all other places.

And 3 bathrooms a real bonus. The apartment was quiet and very clean. Stephanie and Kirsty enabled us to have an early check in. And promptly answered our messages. Apartment is close to Haymarket and Princess Street. Thoroughly recommend! Very hard to find fault. So well equipped. And beautifully decorated.
• David (10/5): We had a great day and it really made for a relaxing state and visit in Edinburgh. Thank you! - Immaculate, modern and new. Lots of space and three bathrooms is great when staying with friends. Good location to Princess street and centre of town. Kirsty was a great help and offered us a generous late checkout on request. Basement property limits the natural light coming into the property and no views but we were aware of this before booking and it’s not something you can change on this otherwise perfect property. Parking can be a challenge, but that is typical Edinburgh and no fault of the property, something you have to live with if you want a good location close to the centre of town.

Our contact Stephanie was very helpful and answered our msg queries very quickly. If I had to give a negative it would be that the property upstairs was quite noisy but didn't disrupt our stay.
