Was right next to the beach which was perfect for the kids,the caravan was clean and had everything we needed with excellent faculties, takeaways and shops nearby. Plenty to see and do nearby I'd you want to visit other towns nearby to! Can't think of anything we didn't like

• Molly (9/5): Lovely long weekend is a great location - Lovely clean caravan with all the amenities needed. Good sized living area & close to the facilities & beach too. We were unable to book any swimming as this was fully booked prior to arrival. I’d recommend reaching out to the host before booking to see if you could book in advance

• Roberts (10/5): Highly recommended - The caravan was spotless and very well equipped. The owner couldn't do enough for us and was always there for any queries. I would highly recommend staying in this caravan and on the site. A little bit disappointed that the children got into trouble from 2 other caravans about playing with a ball.

I had planned for a day of work from home during my stay but due to WiFi unavailability I had to cancel that day. WiFi is ok essential to even have the TV working.

• Rachel (7/5): Enjoyed but wouldn’t stay agian. - Property was ok bed was comfy and rooms were spacious. Ok location about a 20 minute walk into towyn which is ok on a nice day as you can walk down the beach which was lovely. Caravan needs a good clean out and organising, everything just through in cupboards with no organisation. Spent money on food to cook but the pans are unusable as they are all burnt and dirty, floors were sticky so cleaners didn’t do a good job before we arrived, no where to park the car near the caravan so had to walk with all our stuff plus Moses basket etc for our baby.

• Henry (2/5): Average - we were taking 4 teenage boys away with us and specifically looked for a caravan with 2 bathrooms to allow us some privacy what we got was a van with 2 toilets and just 1 bathroom. As above
• Rachel (7/5): Nice stay, but a bit of hassle before getting in - The stay itself was great, the caravan was comfortable and spacious enough for 4 people for a weekend. A very short walk to the beach! Easy access to the caravan itself, and the host paid the deposit back quickly. This is a privately owned caravan on a caravan park so the onsite staff cannot answer questions about your booking. To bring a car into the caravan park, you have to visit the reception between 10am-5pm and pay a £20 cash only deposit for a card to operate the barrier. You then have to take the card back between 10am-5pm to get your £20 back. You cannot park near the caravan, the walk is ~150m depending on parking space availability. You have to pay the host a £100 deposit into their personal bank account before they will let you know the code to the lock box for the caravan keys. I was very wary that this could be a scam, but it all worked out fine and I was paid back quickly by the host after checkout. You have to bring your own bedding!! The host communicates this to you in advance, but I was not traveling from home so this was an inconvenience. The previous tenants had not washed the plates properly as they were greasy and dirty.

• Danielle (5/5): Wouldnt stay again - The location Drafty, curtains blew with the windows closed. Furniture on the balcony was rusty and had no cushions. Railings on the balcony were broken. Tv in the spare room did not work/ or the plug socket. Double bed; you needed loads of pillows to prop your head up otherwise your head was slopping downwards.

• Bethany (5/5): Wouldn’t return - Provided a cot No parking by caravan, no WiFi or heating. A lot of cigarette ends left on the patio. Smelt of cigarettes inside the caravan, not nice when travelling with young children.

• Sahar (10/5): An amazing stay at J12 caravan, very pleased & made great memories 💕 - The caravan was very clean and tidy upon our arrival, had everything we needed, from spoons, plates, cookware to hoover, detergents, fridge&freezer, flat TV with good free view singnal, toilet rolls was there and the most thing we admired is that Craven J12 is near the beach 😍 we enjoyed watching the sun reflection in the sea and my kids enjoyed their time on the veranda so much, the caravan owner was so happy to talk to me on the phone responding to my questions advising on places to visit and the nearby area/pool and different facilities. We had the best time ever. Thank you We had to pay for the pool as my booking was through booking.com and if I booked through other booking website, the swimming sessions in the pool would be totally free!

• Sara (7/5): Good - Location and site were nice. Caravan hadn't been cleaned by staff. It was left by the previous occupier. Not too dirty but not clean either. Although at first sight looks nice and modern, it needs checking and repairing broken things. Bed legs were broken, so we could not used it. The caravan in general is nice but lots of personal stuff left in cupboards.

• Faiyaj (3/5): Nice location and facilities but not clean and not offer clean bedding and clean room and bathroom. - The property is nice and beautiful location also have enough facilities in this close space. The property was not clean prior to our check in. we have checked in after 1630 there was enough time to clean the facility. but it wasn’t dirty bedding dirty toilet and loo Marks all over the cubicle. we have use only 1 toilets which wasn’t clean well either no toilet paper produce. wall paper hanging off wall dirty marks and rubbish was left. should have proper clean before handing back to us.
• Siham (9/5): Superb - Next to the beach. Spotless..almost felt like a private beach..beautiful sunset, also close to local amenities Checkout time was a bit early. At checkin Keys have to be collected before 5pm
• Stevenson (9/5): Great value for money cosy caravan would recommend, and shall be returning. - Had 3 night stay and the caravan was lovely and cosy with everything you need , and the bed is comfy too had the best sleep in along time but may have something to do with how close to the beach we were less than two minute walk to the bridge to cross to the beach , we didn't use the facilities as a couple but there is clubhouse with entertainment for all throughout the day/night and guests have the use of golden gate site next door , weather was good for most part so we got to sit out on the veranda which was lovely, there is plenty to do and see in and around the area with regular buses to and from places of interest but if you are looking for a value for money break I would recommend staying in this caravan for a lovely beach holiday. Only thing there is no internet access didn't bother us at all was welcome break from it .
