• Ivaylo (9/5): Great roomy apartment in the ideal center of Florence - Roomy apartment, has everything you need and a great location near all the main tourist attractions and museums. I have never had a bigger room in Italy, which is a luxury, believe me. I really enjoyed that a lot. The staff was very helpful and flexible, allowing us to stay a bit after the official checkout in order to accommodate our schedule. All in all a hreat accommodation in the ideal center of Florence. No regrets, would re-book if in Florence again. rooms are located directly underneath the roof which makes them very warm during the day. Even with AC it can be quite qarm. Additionally, the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were too high. None of those are dealbreakers though.
• Aleksander (6/5): Great location - mediocre facilities - Location was fantastic and situates you right in the middle of the city. Great to have a washing machine in the unit (cannot be run at the same time as air conditioning). Host seemed bothered at every interaction - almost like we were disturbing them. The shower is tiny and has mold growing on it. This is an old building so it has a very very steep, narrow and slippery staircase to climb to the third floor - those with mobility issues and children beware!

• Sharron (6/5): Florence is lovely - Great pressure on the shower, fab location I emailed the host multiple times before arrival with no response. They finally messaged the day we arrived. This left me concerned we would be without accommodation until I resolved it eurg booking.con
• Anita (9/5): Superb - The accomodations was great. Spacious, comfortable. The communication was poor. Despite that, I would highly recommend the property for location and comfort.
• Julianne (9/5): this was a cute and comfortable apartment! - outstanding location, strong Wi-Fi, and well stocked.  The property manager let us bring our suitcases up, even though the previous occupants, it only vacated less than an hour prior to our arrival, and the cleaning stuff was there.  the unit was very clean.  the building’s old-school charm was offset by a treacherous climb up stairs! Not for the faint of heart,  but that’s no fault of the property.  there is a pod machine in the unit, but judging by several packets of pods, it was difficult to find that particular brands compatible cups to have coffee in the apartment.  Perhaps that could be remedied by the property manager, offering to have it stocked for an additional fee. We would’ve gladly paid to have a well stocked, coffee, and tea service in the apartment.
• Elizabeth (10/5): very pleasing stay in Florence for 5 days. Unit is on the second floor. plenty of closet/drawer space. quick and eas - large space. plenty of storage/closet space.
