• Angel-Dawn (10/5): The stay was amazing it’s a nice layout too. Would definitely stay again and it has 3 bedrooms. - I like the location View Rooms The space itself The furniture I likes how there is a lot of space and things to do outside of the location. The view was nice especially at night time. The room and kitchen was great too.
• Michael (8/5): Great stay - The apartment was a good size and had amazing views. Good location, close to restaurants, Southbank and public transport. The train noise was intrusive, especially at night when trying to sleep. Communication before check-in was confusing at times, but was eventually resolved.

• Brock (3/5): Apartment was ok, host was poor. - The host was difficult, required a $500 bond, with a $20 non refundable fee.

• Joshua (2/5): Scammed by deceitful business practices. - Good room, spoilt by deceitful business owner. Property charged an additional $500 security deposit that was not listed in the terms. Property then proceeded to withhold $150 of the deposit after accusing me of losing their key fob, even though I sent them a photo with timestamp to show that I had returned the fob. Property then proceeded to be uncommunicative for two months while I continued to chase them for the refund, sending templated and repeated replies. After two months, they arbitrarily decided that I had lost the fob and they would be upholding the decision, with no time-stamped evidence. They are now refusing to communicate with me. This could happen to you.
• Shane (1/5): Great apartment in a nice location, but the experience was ruined by the property managers. Hopefully the owner sees th - Nice apartment in a great location near the cultural hub in south bank. The property managers Be Locals are hopeless. In addition to being highly unprofessional, they sent us a confirmation email after we’d paid our $800 to booking.com for a 1 night stay demanding a $1350 security deposit that we had no choice but to pay. It’s been 5 weeks since our stay and after at least 10 phone and email exchanges with Be Locals we still haven’t received our deposit back. The property managers completely ruined what would otherwise have been a nice stay.
• Ian (1/5): Bad - I would recommend avoiding this property due to the management. Extremely unhelpful and poor service/ communication. Be aware they charge a non-refundable fee of $55 to take your bond.
• Flynn (1/5): I had the worst experience dealing with this provider. AVOID at all costs - This is a SCAM. DO NOT STAY HERE. And while you’re at it, don’t book through Booking.com as they will not assist you when it’s a scam. It is a SCAM
• Clinton (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing venue. Bad pillows, blinds dont block light.

• Nicola (10/5): Beautiful view! - Great location to west end and south bank. Very spacious. Cleaners were still there as we checked in. Had to leave and come back. Also train line is outside, some of the girls found it disturbing while sleeping.

• Jennifer (9/5): Stunning views - clean & spacious apartment - close to Southbank. - The balcony & view were amazing Close to Southbank Clean & spacious apartment Appreciated the free parking A few power points not working. Also a bit difficult to work out the lock box situation - street is very busy & had to double park. A lot of construction/road blockages in the area.

• Kimberley (9/5): Superb - Excellent location, great views. Hosts allowed an early check-in so we could get to our show on time. Penthouse could have done with a few small touches that would make it more of a luxury stay. A bluetooth speaker, coffee pods (that actually fit the machine), a few extra pillows would take this apartment from great to fantastic.
