• Joseph (10/5): - The apartment was clean and well cared for. Most people in the apartment complex wouldn't park in the correct spots forcing us to park in someone else's space.
• Linda (7/5): Lovely apartment, would likely stay again. - Very tidy and well appointed. Comfortable beds. Loved the few staples left in the pantry which comes in handy. Loved the fireplace and large dining table. Second bedroom is an internal room which can get very stuffy having no windows. You need to keep the door open to the lounge area which for some isn’t ideal. We were there in summer so this wasn’t ideal but likely not a problem in winter.

• Marcel (9/5): Luxe appartement een paar kilometer buiten Queenstown - Mooi modern ingericht appartement met grote keuken. De bedden waren heel goed. We hadden een appartement op de begane grond dat donker was, omdat het balkon erboven veel licht wegnam. Het appartement ligt dichtbij een doorgaande weg. Het verkeer op de weg is ‘s nachts goed te horen. De slaapkamer had betere geluidsisolatie moeten hebben.

• Croke (5/5): - Was abused and threatened by other guests about the parking onsite - beware this is a MASSIVE issue. Ski pole was stolen from our car during stay. Property management was useless with dealing with safety concerns and threats received, very scary confrontation. Fire place remote was out of battery’s so wouldn’t work, not enough consumables for a 2 week stay for 4 people. Second bedroom isn’t really a bedroom it’s a second living room. Apart from that it was clean and convenient to get to coronet peak, close to onsen hot pools and good pub next door.

• Lei (9/5): Enjoyed the space and location. - Smart layout, two bedrooms and two baths even though we only used one bedroom. Away from the bustling downtown of Queenstown yet only within 10 minute drive to everything. I can see ourselves rent the apartment as short term rental. A bit of noise from neighborhood traffic and other renters. The kitchen could use more things such as mittens and pot holders for baking.

• Christine (8/5): Lovely clean new units and we would stay here again! - Lovely and comfortable property. Very clean and new. Loved the lotion too even though 15 minutes from the town. Combined Washing machine Dryer worked well. Loved the heated bathroom. Mobile Fans for warm evenings good. Designated parking for one vehicle. Would definitely stay here again. Beach towels would have been good for water activities. It was annoying when other guests parked in our designated car spot. Our room did not have a coffee milk frother, whereas other units did. Second bedroom had no windows. All minor issues though!

• Beth (10/5): Definitely cozy!!!! - It was absolutely gorgeous and we loved coming back to the fireplace after hiking up Ben Lamond. So cozy!! Parking was confusing but we figured out we were out in the street after calling mgmt. Confusing parking

The unit was well equipped, the beds were extremely comfortable and the heated bathroom floor and gas fireplace made this unit very luxurious. The allocated car space was great. It was nice to be away from the bustle and bustle of Queenstown and the views were stunning. We would definitely rebook this unit. That time didn't allow us to stay longer

Had everything we needed for a lovely stay. The directions for the parking only directed us to the carpark, but our allocated space was actually on the street.

• Claire (8/5): Was a really lovely apartment. - It was warm. Layout was really good. Comfortable beds. Good to have underfloor heating working in ensuite. Underfloor heating in main bathroom not working and no instruction manual to help set it up. We called the property rental company who were to send an electrician, but they never came. Also u derfloor heating in ensuite too hot and we couldn’t turn it down. Not enough cups in the kitchen. Only one cooking pot had a lid. The frypan has a loose handle and no lid. There was no strainer to be used in cooking. Need extension cords provided. We were provided milk that was 2months past expiry date. When we booked we mentioned we had someone in a wheelchair and yet we were not allocated a park near the main entranceway.

Everything was perfect but it was hard to find the key i the lockbox, we all didn't know how to open it and took 20mins to get in for the first time. It would be nicer if you have a photo of the lockbox on booking.com.website. Thank you.
• Alicia (9/5): Home away from home in an idyllic spot - The whole place was really nicely laid out, we had plenty of towels/linen, all kitchen facilities were up to standard, location was so beautiful, if we were cold the fire place or aircon fixed that really quick, great shower heads, quiet neighbours which was so nice, lovely body wash! It felt like a home away from home. The hand soap was not a very nice quality, it dried my hands out quite a bit. Besides that, the other products provided were great including the amazing laundry sheets.

• Dulcette (9/5): Fantastic Place - Read note of Second Bedroom. - Great low rise building with numerous units. Extremely clean and modern. Kitchen facilities and utensils were enough to make a meal. Very quiet. Spacious enough for 4 adults and one infant. Quick bus right into town that runs every hour Beautiful views of the mountains, river and the jet boats. It isn't necessarily a dislike but those who rent should be aware the second bedroom has no windows, but a glass panel within a sliding door and along with another sliding door closes off the bedroom to the kitchen and living room. Therefore depending on the relationships between all the guests not much privacy from the main areas.
