- Pops (5/5): We didn’t really stay much in the room. We were out most of the time. The place is nice and could be maintained better. - Location and staff of the property Property not maintained well, shower curtain looks like it has not been washed for a year or so, the toilet floor not scrubbed or prepared for the next guests, bathroom sink was clogged after a single use, the host just asked to refrain from using it and said it was fine before we came, so I’m like, erm ok, we only washed our hands with soap and water
- Grand Residences NTA (6/5): One Regis - Studio Room - They put a lot of necessities for the bathroom, complete appliances, the location is great, they also reply asap and the place is great including the staff of the building. No Wifi, the fridge is mouldy and under the bed is dusty and a lot of hairs.

- Valerie (1/5): Not worth it - I booked and fully paid this place 3 months before and when we arrived at 3 p.m. room wasn’t ready. We were asked to come back at 6 p.m. I was disappointed due to unpreparedness after taken our momey 3 months ago. We were exhausted from our flight from manila thinking we can have a rest but we have to extend to go somewhere with our luggages because they didn’t allow us to leave it in reception. When we finally got the room at 6 p.m. the room was filthy, especially the bathroom, no hand towels everywhere, kitchen light was busted, kitchen faucet almost dropping off..broken wall clock & random spectacles in drawers, just two old towels provided. Swimming pool was part of the price but was under renovation. I have travelled a lot and stayed in different apartments and studios..this was the wort for the amount we’ve paid for. Never again! Just the location

- Mary (6/5): Pleasant - It was a good place to relax, fully equipped essentials and the unit looks big for its area size. We enjoy our stay since im just at the unit the whole time. Location was great also as its near to groceries, fastfood and cafes, not the mention its in the newest hood in the city so expect lots of people taking pictorials, doing morning and evening run🤭 A little clean and dusting maybe, its not the cleanest i would say but its okey since the unit is equipped with cleaning essentials as well. Bidet and hair blower too is really great in the unit😁
- Distrito (9/5): Superb - We liked the location of the unit since it is nearby shops, cafes and restaurants, and there are a lot of places to go. The room is well prepared, with good wifi, and with basic necessities for a traveler looking for a time to rest. Has a wide screen TV to binge watch streaming sites We believe there are a lot of places that still needs improvement like the variety of room lights and like an exhaust fan when cooking inside the unit.

- Alexis (7/5): Overall it was ok except a few power cuts due to typhoon - The location was great nearby restaurants and shops especially the ongoing Masskara festival. The room was ok but upon entering the door I can see straight away the brooms and dust pan beside the kitchen so it’s not a pleasant in the eye.

- Desiree (10/5): I rated 10 for One Regis and i wl book again..Thank you, Barb and Gab 🙏 - Very nice location and i like most is i can catch up the early morning sunshine ( Natural Vitamin D3). The sunshine goes through the window to the bed. Then a unique sunbathing while lying in bed.. The constructions is still going on on the fourth floor..
