• lucas (8/5): confortavel - An extremely well-equipped and modern apartment—super cozy and comfortable. I’ll definitely be back if they fix a few things. I couldn’t wash my hair because the bathroom shower has a hole at the bottom and leaks water, and the light fixture in the bedroom was broken when I arrived, so I ended up cutting myself. There aren’t any spoons either. If these issues were fixed, the place would be perfect. I really liked it.

• Ruth (7/5): - Das Schlafzimmer geht nach hinten raus, wodurch es sehr ruhig ist. Die Ausstattung von Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und Bad ist gemütlich. Die Spülmaschine war nicht ausgeräumt und alle darin befindlichen Tassen noch dreckig. Zudem gibt es keine Gläser in der Unterkunft. Außerdem lässt sich die Türe zum Wohnzimmer nur mit Gewalt schließen und es gab leider keinen Hand-Besen zum Aufkehren, was sehr ärgerlich ist wenn einem dann dochmal etwas runterfällt. Bei dem doch nicht ganz billigen Preis darf man eine deutlich bessere Ausstattung erwarten und die nicht ausgeräumte Spülmaschine geht garnicht.

• Simone (4/5): Nicht empfehlenswert wenn man Wert auf eine saubere gut ausgestattete Wohnung zu dem hohen Preislegt - Die Lage und Wohnung ist gut. Wir waren mit 3 Personen angemeldet. Es war lediglich ein Bett mit Laken bezogen. Das zweite Laken mussten wir anfordern. Folgende Sachen fehlten: Handseife Spültücher Trockentücher Die Spülmaschine war vom Vorgänger noch bestückt und nicht ausgeräumt. Das Eisfach war komplett zugefroren. Das Schlafsofa inkl. Kissen war dreckig. Hinter dem Waschbecken wurde der Fliesenspiegel ewig nicht gesäubert... Spritzer etc.... Die Fenster waren ungeputzt... Alles in allem ein viel zu hoher Preis. Unverschämt

Was uns gar nicht gefallen hat war die Abfrage verschiedener sensibler Daten, wie z.B. die Nummer des Personalausweises bzw. die Reisepassnummer aller Gäste, Land der Ausstellung der Ausweise, die wir über ein Online-Formular, neben Namen, Geburtsdaten (wenn ich mich recht erinnere sogar auch Adressen aller Gäste), einpflegen MUSSTEN. Daher Punktabzug. Sonst war aber alles top.

• Noemie (7/5): Appartement avec potentiel d’amélioration - L’appartement est moderne, fonctionnel et offre une surface parfaite pour un couple avec enfant. Le personnel est très à l’écoute et réactif à toutes nos demandes. L’ambiance générale est agréable et confortable. La chambre présentait de la poussière sur les meubles et les étagères. Les draps contenaient des peluches et les serviettes étaient encore humides à l’arrivée. Les produits d’entretien pour nettoyer la table ainsi que les accessoires comme assiettes et verres étaient très limités. Les duvets fournis étaient trop petits pour un confort optimal.

• Harrold (2/5): This apartment is FAR FROM LUX IN STUTTGART - The location was okay, we could walk into the city in about 20 minutes. The apartment appeared to be fairly new and modern with good appliances. Well where do I start. Cleanliness was just passable. Bath towels were disgusting, small and almost threadbare. One set for a three night stay. The linen was not ironed and all crinkled on the bed. We were asked to strip the bed on departure and I wished we never had to see what we discovered and had been sleeping on for 3 nights. The mattress topper was filthy and urine stained, not just in a couple of spots but all over. I booked this apartment as it had a washing machine. When I went to use the machine it was full of wet cleaning rags. I was HORRIFIED. Luckily there was a cleaning cycle available which I used before doing my washing. The dishwasher still had dishes in it from the previous occupant. No lift and 8 flights of stairs to the unit we stayed in. Maybe the owner should spend some money and remove the ridiculous light fittings which hang very low and all of the unnecessary ornaments and replace all towels and linen and the disgusting mattress topper and doonas.

• Mihail (1/5): In the end, the mood was ruined, and staying in these apartments was simply unpleasant - Terrible. The stay in these apartments was, to put it mildly, very disappointing. First, the positives - the renovation is quite nice, everything looks stylish. There is a small kitchen, a kettle, and a coffee machine. It is fairly close to the city center. The area itself is quiet. The first thing we noticed when we walked in was a strong smell of weed throughout the entire apartment. This smell did not disappear even after a whole night. Second - cleanliness, or rather the lack of it. Wrinkled bed linen with no sense of freshness. A lot of women’s hair on the duvet cover and pillows. The towels did not smell fresh either - it felt like they were simply folded after the previous guests. The kettle was completely covered in limescale. We realized that sleeping in such conditions was impossible and contacted the manager. To be fair, they responded quickly and sent a cleaner. While we were away, she did some light cleaning and changed the bed linen. It became slightly better, but the bedding was still not as clean as it should have been. The smell of weed was still there. At least the kettle was cleaned. It’s a pity all of this wasn’t done before our arrival.

• Stefan (7/5): Super Wohnung, Lage toll, aber sehr kalt in der Wohnung - Sehr modern. Alle Heizungen waren aus. Alle Fenster waren schräg gestellt. Die Wohnung war komplett ausgekühlt und hatte nur 16°. Sie war über Stunden nicht warm zu bekommen. So kann man sich nicht wohlfühlen.

Änderungswünsche wurden nur nach mehreren Emails und viel Nachdruck nachgekommen.
